top locatie alles op loop en of fietsafstand, goed parkeren, kaart wordt voor je geregeld. groot appartement echt top en wij reizen veel, was een top locatie met alles erop en eraan, zelfs een wasmachine .

Niks viel tegen, echt super plekje als je hier nog niet mee tevreden bent moet je thuisblijven.

We had the Studio and me and my mate had a single bed each, the most comfortable mattress I think I've ever had. Pieter was brilliant and gave us tips, potential discounts and pointed out great non tourist places to eat The studio apartment was bigger than I thought it would be and had everything we needed to cook everyday. And the location is perfect, within a 2 minute walk you have sports shops, restaurants, cinema, take out places and bars. Everything was amazing. 15 minutes from the train station (walking), 20 to Amsterdam Central and things to do everywhere, Haarlem is like Amsterdam in size and shops but so much more peaceful and scenic. Do not hesitate to book here as it's probably been one the best places we have been to. The stairs are steep but good for your health right, so come stay here, you will not be disappointed

Wonderful location close to the centre of Haarlem. Beautifully decorated, with real character. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great furniture for relaxing in front of an open window. Shops are close for provisions, with secure parking for cars and bikes. The host was very welcoming, giving recommendations and a supply of coffee pods(vital fuel 😃). We would definitely come back.

There are some steep stairs to the top apartment, which was not an issue at all for us, but some may need to know this. The host did offer assistance with bags, but not needed.

La ubicación y que es muy amplio y cómodo . También que tiene baño y aseo .

Puede resultar un poco ruidoso en la zona del salón , pero como las habitaciones no dan a la calle , no es un problema .

* Excelente ubicación en el corazón de Haarlem sobre avenida tranquila donde para el bus que va al aeropuerto Schiphol, con los puntos de interés cerca y próximo a 3 supermercados que tienen absolutamente de todo. * Muy bien y muy profesional Anne-Marie. Nos recibió en el apartamento, nos dio las llaves, nos indicó todo lo necesario y, cuando durante la estancia tuvimos dudas, nos respondió enseguida por WhatsApp. * Nosotros estuvimos en el altillo y es encantador, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy luminoso, cama cómoda, cocina bien equipada y baño espectacular: amplio, luminoso y ventilado. La ciudad es preciosa: vale mucho la pena caminar y perderse por sus encantadores rincones.

Dos cosas a tener en cuenta. * Una es que, tal como señalan varios comentarios anteriores, las escaleras son muy empinadas. Además, son de peldaños más bien cortos y muchas veces no entra en ellos la totalidad del pie. * La segunda es que no lo consideramos un apartamento para la temporada de verano. Nos tocaron temperaturas bastante altas y ya al subir desde la primera planta a la segunda donde está el altillo, en cada escalón que se va subiendo se nota más calor y menos oxígeno. El apartamento no cuenta con aire acondicionado.

Ampio monolocale perfetto vicino al centro. Arredi di qualità, curato e con tutti i comfort. Luminoso, con molte finestre e tutto il necessario, macchina caffè tipo Nespresso compresa. Letti comodissimi. Bagno grande e finestrato. Riscaldamento e sistema di areazione. Pulizia perfetta. Peter, il proprietario, è stato molto attento e disponibile, si è anche offerto di accompagnarci in stazione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Per noi è stato tutto perfetto tuttavia le scale molto ripide (come un po' ovunque nei b&b in Olanda) per arrivare agli appartamenti all'ultimo piano potrebbero essere molto scomode per chi ha problemi di deambulazione.

Extremement bien placé, l appartememt est spacieux et propre

La casa è esattamente come si vede in foto: spaziosa, con mobili di design molto originali. La vista è strepitosa e suggestiva: le tre grandi finestre affacciano sulla vista del campanile del centro: è stato molto piacevole fare colazione e cenare davanti a quello spettacolo. La cucina ha l'essenziale per poter cucinare ed è dotata di forno a microonde e macchinetta per il caffè, con le capsule fornite dal proprietario. Il bagno, con una doccia super, era pulito e spazioso. Nota di super merito per il letto molto molto comodo, che per me che soffro di mal di schiena è stato un toccasana! La posizione della casa è centralissima: abbiamo visitato Harleem a piedi, la stazione dei treni è raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti, sulla via ci sono diversi locali e supermercati. Sotto casa, inoltre, c'è la fermata del bus 300, da e per l'aeroporto. Attenzione: le scale per raggiungere l'appartamento sono davvero molto ripide, come si vede nelle foto. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma potrebbe esserlo per qualcuno con difficoltà di deambulazione. Noi siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo lasciato l'alloggio con nostalgia. Consigliatissimo!

