LArtista Hostel

Very spacious dorms with great locker space. The toilets were clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Super cheap laundry place down the road if you need that service. I also arranged onward travel with the hostel for a good price. They offer nice food in the restaurant.

The locks on the doors of the showers and toilets weren’t super secure and the showers could be refurbished/ a bit cleaner.

Amazing location, right on the road. Clean and spacious dorms.

Washrooms could have been maintained better. Showers were not working

Igényes környezet, főleg a kert részében volt kellemes tartózkodni.

- kindly staff - clean - hot shower

- AC makes many noise

As always. We had a superb stay.

The vibe of the place

The showers which where a little bit dirty

The vibe of the place.

The power plugs where a struggle to deal with.

Amazing staff. So kind and helpful on so many levels, always cheered up. Also the bar area is amazing, it's cozy and the food, even if it's not cheap, it's super tasy. Definitely recommended.

The beds on shared dorms are not the best. I woke up when any of the people in the 4 bunk beds moved. Also rules are not clear enough as some people of the dorm just turned on the light at midnight to do random stuff, super disrespectful. I think the hostel should remind of the rules and put them on the wall or something. Also the aircon was super cold.

Ubicación, instalaciones, atención del personal

Baños unisex

Ubicación, instalaciones, atención del personal !!

Me gustó todo!

The hostel was very nice, clean, and the staff were friendly.

Bestes Hostel nach 5 Wochen auf den Philippinen

Great friendly staff, would book again

Comfortable, quiet, staff are friendly and accommodating. Pillows and blankets are all clean. Overall a great stay.

Hot shower only works on 1 of 3 cubicles; it is a trailer-type hostels so you will any heavy footsteps.

Not in, Christian, and Vince provided excellent service in a very friendly manner. I would book again when I am in Puerto Princesa. Very relaxed environment, love it. Clean bathrooms and a no shoe policy for upstairs bedroom and bathroom. No shoes = cleaner floors people. No one wants dirt and grime in the bedroom. Amazing place! Thanks for allowing me to be a guest.

Everything

The air conditioning was a bit noisy

Clean, nice ambiance, spacious, near fast foods, mall, fast internet, friendly staff, fast wifi, comfortable bed, very affordable price

None

Friendly staff.

The flooring is a bit noisy but it's okay.

comfortable bed

noisy and hot in the daytime

This is a very good hostel. Everything were clean and comfortable. They provide free water and towels. And every bed has a large locker. Unfortunately the prices on the food are similar to European prices so I didn’t try it, the pizzas looks really good tho. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Great room, bathroom and locker storage

Bathroom could do with a place to put your wash bag and soaps. Food prices are expensive

Es bueno céntrico y económico

The dorm room was cold and the beds were comfortable with full curtains. The staff were always very courteous and available. The pizza was delicious. Very good for value and 10 mins walk away from Robinsons mall

The bed creaks when anybody moves. The toilet and shower cubicles have weird double doors that don't close well. The toilet cubicles aren't properly closed so if someone takes a dump, the smell spreads 🤣

The food in the hostel

Nothing

The room i booked wasn’t available so was put in a different room and they had my booking dates wrong and insisted i pay another night. Staff were rude and very unhelpful

Everything is very nice and pleasant to look at. The restaurant on the ground floor adds a great touch, the food is delicious and affordable. You can’t hear the music from the rooms. Definitely worth it for the price.

So clean.. good location … best pizza ever .. great reception stuff

Good location but away from the main city. Walking distance to the airport (25min) and very comfy beds

Noisy at times from the restaurant music downstairs

Lovely place to stay on a quiet road.

Super great staff. Ac room. Clean. The beds make much noises when others roll in it. I reserved a shuttle through them which came with almost 2h delay.

A very comfortable and clean place. Staff very friendly and accommodating

Generally everything was fine

The room was very clean and comfortable , and the bathroom also. Good location close to the big shopping mall and not far from the airport. The staff was very nice. I totally recommend it.

It's not the best place for socialising. The common area is the same place as a restaurant.

Provided towels and had hot showers. The rooms are spacious not crowded. Comfortable beds. Curtains for privacy and clean facilities. Nice atmosphere

Squeaky bed frames. If someone above or below you moves a lot it can get annoying at night. Offering an expensive pick up service from the Airport. We are all budget travellers should advise us on the cheapest option and be clear what options are out there and then someone can make an informed decision if they maybe prefer a personalised pick up from the hostel or use pick up at the airport which are less then half price.

1. nice smiling people working here 2. huge locker to fit your valuables, 1 big bagpack or 2-3 daypacks can easily fit there. 3. walking distance from the exit of Puerto Prinsesca airport, just 2.5km according to GoogleMaps. In case you want to skip some walk, just walk to "Puerto Prinsesca North Road" and take a multicab (small in-towb version of jeepney) direction San Jose for 15PHP=0.25€. Hostel is situated in Barangay (neighborhood) San Pedro. 4. Good location, just 2.8Km to the main Street Rezal Avenue (13PHP by multicab that runs until 10pm) and 800m (walkable) from "Robinsons Place Palawan" which also has a high quality 3-rooms movie multiplex for around 280PHP=4.57€ per screening. VISA extension is also there, Mon-Fri (except national holidays) 10am-4pm last application accepting. 5. comfortable bed with curtains for privacy, 2 pillows (in case you just want to read something while lying on bed), plus light+socket at each bed 6. clean everywhere: dormitory, bath, common areas 7. drinking water provided 8. possible to rent an auto motorbike here for 600PHP=9.70€ per day 9. tours to touristic highlights also provided by the hostel (in case you are not a DIY-DoItYourself person; of course, it is easier but also more expensive from the DIY-version) NOTE: Stayed totally for 7 nights (just booking day by day), so this review reflects this experience here.

No negative; everything was fine.

Nice looking and clean. Staff was nice.

The beds are designed the way that if one person moves the entire construction moves. They do not have standard airco, but some kind of fan which is extremely noisy, so you feel like sleeping in walking fridge. It was directly blowing on my bed set up on 16 degrees. Without option to set it lower. I stayed only one night, but due to this I slept about half an hour shivering cold in rocking bed as people couldn’t sleep either. If you want quiet place with bed that is still, go elsewhere. Such disappointment and so far the worst place i have stayed. Yes is very clean, looks good as it is new, staff is nice, but the reality is little different. Coffee is an instant coffee with milk. If you order latte for 160, you get instant coffee with milk.

Nice location, great restaurants - with tasty vegan options for me, amazing atmosphere, cool design and above all that - wonderful workers.

Two of three showers are cold water only, and the one with the hit water is with a low pressure. Lotssss of mosquitoes out there, I was bitten every minute.

I liked the hostel, my 2nd stay.

Vans, tours and motorbike prices seemed over inflated in my opinion.
