Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt! Apartament był bardzo czysty, zadbany i świetnie wyposażony – znaleźliśmy w nim wszystko, czego potrzebuje rodzina podczas wyjazdu. Od samego początku czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo i naprawdę zaopiekowani przez właściciela, który był pomocny, serdeczny i dbał o każdy szczegół. Ogromnym atutem jest również doskonała lokalizacja apartamentu. Zaledwie minutę spacerem znajduje się Mercado Central de Atarazanas – słynny i niezwykle klimatyczny targ w Maladze. W około 12 minut można natomiast dojść do historycznego centrum miasta, gdzie znajdują się m.in. Muzeum Picassa, zabytkowa katedra, rzymski teatr oraz imponująca twierdza Alcazaba. Dzięki temu większość najważniejszych atrakcji można zwiedzać pieszo, bez potrzeby korzystania z samochodu czy komunikacji. To miejsce, w którym naprawdę można poczuć się jak w domu. Z przyjemnością polecamy ten apartament każdemu, kto chce połączyć komfortowy wypoczynek ze zwiedzaniem pięknej Malagi. Będziemy bardzo miło wspominać ten pobyt i mamy nadzieję, że jeszcze kiedyś tu wrócimy. Dziękujemy za gościnność, troskę i wspaniałą atmosferę! ❤️

Blisko do dużej hali targowej (100m), blisko do głównych atrakcji Malagi, blisko do centrum handlowego 5min i do drugiego centrum 10min pieszo, blisko do dworca kolejowego i autobusowego. Kontakt z właścicielami lekko utrudniony - nie odpisali przed zameldowaniem, nie odpowiedzieli na pytania dotyczące wcześniejszego zameldowania lub pozostawienia bagażu. Jednak ogromny plus za dostarczenie dodatkowego koca na naszą prośbę:)

Surroundings can be noisy. Could not make it dark enough to sleep well, invest in some wider and thicker curtains to properly shut out the light.

L'appartamento ha un lato intero di sole finestre, che è bellissimo, il problema è che non ci sono le tapparelle. Ci sono dei tendoni oscuranti che a mano si aprono e chiudono; quindi di giorno o stai con le tende aperte ma da fuori si vede tutto all'interno, oppure devi stare nell'appartamento con le tende chiuse e le luci accese se vuoi avere un minimo di privacy.

En general todo bien. Por decir algo, las almohadas son algo finas. Al inicio nos falto una manta, nos dimos cuenta de noche por lo que avisamos al día siguiente y enseguida nos la trajeron.

La situación es espectacular, con todo lo que puedes necesitar en los alrededores. Si quieres visitar el centro de la ciudad puedes ir a todos lados andando.
Las camas individuales no son todo lo cómodas que nos hubiera gustado, aunque son correctas. Si eres una persona corpulenta quedas un poco encajonado.

Reviewed May 22, 2026A szállás kiváló helyen van, de pár kellemetlenség miatt javítani kell a dolgokon. A mosdóban a wc nincs rögzítve így folyton billegett. A mozgásérzékelő nagyon zavaró volt mind a kettő alkalomkor. A törölközők első itt tartózkodáskor koszosak voltak, kértünk cserét Rubentől aki igéretet tett a cserére de semmilyen változás nem történt másnap sem, nem Igazán foglalkozott az esettel! Első alkalommal 16 óra után tudtunk bejelentkezni mert a takarító még javában takarított.

Reviewed May 16, 2026They were helpful in get us through the paperwork to get the code. The parking was right next door. Good aircon and shower. The unit had plenty of space and easy access. shops and food close by. Good general location and accessible to most of the attractions.
The light in the hallway had sensor and stayed on for 10 secs at a time so it would continue to go on and off with little movement 24/7, Including the middle of the night. There was no way to turn it off and it was a really bright downlight. The curtains are very worn and need replacing. Very noisy area and yelling and issues happening in the street outside all night long. They have a coffee maker and you'd think they'd supply at least one pack of coffee.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Casa molto bella, in centro a Málaga, organizzata bene , pulitissima, check in semplice e chiaro.Non ho avuto a che fare con l’host che non ho né visto né sentito per telefono.
Sulla struttura niente da dire, unico problema per chi ha la macchina è il parcheggio. Essendo in centro non ci sono parcheggi liberi e gratuiti in zona. Ci sono parcheggi sotterranei ma costano circa 40 euro per 24 ore.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Appartamento nuovissimo in pieno centro quindi con posizione ottima sia per visitare il centro che per i trasporti. L’appartamento è provvisto di tutti gli elettrodomestici e i letti sono molto comodi.
Non esiste reception. Abbiamo effettuato il check-in online il giorno prima della partenza e prima dell’arrivo ci sono stati dati i codici per accedere al portone del palazzo ed alla porta dell’appartamento. Avevamo comunque un numero di contatto Whatsapp per ogni necessità (di cui per fortuna non abbiamo avuto bisogno). Può spaventare la cosa ma alla fine è stato semplicissimo e veloce.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Intérieur confortable, moderne et nickel du point de vue de la propreté et de l aménagement. Lit tres confortable, on y a bien dormi et on s est senti a l aise. Acces via code, ce qui était déterminant pour nous car nous avions une arrivée tardive par avion.
Les fenetres de l appartement que nous avions donnent sur une entrée de parking. Meme si on est tres proche du centre, le quartier n est pas exceptionnel et on entend la circulation des quais meme avec les fenetres fermées, et c était bruyant le samedi soir. L accueil est entierement via mail, pas de contact humain.

The apartment is on the top floor so very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from the street or neighbours. It is modern, clean, well equipped and safe. We will definitely try and book this apartment again on our return to Malaga. It is one of the best we have booked through Booking.com and deserving of a 4 star rating.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Die Wohnung von Rubén in Málaga ist wirklich traumhaft. Sie ist ideal für zwei Personen, bietet aber auch genug Platz für eine kleine Familie. Alles ist sehr bequem eingerichtet: ein schöner Bereich zum Frühstücken, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und eine Ausstattung, die wirklich alles Notwendige abdeckt. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist die Lage. Man erreicht alles fußläufig: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Tapasbars und auch die typischen spanischen „bodegas“ – also die Lokale, in denen man Wein trinkt und kleine Tapas genießt. Auch der berühmte zentrale Markt von Málaga, der „Mercado Central de Atarazanas“, ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und absolut empfehlenswert. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Bettwäsche war picobello sauber. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Handtücher hatten einen leichten Muffgeruch. Das ist nichts Dramatisches, aber ein Punkt, der sich leicht verbessern lässt, damit wirklich alles perfekt ist. Sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz direkt unter der Wohnung, den man in wenigen Schritten erreicht. Insgesamt ist es ein wunderschönes Apartment mit perfekter Lage, toller Ausstattung und hohem Komfort. Wir werden zu 100 % wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Rubén, für diese großartige Unterkunft.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Location was amazing. Just a stone's throw from the Mercado where you can amazing food. Near other restaurants as well. Just super. Door access was easy, elevator was very fast. Room was well appointed. Windows were bright. We'd love to return.
