Gym was horribly small, treadmill was slanted. Aircon was broken. No adequate charging ports in the room. Had to unplug a lamp and balance the charger in a certain position in order to charge devices. Had to store my own luggage at basement locker. How is this acceptable for a 4 star hotel?

This is my second stay at Nine Tree Seoul Myeongdong 2. The pillow selection was great. Similarly, staff and location are great, but some parts of the stay this time was disappointing and fell short of expectations. Will reconsider coming back to this hotel again.

The room faced the main street of Mareunnae-ro and was extremely noisy well past midnight. Soundproofing is very poor, you can clearly hear late-night drinkers, cars, and also garbage collection starts at midnight. Garbage collection will go on for 20 minutes around midnight. I specifically requested a higher floor to avoid this, but was only assigned the 8th floor. My previous stay didn't face this street and was fine, but definitely avoid Mareunnae-ro facing rooms if you are sensitive to noise.

El hotel era confortable y tenia lo que esperaba en base a su categoría. Muy cómodo tener una tienda de conveniencia en el hall. En la misma calle hay varias opciones para desayuno y cena.

Tal vez que tuviera una cafetería/restaurante en el hall sería mucho más cómodo.

Front desk staff are very helpful

We love the super king size bed! Very comfortable bedding. Location. It’s not in the busy noisy myeongdong side, so it’s quite peaceful at night. And it’s 3-4 mins away from airport limo bus station. They also have a convenience store just in the building so very convenient for us to get late night snacks.

They don’t have pool nor room service.

立地。明洞のど真ん中でなく、落ちついたロケーションだが、駅にも近く便利。コンビニがあるのは⭕️。近くにカフェも多数。

Location was good, room was kept clean.

Breakfast was terrible, food was only warm, limited choice, I could see why breakfast was mostly empty.

位置很好，到明洞逛街很近，搭地鐵的其他地方也很方便。房間都打掃得很乾淨。 1.地理位置很方便，機場巴士6015和6001都會到，當天因6015滿位，所以改搭6001，走路約9分鐘就會到。 2.附近很多不同線的地鐵，所以到哪裡都很方便。 3.走路約10分鐘到明洞，逛街很方便 4.白天和晚上都很安靜 5.飯店附近很多美食，大推「PaperCrane Bakery & Cafe」咖啡和麵包都超級棒，我們連三天早餐都去吃。但中午會有超多上班族，建議避開那個時段。 6.回程有提早一天請櫃檯安排計程車，司機準時到達且素質非常好，開車很穩，車子也很乾淨。非常推薦 7.晚上請櫃檯代訂炸雞，好吃推薦！ 8.櫃檯人員都很友善，講話好溫柔！

Prefect location. Breakfast ok, lunch very good. Rooms quiet with a confortable bed and great shower. Wonderful staff that go above and beyond to help. Good housekeeping.

Little storage in room. Only one night stand. No table. Restaurant not open at dinner but many restaurants close.

Отель заявлен как 4 звезды, но по факту на фасаде написано - 3 звезды, расцениваю как обман при бронировании, требуют банковскую карту при заселении непонятно зачем. Также по ночам слышен звук мусорных машин, так как напротив отеля мусорный завод

Location is central and convenient

Breakfast is awful My room was dirty - found hair as soon as I got in after checking in. Disgusting.

Genuinely might be the one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Best in Seoul for sure!! The room itself was maybe the most spacious rooms I have ever stayed in, could literally jog around in there and fit a dozen suitcases if needed! There was a big wardrobe with hangers to put your clothes on and a safe in the same area. I had a nice coffee station with water bottles that were restocked whenever I was out and even a mini fridge below! The room also had a huge desk with a fold out vanity mirror and lamp. The bed was big and comfy with 2 warm reading lights above it. There was also a huge comfy sofa in the room too next to the window and let me tell you, the views of the city, especially at night were beautiful!! You could even see the mountains in the back!! As for the toilet it was very clean and always warm when sitting on it which was nice and it had a spray button too! The shower was spacious, had good pressure and didn’t leak out to the bathroom floor at all! An overall excellent room!! The room was done everyday and if left on DND they will come later and refresh your amenities. The staff were accommodating and even informed me that I had lost my card and I could collect at reception (I didn’t even realise). There was also a refresh room with a microwave, water dispenser and steam iron. The washing machines downstairs in basement worked VERY well, even the dryers! They take coins and card so very convenient. There’s also a wowpass machine in the lobby so you can make a card, add money from Apple Pay and withdraw Korean won instantly. Can easily order food to hotel aswell with no problems. As well as that, the hotel even had a private roof top garden, breakfast place and more that I didn’t even get the chance to explore before leaving!! The GS25 in the hotel that’s open 24 hours was incredibly convenient to get snacks in the early morning or late night. The outside street was quiet at night and even in the morning which was lovely.

L'hôtel est magnifique et très propre, le personnel est très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et l'emplacement est exceptionnel ! Le gs25 dans l'hotel est un vrai plus, surtout qu'il propose toujours beaucoup de choix

La salle de sport est très petite et un des 4 équipements était cassé.

The environment and location are great.

When I checked out, I asked the front desk to place my luggage on the first floor for me. She refused, but she put the checked-out luggage for the person in front of me on the first floor, and I have to go to B3.

