Das Goto entspricht nicht der Ausstattung

Las vistas son al gran canal, se ve muy muy bonito. El anfitrión nos recibió muy amable y nos explicó todo muy bien, destacó la simpatía y su amabilidad.

La limpieza es nula, el aire no enfría bien porque es un ventilador grande y luego la habitación olía a perro, el baño tenía restos de basura de los que serían los clientes anteriores.

The location was good.

It wasn’t clean at all. I feel like this is a basic requirement of any accommodation. The bathrooms especially. Did not make us feel comfortable.

Le foto non corrispondono allo stato della struttura. Le pareti della stanza erano decorate coi cadaveri delle zanzare schiacciate. Molte. C’era un ventilatore che era così sporco da dissuadere chiunque ad usarlo: l’ho spostato con una mano e mi è rimasta appiccicata la sporcizia di una vita…il materasso era quello di una branda, il tappetino scendiletto sporco, la finestra non chiudeva bene, la presa per la corrente vicino al letto non funzionava, il box doccia era incrostato di calcare…😬

De lo peor que he visto.

Habitación insalubre y hecha una chapuza. Un aire portátil cutre con el tubo encajado en la ventana tapada con plástico, celo y papel. Muchísimos mosquitos en todo el establecimiento. El suelo pegajoso, con pelusa. El baño es una asquerosidad (encima tienes que compartir)

Nos gustó todo mucho! La amabilidad de las personas de contacto, la disposición para ayudar, la flexibilidad para poder hacer el check in antes de lo previsto. Es un lugar excepcional.

Very close to the canal and not too far from the train station, good location. Very large and spacious room. Great communication from host, answered all questions promptly.

No view of the canal as mentioned, however it was right outside the door and next to the water bus taxi. Lots of bugs and mosquitoes! Property was very run down but okay for a night or two. Bedroom was clean, however the shared amenities were filthy and full of mosquitoes.

È un grande appartamento sul Canal Grande lasciato all incuria totale Potrebbe essere un posto speciale per chi visita questa meravigliosa città e invece..SPORCO ovunque. Pulita la biancheria del letto e gli asciugamani grazie a dio. Non c è aria condizionata ma solo ventilatori e cattivo odore. Nella mia camera tappetto lurido che ho messo fuori alla porta e due piumoni invernali puzzosi lasciati nell armadietto. Non vi dico cosa c era dietro il letto. Sul davanzale della finestra tappi di bottiglie di non so chi. Mura sporche di zanzare uccise da precedenti ospiti I bagni(assolutamente non puliti a dovere) sono in comune e quindi anche lì..insomma..non è per deboli di stomaco. Scrivo la recensione con molto dispiacere perché ripeto..è un posto con un bel potenziale in una citta che ti prende l anima per quanta bellezza c è! Poi..chi mi ha accolto non parlava italiano..PERCHÉ?

Вночі сусіди прийшли пізно і було чутно півночі як вони ходили, готували, розмовляли.

C'était vraiment bien, à côté de plein de choses pratiques et surtout cool, car tout est mis en œuvre pour être bien dans le logement.

Il y a eu un souci au niveau des frais supplémentaires de 2 euros qui ne m'ont pas été remboursés.

La entrada del alojamiento estaba en un estado muy decadente y deteriorado, tanto por fuera como por dentro, algo impropio de un alojamiento turístico. Además, la puerta de entrada tenía un trozo de llave atascado en la cerradura por la parte interior, lo que transmitía una sensación de falta de mantenimiento y generaba dudas sobre la seguridad del alojamiento. Las ventanas de la habitación eran muy antiguas. Además, el aire acondicionado tenía un tubo que salía al exterior, lo que obligaba a mantener las ventanas abiertas en todo momento. Esto provocaba la entrada de insectos y dejaba la habitación sin seguridad cuando no estábamos, tanto de día como de noche, con todas nuestras pertenencias en el interior. El baño también presentaba numerosos desperfectos. Las mamparas de la ducha estaban rotas, se descolgaban y caían hacia dentro. El sumidero estaba abierto y el inodoro hacía muchísimo ruido cada vez que se accionaba la cisterna o se utilizaba el agua del lavabo o de la ducha. La otra habitación tenía un agujero enorme en la pared y daba la sensación de estar abandonada. Por último, el secador de pelo estaba instalado en un baño exterior. Al ser un secador de pared, no podía trasladarlo a nuestra habitación, por lo que no pude utilizarlo con comodidad. Muy mal para el precio que pagamos

The location is great you can walk everywhere from here or jump on a boat with public transport

Lack of AC in the summer months can be a pain but they have two fans so it was bare-able

It was a simple walk from the train over a couple small bridges about ten minutes. I liked the ease of access over the messages and camera at the front door etc. the facilities were clean.

