The whole experience was amazing from the bar staff ..cooks and upfront personel!

No A.C in the lobby area but was comfortable anyway but can get hot at times!

The staff were very helpful when I was sick providing me with medicine and a place to get stronger meds!

The hotel and restaurant staffs-friendly and accomodating

That we could rent a motorcycle- although the one they originally gave us needed an oil change and would turn off randomly as we was driving around. Which was so dangerous!

The staff were incredibly rude, the motorcycle we had was broken. The AC in rooms is poor and the wifi is pretty much unusable. They lost my passport and made me late for an outgoing transportation which cost me extra money.

A wonderful stay at Hotel Palacio in Palawan. The hotel offers one of the best views among hotels in Puerto Princesa, and I especially loved the terrace dining area and the pool area, which were perfect places to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were friendly, attentive, and dedicated to making sure guests had a great experience. A beautiful place to stay with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I would rate the Wi-Fi seven out of 10. Everything else is very good.

The staffs are really nice and helpful. The foods at the café are also good although not so much options but they are good. The view is amazing and this place is surrounded by different kinds of fruits trees which is kinda cool. For the price I think it's good place.

The AC in our room is not really cooling enough. The bed is basic, no comforter (maybe because the ac doesn't work well 🤔) the small pillow on the bed has weird smell . And when we first get in our room.. there was a wasp inside.

No TV, no coffee making facilities, very old and dated. Doors don't even fit properly. Gave me a price for van to el nido and said that included being picked up at the airport, it had gone up 50% overnight Don't take any notice of the picture, it not like that anymore

Dommage qu'un tel lieu ne soit pas mieux entretenu. C'est un endroit magnifique est l'entretien n'est pas au niveau. Et lorsque l'on construit un tel lieu, la moindres de choses et d' y installer des ascenseurs

飯店感覺有整修過，價格合理。服務員很即時的處理我任何問題。這個地方很安靜，有餐廳酒吧和泳池，很適合不想出門只需要渡假的好選擇。最棒的是陽台可以看到海景！

位置有點偏僻，建議自己租車，如果要頻繁往返市區，叫車可能不划算。還有我的熱水器壞掉了，但在菲律賓洗冷水問題也不大

On avait un peu peur en voyant certain commentaires mais nous n’avons pas du tout ressenti ce qui était dit dans les commentaires négatifs. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse, ils nous ont aidé et dépanné. Les chambres sont plus que correctes elles sont grandes avec de la Clim une super douche et la piscine est super agréable

We stayed 2 nights at Hotel Palacio and everything went very smoothly. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the restaurant and breakfast were very good, and all the excursions and van transfers booked through the hotel were perfectly organized. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The only small issue was with the laundry service. One piece of clothing was missing when our clothes were returned, and the staff seemed a bit lost when we asked about it.

Great staff, prime location and has that resort feeling. Food is good. WiFi was hit and miss but was good for the most part.

Bathroom did smell of sewage every once in a while but that is just drainage for you. The AC worked but was rather outdated.

Extremely accommodating and friendly staff who are helpful in organising any activities and transport throughout your stay. The food and menu are excellent! The rooms are clean and well maintained. The communal areas such as the dining room and the outside pool area is accommodating to large groups of people.

We liked that it feels like the place was privately rented.

We were quite confused about the parking and there were no guards on duty when we arrived at around 9pm.

The room was cheap but we did not like our stay because alot of mosquitos in our room! Luckly we were just staying there for a few hours before our trip to Balabac.

It was soo many mosquito in our room when we arrived! We got a bug spray and that's it. They said there was no other rooms available, but it was available rooms in booking.com... The hotel looks ok but the rooms are really old. There is nothing around the hotel and you need to get a taxi to get to a supermarket

Staff were so friendly and helpful! The food was great and easily the best Pino colada I’ve ever had!! The room was lovely and spacious and had an amazing view! I was worried about being away from town but all tours picked us up happily from here and the hotel helped with any other transport. Would definitely recommend!

The room cleanliness could have been better, don’t get me wrong it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t clean at all during our 3 day stay so no fresh towels, toilet roll, bins ect. But was clean on arrival. Again another thing just due to me being so pale was the beds by the pool were shaded which was lovely but the pool itself had no shade at all which made it hard to stay in for very long without getting burnt and meant the pool was very warm!

Hotel ziet er veelbelovend uit en er zou ook wel iets van te maken zijn als er goed management zou zijn en wat aanpassingen om het comfortabel te laten worden. Maar helaas, het is geen hotel om naar terug te verlangen. Ruime kamers, maar gehorig en verouderd.

