Mostly the property is clean, the 2 bedrooms, however in the living room the sofa is filthy with few marks on it. When arrived, the kids switched the TV but been shocked by inappropriate content. The first use of the bathroom the door couldn't be opened and being stuck for 5mn. The kitchen lacks all the basic stuff needed, the washing machine in the balcony is brocken with its door on the top. Really disappointed, I don't recommend 😕.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Very disappointing experience. The apartment did not look like the photos on the listing. The kitchen was practically empty there were no cooking utensils, no cookware, and not even a glass to drink water from. There was also no air conditioner in our apartment. When we asked the reception about it, they told us it wasn't necessary for the apartment to match what was shown on Booking. After we insisted, they said they could change our apartment the next day. However, every time we came back, there was no one at the reception to help us. Overall, the apartment was misleading, poorly equipped, and the customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend staying here.