Forse sarebbe necessaria un po' più di attenzione alla polvere in alcuni posti, come dietro il televisore (tantissima!) e sulle persiane! Inoltre mancavano i contenitori per poter differenziare la spazzatura: anche se il proprietario ci ha spiegato che in centro ad Harleem purtroppo non ci sono i cassonetti per l'umido, sarebbe stato molto utile, in ogni caso, avere in casa dei piccoli contenitori dove mettere carta e plastica.

Cheguei antes do previsto e a host foi muito proativa e solicita. Muito simpática, me senti acolhida. Tinha máquina de lavar roupa, isso é muito importante quando estou viajando . Então foi ótimo .

Quando fiz a reserva, o anúncio dizia 2 quartos. Como eu estava viajando sozinha, um dos quartos ficou trancado. Como paguei o valor integral da reserva, achei injusto não ter acesso ao espaço completo.

Het is een hele fijne en rustige locatie. Binnen no time ben je in het centrum. Verder was alles erg netjes en schoon.

Our host, Pieter was very helpful and friendly. While the apartment did not have air conditioning it was still light and breezy even during exceeding hot days. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful big apartment that had all the little touches we needed. The location is perfect, five minutes to the centre of town, Haarlem itself is a beautiful city and we loved discovering all the local cafes, restaurants and shops as well as renting bikes for a trip to the beach at Zandvoort and the Amsterdamse Waterleidingduinen, both easily reachable in under half an hour. Amsterdam itself is only 15 minutes by train so easy to get to, and lovely to escape to Haarlem at the end of the day! Thank you to Debbie for a really friendly check in and some fab recommendations for local food.

Something to note if you're travelling in summer - the apartment is not air conditioned and got pretty hot during the heatwave while we were there. There was a good fan and we managed it by keeping curtains and windows closed during the day but something to note for anybody who might struggle. Otherwise we loved it and would certainly stay again.

Full of Dutch charm this was a super nice top floor studio. Great location, a stone’s throw away from the historic centre of Haarlem and convenient parking. Very close to three grocery stores. The hosts were excellent. Debbie met us and even carried my wife’s bags up the two steep stairs. We managed the stairs really well despite being steep and we are both in our seventies. You just have to be careful and take your time.

The lounger and chair were funky but hard to get comfortable on. A sofa would have been better. It was a little hot sometimes (temperature was in the mid 20’s for part of our stay) but they have an amazing fan to cool the room.

Fantastic location in the historic heart of Haarlem. The apartment was spacious. Felt traditionally Dutch. We locked our hired bikes directly outside.

The double bed was a creaky which disturbed our sleep. No air-con. But otherwise a lovely stay.

Great bright property in the heart of Haarlem.

Absolutely perfect location, clean and renovated apartment. Very comfortable beds! And the owner was very helpful.

It has a very steep staircase, good to know beforehand.

We had the two bedrooms first floor apartment which was a really good size. Really high ceilings and big windows so nice and airy. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay as two couples. Shower was good. Beds very comfortable. Location was great and with The Harlem Social Club a few doors down (great wine bar) and a lovely Indian restaurant across the road what more do you need!

Towels could be a bit bigger but then I’m overweight so I get the same thing everywhere. Nothing else negative at all.

Spacious clean and comfortable studio apartment well located - a short walk to the town (market) square Staff were kind and very responsive.

Proprietaria gentilissima. Appartamento molto carino, funzionale. A due passi dalla fermata del pullman per l'aeroporto. Dieci minuti dalla stazione per prendere il treno per Amsterdam.

vriendelijk ontvangen door host, 2 nachten geslapen op bedden met Auping matrassen. erg fijn. verder prima kamer met kleine keuken en badkamer, de afvoer rook helaas niet zo fris. ligging echt een dikke 10. om de hoek kun je parkeren in openbare parkeergarage, centrum op 300 meter.

Anne Marie was a great host. She checked us in on time, was very responsive to any questions we had, and explained everything clearly about the apartment, the city, and the house rules. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s not a luxury place, but it was very nice and offered great value. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.

There are stairs to the apartment if you have a problem with a little climb. Actually, I can't find anything else to say that's not positive.

Wij hadden het 4 persoonsappartement op de 1e verdieping. Goede uitleg mbt parkeren. Heerlijke bedden. Complete keuken en fijne woonkamer. Locatie super centraal.

Alleen een tip: flesje afwasmiddel. Kleine vaatwasser, hierdoor worden pannen niet schoon terug gezet.

Great location!! It was on a Main Street, so there is a little noise which is to be expected, but we enjoyed being in a central location and close to St Bavo church and the Grote market (a must see). Pieter, the host, was very kind and helpful. There are two little markets just a very short walk away and plenty of restaurants nearby. The Corrie Ten Boom home was also fairly close.

The street is a bit noisy.