The bed was a bit hard but the pillows were soft. Also as a man traveling with two others I felt safe but if I was a solo person it may be a bit creepy being a bit tucked back. But overall Venice felt pretty safe and generally a good amount of people about so that is my only concern.

Great location and easy check in. They were very accommodating when I asked to leave my bags. The place is tucked away and quiet. Overall a very lovely stay!

Creía que contrataba la habitación de la fotocon vistas al canal y nos dieron una con 3 camas individuales interior. Baño compartido. Habitaciones sin aire acondicionado( tenían un pingüino portátil)

Ótima localização e o Sr. Yasmin, muito prestativo e atencioso.

Excelente ubicación, a una estación de vaporeto de la estación de tren, cerca de todo, con vista al gran canal. El depto es grande, cómodo, con lindo baño y trato de Yasin fue excelente. Nos sentimos super bien. Volveremos.

A localização era muito boa

Banheiro estava sempre sujo, porta do box quebrada, fiquei presa no banheiro 2x com o trinco que estava ruim. Tive que pagar uma taxa de 12€ pq cheguei depois as 20h que é o horário máximo que eles botam e para o check in, porém não estava ninguém lá para me receber. Ou seja, paguei uma taxa para nada. Não tinha ninguém lá, peguei as chaves na mesma, não mudou em nada para que eu tenha que pagar essa taxa. Isso me deixou muito chateada.

Very good location and host is nice, they let us left our luggage at the place before and after we stayed there which was a very nice help!

The only bad thing is that we booked the stay for the view, and didn't realize there were different rooms, so we didn't get the one with the nice view.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Canal. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything. We were warmly welcomed and were even allowed to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which we really appreciated. Communication was quick and efficient throughout our stay. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning—truly a wow moment! Everything was comfortable and well organized. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice and would gladly stay here again.

La ubicación y el tamaño del espacio

El ingreso muy complicado, no querían dejarnos entrar a las 8pm porque “se había acabado la hora del check in” luego nos hicieron pagar el impuesto de turismo a las malas para dejarnos entrar. Llegábamos cansados de un viaje largo anterior, con calor y mis papás estaban estresados. No fue una buena experiencia.

It was a little dated, but extremely clean and good shower. Very comply beds. Good location to get to the sites and not too busy.

Beautiful apartment overlooking the Grand Canal and close to tourist attractions. We especially appreciate Yasin's service. Highly recommended, we'll be back!

L’unico vero punto di forza della struttura è la posizione: ottima e centralissima, perfetta per visitare Venezia a piedi. Inoltre, la vista dalla nostra camera era semplicemente spettacolare: si affacciava direttamente sul Canal Grande, regalando un panorama davvero meraviglioso e indimenticabile. Il personale sono stati gentili e cortese

Esperienza decisamente negativa. La struttura si è presentata sporca e per nulla accogliente. Già all’ingresso la scala che conduce alle camere era piena di polvere e sporcizia, dando subito una pessima impressione. Non è presente nemmeno una vera reception per l’accoglienza degli ospiti. Il piano delle camere è molto datato e il corridoio è separato dalla zona lavanderia (o comunque da un locale di servizio) con semplici lenzuola o coperte appese al posto di una porta. Per tutta la permanenza si sentivano i rumori di lavatrice e asciugatrice, rendendo l’ambiente poco confortevole. Il bagno è in comune, quindi bisogna attendere che gli altri ospiti lo liberino, e purtroppo l’ho trovato molto sporco. Inoltre, il personale non parla italiano e, dopo il check-in, non era più reperibile: li abbiamo visti solo al nostro arrivo. Nel complesso, la struttura non corrispondeva alle aspettative in termini di pulizia, organizzazione e accoglienza. Personalmente non la consiglierei.

Location was amazing

Sharing restrooms, with others, it was never busy, however I missed that part where I had to share bathrooms.

Como todas as ruas de Veneza são interessantes, a localização atende (ao lado de um pier, facilitando pegar barco-taxi), e o funcionário que nos atendeu foi muito simpático e ágil. Quarto e roupas de cama/banho limpos

Mattresses were super comfy and location was really near the station, place was quiet and clean overall.

The announcement on Booking clearly stated “Each room features a private bathroom with a bidet, tea and coffee maker, and parquet floors.” which it was clearly not since at entrance we were surprised bathrooms was shared among other visitors. The “receptionist” later told us ONLY 1 room has the private bathroom.

La limpieza estaba muy bien hecha, el baño a pesar de ser compartido siempre olía bien. Estaba bien ubicado.

