We had a wonderful 6-night stay at El Toro Hotel in Tangier and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. From the warm welcome to the excellent service throughout our stay, the hotel made us feel very well looked after. A special mention must go to Abdenabi, whose service was truly exceptional. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was also a real highlight — a great selection, fresh and delicious, and the perfect way to start each day. The women at reception were also extremely helpful, welcoming, and always happy to assist whenever we had questions or needed anything. Their kindness really added to the overall experience. There are just a couple of small areas that could be improved. Our room was smaller than we had expected and had limited storage space, which made it a little difficult during a 6-night stay. We also found that replacement towels sometimes didn't arrive until late afternoon. These are minor points, however, and did not take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Overall, we would happily recommend El Toro Hotel to anyone visiting Tangier. The wonderful staff, excellent breakfast, and genuinely warm service made our stay memorable. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Quelques petits détails qui ne nuisent pas à l'expérience globale mais qui méritent attention pour que ça soit parfait : chambres très basiques manquent de charme, chaises de chambre doivent être plus confortables pour pouvoir travailler, un peu plus d'équipements de sdb, des petites bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre seraient un plus, ..

Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und auch dieses Mal war wieder alles top! Vom freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal über die tolle Lage bis hin zur Sauberkeit – hier hat einfach alles gestimmt. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen. Ein ganz besonderes und riesiges Dankeschön geht an den Kellner Abdenbi! Er war unglaublich aufmerksam, freundlich und ist wirklich auf jeden unserer Wünsche eingegangen. So einen tollen Service erlebt man nicht überall. Vielen, vielen Dank, Abdenbi! 🙏 Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen und kommen definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

La localisation force de prendre un taxi pour se déplacer, et l'absence de piscine est un vraiment dommage. Cependant, le reste est au top !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel El Toro. Tout était parfait et nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre expérience. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, notamment au personnel de la réception pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse, ainsi qu’au room service pour leur disponibilité et leur professionnalisme. Nous tenons également à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe en charge du buffet du petit-déjeuner. Grâce à leur accueil, leur gentillesse et à la qualité du buffet, varié et délicieux, chaque matin a été un vrai plaisir. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un agréable séjour à Tanger. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, inchallah ! ❤️

Très satisfait du séjour à l'hôtel: calme, propre, personnel très accueillant ( merci à Hasna et à Mohamed). Petit déj copieux et délicieux.

Hôtel très bien placé sur l'avenue de Tétouan, biensûr il faut marcher pour aller à droite ou à gauche. Propreté irréprochable ainsi que son confort. Petit déjeuner avec saveurs locales et variétés diverses très présentes, mais dommage que l'on ne puisse pas se resservir vu le prix pratiqué.

The best part about our stay was the hospitality. Special thanks to Mohammed and Abdenbi for their warm service, always checking if we are okay - they even sent out a security guard to buy my son a toothbrush from the nearby market and didn't ask for anything in return. The food is spot on, breakfasts last until 11am which is fantastic and the evening menu is cheap and great quality. The rooms are spacious, clean and come with everything you would expect to have. Location is also superb with great connections to all the major attractions around Tangier and Chefchaouen.

La pulizia della camera e dell'hotel ,una colazione abbondante .

Il peggiore soggiorno della mia vita ,oltre all'arrivo non c'erano le asciugamani che devono essere asciugati secondo il personale, l'acqua calda è arrivata a mezzanotte ma,la peggiore sorpresa che la mattina ho trovare la mia macchina rigata la fiancata. Parcheggiata davanti l'albergo e con la presenza della sicurezza e le telecamere. Oltre la mia altre 2 macchine sempre dei clienti dell'albergo e solamente queste 3 macchine .mi domanda se per la mia lamentele per l'assenza dell'acqua calda ....o per la mangia non abbastanza.

Le personnel extrêmement gentil et aidant ; la chambre très propre, bien aérable et climatisable ; la literie de qualité ; l’espace ; la salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle, zéro problème d’eau chaude ou autre ici ; un tout petit peu de bruit au loin sur le boulevard mais ça reste très bien pour Tanger qui est globalement une ville à forte circulation ; le petit déjeuner : de très haut niveau, tant en qualité qu’en choix.

De badkamer was erg klein waardoor je amper in kunt bewegen met daarin ook nog een wc dat was heel erg krap!