The location is very good, and the front desk staff has a good attitude.

1. There is always a strange smell in the room, and I can't get rid of it when I open the window every day. 2. There is something wrong with the window of the room. Every time I push it to the maximum, as soon as I let go, a part of it will bounce back, so that the window can only open one seam.

الموقع ممتاز مشي 15 دقيقه عن ميونق سونق الشارع الرئيسي، طاقم الاستقبال رائع ومتعاون جدا في اي مانطلب او نشتكي منه يوجد ماركت داخل الفندق اغلب السكان من شرق اسيا تقريبا العائلة الوحيده العربيه بستثناء رجل من دولة خليجية الفندق يعتبر فندق اعمال حسب افادتهم لذلك لا تطمحن بخدمات (الخدمه ذاتيه) يوجد غسالات ملابس ونشاافات لكن بقيمة ماليه بسيطه (عند تشغيل الغساله ضعوها على النظام _سترونق 50 دقيقه) لكي تخرج الملابس بنسبة بسيطه من الماء او قليلة، لانها رمجت على 40 قيقه وهذا يجعل الملابس لاتنشف من الماء حتى بعد وضعها بالة التنشيق. الحمامات مجهزة بشطاف داخل الكرسي وهذه ميزه قليله بكوريا الفندق امن بسبب ان مرتاديه عوائل ومحترمين

الفندق في ممرات الغرف والغرف نفسها لهم رائحة سيئة مثل الرطوبه او العفن او الكتمه الغرف التكييف فيها جدا حار على درجة 27 درجه لتكييف المركزي او 26 ، اضطررنا لنقل لاكثر من 3 غرف ومازالت درجة الحراره عاليه اقل شي 26 ، حتى وجدنا غرفه التكييف فيها 25 درجه ، بالاخير اعطونا مراوح بالكهرباء قدرت تعوضنا شوي بالبروده بستثناء صوتها. تعاون التيم معانا لتغيير وكانو طويلين بال ومتعاونين لكن ماكان بيدهم اي شي بسبب ان الفندق على ضخامته فقط جهازين مركزيين الي يعتمد عليه لفندق من 18 دور بمئات الغرف. تنظيف الغرف اعطيه 7 من 10 والغرفه الاخرى بالدور الاخر 5 من 10 النظافة سطحيه موكيت اوفرش الغرف الارضيه فيها رائحه وقديمة وباهته لونها رصاصي بخليط اسود ددرجتهم تغيرت لباهت ومافيه اي حياة ورائحة مافيه اي خدمات مساعده نزلنا شنطنا من السياره للاستقبال للغرف مافيه اي موظفين خدمات نهائي. الغرف ضيقة الممرات بين الاسرة نفسها ومابين السرير والمكتب او السرير والتسريحه ضييقه الحشو تبع اللحاف بالي وقديم جدا لدرجة القطن من الداخل لونه اصفر ومتفرق.

Great location.

I had requested a take away breakfast for one morning (as we were leaving for a day trip before 7am) and I was told the request had to be made at least 24 hours before. It was the first time that this has happened to me, and frankly they didn’t even try to offer some alternative options.

Scuffed rooms with questionable cleanliness (our sofa in room 1015 was not cleaned and had what I believe to be dried coffee stains)

très bon emplacement, chambres calmes et spacieuses pour une grande ville. Une laverie (payante) et un parking au sous sol sont disponibles.

Prix du petit déjeuner et choix pourrait etre amélioré

Blisko centrum, niedaleko stacji metra. W bliskiej odległości od hotelu kilka zabytków. W okolicy duża ilość sklepów i knajp. Dobre śniadanie.

Siłownia niby jest ale jak by jej nie było. 2-3 bieżnie parę ciężarków, pomieszczenie bardzo małe.

房间挺大的，可以打开放下两个28寸行李箱。虽然离明洞主体商业街有点距离，但是附近巷子的烟火气满足的，几分钟也就能坐机场大巴和3号线，体验还是很好的。每天都会有人打扫，房间里面也干净。

Great location and rooms large and clean. The house keeping was exceptional. The gentleman on the shop was lovely.

Breakfast was budget level, no options on eggs and the staff there were rude and unattentive.

1階のコンビニは夜遅くまで空いていて便利でした。 明洞の繁華街までは歩いて5分くらいですが、静かな高級感あるホテルでよかった。 お部屋の清掃もとてもよかったし、設備も良かったです。 3泊したので、広めのお部屋でソファもありくつろげた。 バスタブでゆっくりお湯につかれ、よく眠れたので旅行を楽しめました。

ドアの開閉が固かった

Good location - the hotel is walking distance to Myeongdong main shopping area and restaurants, but not among the crowds like Myeongdong I. Service - the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and towels got changed daily, too. The convenience store at the lobby was a plus. Mattress and pillows - they were very comfortable. It was well appreciated after a long day walking around the attractions.

The air con - it was noisy and the beds were beneath it. It was freezing cold if the air con was left on. We had to switch it off at night, but the room temperature was uncomfortable even for early July. The size of the room - we booked a room for 3 people (2 adults and a teenager), but the size of the room was not suitable for that. We were very unlucky with the facing. Outside our room window was concrete wall from the building next to the hotel.
