Nice hotel, with a nice view and infinity pool. Buffet breakfast was good, and we also tried the a la carte dinner with several tasty options. All the staff and Mirza in reception were kind and helpful. Recommended.

Staff was better during day time and the guy named himanshu on reception always keep client waiting, is very rude and inappropriate according to the place where they have given him job ,,he is very rude in behaviour despite paying so much, horrible experience with only one person that is himanshu in reception, otherwise everyone imid great

The Pool was the highlight, good breakfast, however could use some continental variety. Room was clean with good view. Definitely recommend, it's good value for money.

Some of the staff were bit overzealous, could come down a bit and that would provide a better service. IRD orders were always late upto 45mins, and quite mediocre tbh.

Location is ok. There are not many good restaurants around. Property is small but the is expensive for the size of the property. We ordered pizza and it was not good so we never ate food in restaurant. Service was slow.

We had an eight night stay here and everything was great, from the staff at the front desk and especially the waiting staff in the restaurant , Sonia,rocky,Sandeep,jay and all the other staff. The managers have made the hotel a big happy family. The best part is the food, we’ve travelled on and it’s made us appreciate the quality of the restaurant the food is some of the best Indian and Chinese cuisine. Altogether a very happy stay, will miss our swims on the rooftop pool. The atrium style hotel is a winner, cool and stylish. It’s not a beach hotel but a fifteenth minute walk or ask bubble for a cab gets you there. Would stay again and recommend.

Room was a decent size and staff were nice.

There was no hotel bar. The rooftop swimming pool had no bar, only a couple of tables and chairs with no parasols. Very few sunbeds which were under a covered area. Such a shame and waste considering the lovely view. Also the hotel was further from the beach than anticipated.

Room was comfortable. Decent size balcony to relax and enjoy the sunset. Infinity pool on roof top was cool, just closes early. The staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. Assisted to book a taxi back to the airport. Location Great as it's central to the goa coastline so u can walk to any of the beaches from your room. Lots of eating places close by as well and the area is quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Will definitely book again.

Breakfast was not that great. Food was dry and not a large variety for foreigners. Mostly local cuisine and fruit available.

The cleanliness of the shower and bedding was a real let‑down. We had to ask the manager to come and inspect the bedding upon arrival, as it appeared the pillowcases had not been changed from the previous guests. The bedding and pillowcases were replaced, and although the manager apologised, the pillows themselves were smelly. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the room was the only disappointment during our stay.

Lovely and clean decor. Good housekeeping, nice little touches such as slippers in the room. Everything provided for us . The roof top pool was amazing.

No bar. The restaurant was only really for breakfast. But that was a misunderstanding on our part paying more attention to the lovely photos rather than reading the details.

Very friendly and welcoming staff throughout our stay. The hotel is nice and clean, and the location is great — very close to the beach. The breakfast was good (not a huge selection, but perfectly enjoyable). The rooftop pool was lovely and a great place to relax. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The WiFi works on one main connection throughout the hotel, so it was occasionally a bit slow. Our room was next to the road, and there was noticeable traffic noise even with the balcony doors closed. The floor was still quite wet when we arrived; housekeeping came to dry it, but it didn’t make a big difference. At the rooftop pool, there were sometimes plates and towels left around, and there could have been more sun loungers available.

Asked for decaf coffee but non available .Breakast choice was limited ,pastries hard, coffee machine not great .pancakes would have been good .

The hotel was very nice, friendly staff, reasonably clean, the pool was nice. The view from. Our room was amazing, like looking over a jungle. There were birds and sometimes monkeys.

I had my Kindle stolen on the first day. It was in my bag in the room. So if you stay there I recommend you put everything in the safe in your room. Even if you think it is not that valuable

Staff very Helpful Specially the Manager His approach, attention to detail, Helpful and to go the extra mile. Food was also brilliant compliments to the Chefs. We recommend this Hotel and will certainly stay there if we visit Goa again

The lobby and dining area are absolutely beautiful! The infinity pool is lovely although I wish they extended the opening hours. The breakfast was decent.