Zeer weinig behulpzaam personeel. We hadden een doos verse kiwi gekocht voor de volgende dag, maar het mocht niet in de koelkast van de keuken, ondanks meerdere keren verzoeken. Op de kamer is geen koelkast, dus de volgende dag konden we de kiwi's weggooien. Het personeel is niet klantgericht en ongeïnteresseerd.

Price is somewhat very expensive... not recommended for local or budget travelers because price is somewhat in dollars or euros category. And the transport its quite a challenge if your new.

Tuvimos que dejar el hotel una noche antes de lo previsto por cancelación de vuelo, y la gente que trabaja ahí nos ayudo en todo ya que teníamos que ir rápido al aeropuerto. Se ofrecieron a acompañarnos y fueron muy empaticos con nuestra situación. Pudimos disfrutar de la comida que servían y de sus servicios de lavandería.

No poder disfrutar la noche que habíamos reservado por culpa de cancelación de la aerolínea.

for a property this good and the rates it was really good that a pool. They have an in-house restaurant which serves good food and good coffee I think and the location of the properties is really good so I really like this.

- Hôtel très calme, un peu à l'écart du centre de Puerto Princesa, parfait pour se reposer (et avec une magnifique vue) - Espaces intérieurs et extérieurs bien aménagés et agréables (en particulier la piscine et les nombreux sunbeds autour) - Bon restaurant sur place (bien qu'un peu cher) - Chambre propre, spacieuse et très confortable - Salle de bain nickel, avec de l'eau (vraiment) chaude !

- Pas grand chose accessible rapidement à pied aux alentours : scooter ou trike nécessaire pour se déplacer - Une bouilloire et un frigo dans les chambres seraient un plus ! PS : les prix des trikes proposés par l'hôtel sont exorbitants, il vaut mieux sortir de l'hôtel et héler un chauffeur sur la route (exemple pour une course jusqu'à l'aéroport : 185 PHP en hélant un chauffeur vs. 500 PHP proposé par la réception de l'hôtel)

Wir fahren für eine Übernachtung dort und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war Wunsch aber gut ausgestattet und ja das Hotel ist etwas im die Jahre gekommen. Wir fanden es trotzdem sehr gut und würden wieder buchen.

It's a nice place to stay, breakfast was ok

They had the restaurant area closed, made it very inconvenient to walk out to see the back to view the pool or to buy anything, service for breakfast was slow, when someone ask for coffee, they wait til your food comes out, should have a choice in the matter..... But they didn't ask..... Wasn't asked if I wanted cream or sugar.... Service is key too all businesses.....

L’extérieur est sympathique, la chambre est convenable pour le prix.

Nous avions fais une demande de transfert pour venir nous récupérer à l’aéroport qui nous avais été acceptée par message booking. J’avais pris une chambre exprès la nuit d’avant pour pouvoir nous reposer. Nous sommes arrivée après avoir fais un long voyage à 6h du matin à l’aéroport et personne n’étais venu nous récupérer. Au moment d’arriver pour le réceptionniste s’est littéralement moquer de moi quand je lui ai expliquer la situation en lui disant que ce n’étais pas lui qui s’occupait de cela. Le service demander n’a pas été effectuer. Petit conseil, ne prenez pas le transfert de l’hôtel comptez sur vous même.

Staffs are very accommodating. Had a great talk with the bartenders/baristas in the Cafe.

The view

The bed was very hard. No TV no refrigerator, cost of tricycle to go anywhere was expensive. Breakfast was average. Bad sewerage smell coming from under the loose tiles. 350p for 7 kg of laundry but got charged double because it was in 2 plastic bags 5kg. Surcharge on everything.

Extremely clean, spacious , modern and comfortable room. Aircon quiet and effective. $ very good value . Beautiful swimming pool - long enough to lap in. Poolside service from bar. Pool table and good billiard cues.

Scraps food left on tables and floor in dining areas attracting insects. Had to request an obvious clean up when staff weren’t busy. A lift to assist luggage to upper floor . My cocktail definitely lacked alcohol. Positive it was somehow overlooked but difficult to prove. Bought two and no alcohol affects or taste of alcohol. Watch barman make it!

Struttura molto bella, cucina ottima e servizio perfetto!

La struttura è ottima, lo staff è gentilissimo, camere pulite e acqua calda nella doccia top. Hanno un bar molto bello e soprattutto buono. In reception è facile prenotare spostamenti per tutte le filippine a prezzi molto onesti. Fuori la reception c’è anche sempre un Tuktuk pronto, molto gentile ma ricordatevi sempre di contrattare