Par contre je suis descendu à la réception me plaindre car il font des gros travaux impossible de dormir en plein apres midi ( donner au moins une chambre à l’étage supérieur c’est une mauvaise expérience j’ai jamais vu cela un tel bruit avec la clientèle dans l’hôtel ) L’accueil n’excuse pas tout du coup heureusement j’ai pris une nuitée et j’ai changer d’hôtel pour le reste de mon séjour

Encontramos varias cucarachas vivas en el baño durante las dos noches de nuestra estancia. No fue un hecho aislado: disponemos de fotografías y vídeos tomados en ambas noches. Comunicamos el problema durante la estancia, tanto al alojamiento como a Booking.com, pero no recibimos ninguna solución efectiva, cambio de habitación ni ayuda para trasladarnos. La primera noche descubrimos las cucarachas al regresar tarde al hotel y, ante la hora, el cansancio y la falta de asistencia, no era razonable salir a buscar otro alojamiento. La segunda noche el problema volvió a repetirse pese a que ya había sido notificado. La presencia reiterada de cucarachas afectó seriamente nuestro descanso y nuestra percepción de la limpieza del establecimiento. Lo más decepcionante fue la falta de respuesta y de una solución concreta durante toda la estancia. No recomendaría este alojamiento mientras no se adopten medidas serias de control de plagas, limpieza y atención ante incidencias.

Mention spéciale à Mohamed à la réception : extrêmement gentil, accueillant, professionnel et toujours avec le sourire. Il nous a fait nous sentir les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Le petit-déjeuner est également très complet, avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de qualité. Tout le personnel est formidable et contribue à créer une excellente ambiance.

Tout à bien commencer avec un bon accueil l'emplacement m' a permis de me déplacer sans véhicule. la propreté de l'hôtel sans oublier le confort de la literie. je recommande sans hésiter.

أود أن أتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة الفندق وجميع العاملين فيه على حسن الاستقبال منذ لحظة وصولنا شعرنا وكأننا في منزلنا، وذلك بفضل الأخوان والأخوات في الاستقبال وخصوصا الأخ محمد الذي كان مثالًا للرقي والأخلاق وحسن التعامل، فلم يدخر جهدًا في تقديم المساعدة والاهتمام بالنزلاء. كما أتوجه بالشكر للأخ عبدو في البوفيه، فهو شخص راقٍ جدًا في تعامله، بشوش، محترم، ويحرص على خدمة الضيوف بكل احترافية وابتسامة. باختصار، الفندق متميز من جميع النواحي، سواء من حيث الخدمة أو التعامل أو الأجواء. كانت تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس، وأنصح كل من يزور طنجة بالإقامة فيه، ولن يكون خياره إلا موفقًا بإذن الله

الموقع يبعد عن محطة قطارات طنجه المدينه حوالي 7 دقائق بالسيارة والغرف نظيفه جدا والفرش والاثاث جديد والافطار متنوع وشهي وطقم العمل والاستقبال مهذب جدا ويلبي طلباتك في الحال وموقع الفندق قريب من المدينه القديمة حوالي 10 دقائق ويوجد امامه مسجد ويبعد عنه مطعم مشاوي اعتقد اسمه سطار تشتري منه اللحم طازج ويسويه على بعد حوالي 5 دقائق ويوجد بجواره ماركت مرجان وماركت بم والفندق 3 نجوم وهو لايقل عن 4 او 5 نجوم

Le petit dejeuner était super bien. Seulement les guests ont fait bcq de bruit tard pendant la nuit. Le lit était trés,soft, ce qui a fait mal á nos dos. L'hotel est trés propre et bien organisé.

De kamers waren schoon, de bedden en kussens waren heel comfortabel en de goed werkende airco was heel fijn. De handdoeken worden dagelijks verwisseld. Het ontbijt was ontzettend uitgebreid en lekker. Daarnaast kun je elke dag tot 00.00 uur in het restaurant terecht voor eten en drinken voor hele vriendelijke prijsjes. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De eerste avond helaas slecht geslapen door een grote groep gasten die ontzettend luidruchtig waren. Daar kon het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen. Zij hebben de gasten wel aangesproken op het feit dat zij overlast veroorzaakten.

My first time in Tangier in 25 years, and staying at Hotel El Toro made the experience truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist checked us in promptly and made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Hadsan, the driver, who kindly took us to the spa and made everything smooth and easy. Fati did my hair beautifully, and Fatima Zahra, the masseuse at the hammam, was incredibly gentle and made the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast was also a highlight—Abdo, the breakfast server, was attentive and friendly, and even the night server (whose name I didn’t catch) provided excellent service. Overall, the hotel has a fantastic location, very friendly staff, a super clean environment, and a breakfast buffet with plenty of great options. I would definitely recommend Hotel El Toro and would stay here again. I gave a 4 star to the room because we were under the impression we booked a two bed suite but we were told the suites only come in a queen bed. This was definitely a 10/10 stay

O hotel era bom, o pequeno almoço tinha bastante escolha e era bom. Os funcionários eram simpáticos e o quarto era bom. Responderam sempre bastante rápido a mensagens no Booking, o que foi bom porque ficámos um pouco doentes e pedimos para ficar mais tempo e foram muito prestáveis.
