Reviewed Jan 10, 2025I liked the space of the studio. It was spacious and accommodating with a fridge, stove, a couch, bed and a dining table. I liked the safety mechanism created, which included having a door being kept locked all times, especially during the evening. This door would mitigate any unwanted intruders.
For the price point, it would have been nice to have a hot and cold shower, especially seeing we are in a January where the temperatures in the morning can get really chilly. The a/c remote needs to be replaced, it requires a little finesse in order to turn on or off the a/c, it was a little frustrating. Even though an iron was provided, there wasn't an ironing board. The mattress in the room, I would suggest it be replaced as it seems it has done its time. It's not old or dingy, just that you can feel the wear and tear when you're on it.

They reached out before my arrival to ensure everything was in place and continued to check in throughout my stay, making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. This level of attentiveness made me feel genuinely cared for. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. What made this stay even more exceptional was the inclusion of a back massage from Touch Therapies, the massage business connected to the guest house. The massage was absolutely incredible—soothing, professional, and the perfect way to unwind. It was clear that Touch Therapies prides itself on delivering a top-notch experience, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated. This guest house offers so much more than just a place to stay—it’s an oasis of comfort, convenience, and relaxation.