Kan de accommodatie niets aan doen, maar er rijden elektrische bussen voor langs die een drempel over moeten en het huis laten trillen. Overdag merk je het niet, maar als je in bed ligt wel.

Pieter was the perfect host, communication was easy via text. He kindly offered to collect us from the train station because it was raining and he was near. Also recommended a cycle hit company which we used. Apartment was clean and tidy, towelling and shower accessories provided

It was a last minute booking and Peter was very flexible to meet us at the drop of a hat. The apartment was lovely with high ceilings, fantastic views of city and was very well appointed. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We all had excellent nights sleep and didn't want to leave come check out.

We hadden met 8 vriendinnen alle drie appartementen in het gebou. Dus konden de deuren gewoon openhouden. De kamers waren allemaal top. Een echte aanrader voor een grote vrienden groep

Betten mit Metallrost nicht perfekt. Wenn Mieter oberhalb der Wohnung sehr hellhörig.

The floor heating was great. Exceptionally clean, roomy and comfortable. The location was extremely good - close to the centre of town, buses, rail and shops.

Plek midden in centrum. En fijn dat er keuken is in ruim appartement.

Om rekening mee te houden zijn de steile trappen in dit prachtige pand.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Parkplätze im Parkhaus klappt gut und ist nur zwei Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Sehr steile Treppen, aber das ist ja nichts wofür die Vermieterin etwas kann.

Relativ hellhörig Fenster zur Straße hin.

Great location, airy apartment with good facilities within the apartment. Easy walking distance from the station for most people. Good for self catering.

Very little not to like. A few small things would make it better such as: - curtains to help with the blackout of the bedrooms, - the wardrobe in the twin room was very creaky so the hinges need oiling, - there was no hand wash in the toilet - the towels provided were too small for half of our group. - pillows were hard If these things were changed it would make the place pretty perfect.

Ideal for an Amsterdam trip, in the center of the beautiful city of Haarlem

L’escalier pour arriver à l’appartement très raide, difficile à monter surtout si vous avez des gros bagages.

The location of this property was wonderful for easy access to transportation links and the town of Haarlem. The room was bright and a great size.

The furniture was not very comfortable as it was very firm, which is always a personal preference. I discovered after we left, in a response from the host, that each of their rooms has mattresses and furniture in different levels of firmness and we could have been moved.

Erg goed gelegen. Alles is op loopafstand. Communicatie met eigenaren verliep heel voorspoedig.

We stayed in one of the uppermost loft studio at the back of the building. Quiet, high ceilings, the bathroom was spectacular. Pieter was kind and helpful!

Location (although noisy on street at front, the bedrooms were nice and quiet). A great light and airy space. Well-equipped kitchen and coffee machine. Comfy beds.

It was perfect!!

The host was really great, met me in front of the apartment and advised on the nearby parking, which was a shopping mall garage and convenient and safe. It was a short stay for us, so location in the city center was really helpful. We also enjoyed fresh beautiful flowers he brought. After checkout we forgot something, and host contacted us immediately about that. Very much appreciated.

Cleaning side could be better.

L'appartamento è proprio a ridosso della zona pedonale e in centro città, e le fermate degli autobus sono vicinissime. È un appartamento ampio e con due bagni (seppure uno sia solo con water e lavandino). Diversi supermercati sono presenti nel raggio di poche centinaia di metri. L'host è stato gentilissimo.

Excellrnt location. Pieter could not do enough to make us welcome. The apartment was everything we hope for & more

It was very close to the town centre and supermarket round the corner. Excellent cafe near by, not far to the station. Brand new bathroom, good bed.

Just a few little additions would make it perfect, short supply of cutlery, we had one teaspoon.. no decent cork screw, one mug was half broken. Windows quite hard to operate due to the old mechanism. Quite noisy from the street but we did expect that as soon as close to town.

I liked everything albeit the access via the extremely steep staircase was a little tricky carrying two large suitcases😂

Great central location, close to everything (just a few minutes of walking to center). Apartment was really nice, well equipped. Host was amazing, we had some issues, and asked for an earlier check in day before, and he gladly accommodated, met us and was very friendly, and gave us some tips around the city. All in all very recommended, would definitely stay again.

Communication was excellent. Could not ask for a better location. All the Major sight seeing spots are just a few minutes walk and a grocery store located just around the corner. Absolutely loved our time here and in Haarlem.

Great location and apartment in Haarlem, we had the small studio with no view ,it was lovely ,quiet and clean ,on the second floor, not facing the road. The owner and his staff were great with local information and getting into the apartment.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was very central to the city centre and to the train station - which was perfect for our needs.

Entry with luggage up two steep flights of stairs as there is no elevator is worth noting. We acknowledge this is common in the Netherlands accommodation but would have been good to know.

Pieter met us at the property and helped carry the (large) suitcases up the (steep!) stairs