La comunicación con el manager, ya que tuve un inconveniente con el número de huéspedes y tuve que pagar el tax para dos personas, siendo que iba yo sola. Le expliqué esta situación al chico que me hizo el check in (él era muy amable), pero el manager no tuvo la consideración de este percance y de igual forma tuve que pagar el tax. Finalmente, le consulté a qué hora era el check out y ni siquiera respondió.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, a pasos de la Estación Santa Lucia y del barrio Cannaregio (para mi el mas lindo de la ciudad). A pesar de tener baños compartidos, es muy cómodo y siempre esta todo ordenado y limpio. La atención de su anfitrión es muy buena. Teniendo en cuenta los precios altísimos que tiene esta ciudad, este hospedaje tiene una muy buena relación precio-calidad.

The location was convenient if you travel by train between the countries. The facilities are shaby, could have been better for the monay that we paid. It felt like everything is held together by spit and glue - the bath tube, the stains on the bed sheets, the glases in the kitchen area, the floor. It is not about Venice buildings being old it is about cleanliness and comfort that you create inside. The best part of this stay was a lady named Marjan who was very supportive and polite. I hope she finds a better place to work for. Overall I will never choose to stay in this place again.

To start instructions to get in were unclear. Had to call owner and he did answer right away. The room we stayed in had tape hanging from the feeling with black stuff on it. I took of my shoes to wal around and my feet got dirty instantly. They had an AC unit in the room but the exhaust was to a 4 foot open window. So it was totally useless. There were 2 bathrooms but when we get there one sink was full with dirty brown water. The shower had a hanger to place your soaps that was totally covered in rust. No floor towel so water was EVERYWHERE! When we tried to go to the other bath room there was 6 people in line.... It was horrible. We stayed a total of 2 hours before we found another hotel and left. The owner still made up pay for the full stay and for the city tax.

Que no aceptaran nuestra cancelación avisada al llegar al lugar: el ingreso era completamente por escaleras,no inclusivo, estaba húmedo tanto el ambiente como las toallas ennegrecidas. Muy frío. todo desde la entrada sucia hasta el pasillo, la cocina , el baño y la habitación. Olía mal, la limpieza y el mantenimiento eran lamentables. Aún así, lo peor fue la falta de reconocimiento del dueño ante la petición de cancelación. No se solidarizó ante la imposibilidad de uso de una persona mayor ( aclarado desde la contratación adelantada). No nos devolvieron el pago total que abonamos pese a que NO USAMOS NADA porque no pudimos acceder con mi madre de 75 an̈os, y que revendieron un día obteniendo doble ganancia, además de haber obtenido nuestro dinero con mucha antelación. Dejamos la llave e inmediatamente al corroborar el estado del lugar tuvimos que buscar otro hotel espontáneamente. Al no devolvernos el pago incurrimos en muy elevados e impensados gastos. Actitud deshonesta por parte del dueño que obtuvo completamente su ganancia e injusta ante la falta de intermediación que avale nuestro planteo.Todo para el dueño, nada para el huésped, ni siquiera en un punto medio de ganancia- pérdida. Jamás nos ocurrió en tantos años de negocar con Booking. Solicitamos AYUDA PRONTA.

The location is excellent — very quiet and conveniently close to the Vaporetto stop. I really appreciated the communication; any questions were answered almost immediately. I had no issues at all during my stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone travelling on a budget.

I liked everything overall. The place is a little run-down, but it was very, very clean. I would have preferred to know in advance that the bathrooms and showers were located in the corridor. That said, I honestly enjoyed my stay.

It has everything needed for a short stay in Venice. Great location, and it was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable.

So I will go straight. I think you could only enjoy this apartment if you take canal view room. It is big, it had own toilet and shower cabin (although it is not fixed so you feel scared standing inside when it moves on its tiny legs). This was room we were staying in. Location and view from is exactly what you see in photos (amazing). But this is the only advantage. We were staying for one night only and we felt pretty good after whole day of walking. No sounds from canal could wake us. If you don’t care much about overall condition of the apartment this is perfect choice for you to spend couple nights and enjoy view and Venice vibes. - owner was helpful and checking process was smooth and clean - own toilet and shower cabin - amazing view - no outsize noise except from boats - excellent location

These are real things but if you need to stay here just to spend nights or evenings it should not really matter (again, I speak only for canal view room): - very poor condition of rooms and furniture - cleaning could be better

The view from the room was amazing. We loved the location. The room spacious and we had access to a shared kitchen and bathroom. This was a bonus given we were three adults using one bathroom in our room. We were within walking distance to the train and very close to any spots on the island! Excellent location. Communication was clear with the host.

Difficult to answer! The canal was outside our window. It was a bit noisy at night but we booked knowing that. The lapping of the water made up for any noise. The bathroom water was run by a pump. The sound wasn’t what we expected. Once we figured out the water system all was fine.