The location is Calangute which is far from quieter beaches like Morjim. So it was a bit of a trek to get to the beaches of our liking. Also the staff got a bit pushy around checkout time when we were well within the time.

Service and cleanliness

A hand rowel should be provided. Nothing the hotel could do but young children making noise, ringing room door bells etc.. was annoying at 11pm on 30th Jan .

They attain foreigners more intact extra Breakfast I asked for boiled eggs to which they refuse. Many items in breakfast were not available before time Rooms are small . Balcony is too small

Clean & reasonably priced hotel & a nice infinity pool

The bedroom was amazing - the best yet. We were on level 5 top floor at back & had a great balcony with very comfortable furniture.

It would have been good to have sun shades / parasols at loungers beside pool. It's a great space & seems under utilised. Snack bar facilities would be great. We realise that this is not so important to some nationalities, but is for western Europeans.

Bar only sold beer!? Moved us in our last day to accommodate a large party! Badgered us into it, even texting whilst staying overnight in the hospital! Not very accomodating or understanding. Lady manager exceptionally unhelpful or sympathetic to our situation. .

I liked the nice hot shower, large windows and good size room. Breakfast service was very slow as there was only one staff member on the egg counter (who was doing his very best to accommodate everyones wishes) hence the 25 min plus wait to give my order. I did enjoy some nice fruits while I waited in line to be served so all was not lost! I was excited to go up and use the pool and enjoy this outdoor space for the afternoon (the photos looked impressive of the infinity pool) but was disappointed with the rubbish, cigarette ash/butts and general unkept nature of this area that greeted me. While I did stay, cleared the bottles to one side and pushed the rubbish and ash behind me to try and enjoy and hour or so the space was soon bombarded with several youth spending over an hour doing repeated selfies (which was amusing for the first 15-20 mins) but then became tedious as they tried to manoeuvre around my lounger (which I did move twice) for better positioning!!! Room service was not carried out as requested while we were out for the day and several phone calls to housekeeping were required to get some dry towels and even a teaspoon that evening.

The staff were very friendly and responsive to the issues we raised. Had very good choices and variety for the breakfast buffet. Location was good.

One of the two rooms assigned to us initially had mold in the room, was smelly. This however got addressed quickly when brought to the front desk notice and the room was changed. Rooms didn’t feel clean upon checking in. Towels in the bathroom were a blotchy white. Bathrooms had a distinct sewage smell

Pool upstairs is amazing, location is very good - 25min walk to Calangute beach. Staff is very very friendly and helpful! I loved how manager Nadin greeted each table every morning. You can order drinks and food from downstairs restourant upstairs or in room. We loved here and when we come back, we will book the same hotel!

Great breakfast, really helpful staff and exceptionally clean hotel. Our room was cleaned/serviced daily. The rooftop infinity pool and view are amazing! Also the shower in our room was like a rainforest shower - so relaxing!

More sunbeds around the infinity pool would be helpful - I think there were only 4 or 5 sunbeds.

The location was in a quieter spot, out of the hustle of central Calangute. The rooftop views and roof top pool were a highlite! All the staff are lovely and so helpful. The beds are comfortable and good air conditioning. Breakfast was great!

Hard to think of anything really. Take earplugs whilst in a quieter spot the road outside can get a bit noisy.

Well presented and clean, with exceptional service and helpful staff. The food was good and the rooms were comfortable and luxurious. Booked the stay as a chill out after a long flight and wasn’t disappointed! The menu was varied and the food was good also.

Its location means that to get to the beach/shops you have to negotiate a busy road without a pavement, but I was aware of that prior to booking and was very happy to rest and relax at the hotel, enjoying the pool and the restful ambiance of the room.

The restaurant was not prepared for non-local tourists. There was no continental option for dinner, not even a single choice for the main course. The staff did not know what “fish and chips” was even though it was on the menu (we got chicken instead ;-) We understand that when in India we should try local food, but sometimes your body cannot tolerate that amount of spices...

The service was poor, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly. The turn down service wasn’t good. The appliances did not work property and the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable. I do not think it was worth the price.