Such a great position with view! We had a lovely view of the water and boats outside our multiple windows. The room was very large and myself and my teens enjoyed the space in our downtime between exploring . A water bus station taking up or down the river was just outside the appartment! Staff were very accomodating and allowed us to store our bags safely while waiting for our check in later in the day. Super close to the train station to leave the islands as well a lovely park for a bit of greenery and sanctuary.

Of course being next to the water came with the sounds of the outside world. Was a little disturbing for our one night there but probably would have been more used to it if we stayed longer :). Plus, we chose to keep the windows adjar for night air. Could have had a few more things to use in the kitchen to prepare any foods between eating out if thats the plan for your family, but otherwise no problem.

Tuve que llegar una hora mas tarde para hacer el chek in y resulta que estaba cancelado por llegar tarde. Si me avisaron que había que pagar una penalización y ese no era el problema, lo iba a pagar llegando porque no pude hacer una transferencia internacional, pero al llegar no había nadie para atenderme y solo tenia un mensaje que estaba cancelado mi chek in. después de escribir a mi anfitrión se arreglo mas tarde y pague los 25 euros y me entregaron las llaves, pero se siente uno muy mal llegar con tu familia a las 9 de la noche y que no puedas entrar y que no este nadie para atenderte en el momento.

Room was big and clean. Very close to the canal and about 20 minutes walk from st Marks square and 15 minutes walk from train statIon. Really nice location. We made the booking last minute but had no issues with checking in. The staff was very nice helpful and friendly. Spacious room and clean bathroom (shared). The bed was comfy.

L’unica cosa é la posizione.

Tutto. Ho soggiornato in questo ostello con l’illusione di aver prenotato una sistemazione economica; in realtà ho scoperto di aver preso parte a un’esperienza immersiva nel concetto di “abbandono urbano”. La pulizia è un tema trattato con grande creatività: probabilmente qui si segue una filosofia minimalista, eliminando direttamente l’idea stessa di igiene. I bagni, in particolare, meritano una menzione speciale: polvere ovunque, superfici che raccontano storie di ospiti passati e un generale senso di degrado che nemmeno il tempo sembra voler disturbare. Abbiamo addirittura dovuto comprare prodotti per la pulizia perchè il livello di sporcizia era veramente altissimo (nota bene: non sono abituata ad andare in hotel di lusso ANZI) La struttura nel complesso appare vissuta… molto vissuta. Diciamo che più che un ostello sembra un set perfetto per un documentario sul decadimento architettonico nonostante la struttura abbia potenzialità ENORMI. In compenso, se cercate un posto che vi faccia rivalutare profondamente qualsiasi altro alloggio futuro, questo è assolutamente imbattibile.

Non era la stanza che avevo prenotato in precedenza ho chiesto una notte in più e mi è stata cambiata la stanza in un’altra struttura sporca e non c’era personale tranne che su whatsapp

Buona la posizione ed in zona silenziosa. Camera tripla decente anche se con mobili inutilizzabili.

Struttura datata, problemi con il self check-in perché non funzionante, bagno in comune poco organizzato e con tanti prodotti già usati ed ancora in doccia, ma soprattutto non é ammissibile che il personale non parli in italiano.

Le ménage insuffisant dans les chambres notamment sous les lits. Il manquait également des couverts dans la cuisine. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne fermait pas

It was not clear what was included in the offering. Only after booking did we learn that the price we had paid did not cover the suggested view or room amenities (e.g. private bathroom).

No es muy limpio, principalmente baño compartido. Es un poco costoso para lo que son las instalaciones, pero así es Venecia...

Good location, friendly staff. Shared bathrooms were clean. Room was very large. Communal fridge, microwave and kettle to use.

Only one coffee mug in the kitchen. Limited cutlery and crockery, no tea or coffee supplies.We did have our own and used the kitchen kettle. No tea towels in the kitchen or paper towel in the toilet. Bed was uncomfortable, had sunken in the places where people sleep. No underlay on the mattress.

Die Lage war sehr gut, der Angestellte der uns empfangen hat war sehr nett.

Fenster konnten nicht ganz geschlossen werden, drum die ganze Nacht neue und viele Mücken und Schlaf war unmöglich. Blutflecken von Vormücken und Mieter an Wand und Bett. Die zweite Decke war nicht frisch bezogen und roch nach Vormieter, die die wir hatten hatte ein großes Loch. Der Boden war schmutzig. Es wurde ein teilweiser Refund mit booking.com erfolgreich durchgeführt.

Excellent location—especially convenient if you’re arriving by train, and very easy to find.

No internet and no hot water during our stay, and the issues were not fixed. Manageable for one night only.
