We ran out of hot water after filling the lovely bath - it would have been useful to have a note somewhere that the hot water was not unlimited.

They have done a great job on the cottage (and the winery as a whole) and the photos online didn’t do the size of the cottage justice. We found it very comfortable and really liked the small touches like the wine fridge/mini-bar and the well equipped amenities.
The bed was far too hard for us unfortunately.

Free (cost included) bottle of wine in the room. Even if it's absorbed in the tariff, it's a nice touch in a vineyard.

Food service closed at five and so did the restaurant. I think if catering for families it would probably do them to stay open a bit later.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2025It’s a beautiful winery. Staffs are welcoming and knowledgeable. The cottage has great quality and tasteful furnishings. It’s very warm with a log burner and underfloor heating. 3min drive to Clyde. Plenty to do in the area. Would definitely comeback again.
The cottages are next to each other and close to the food truck and cellar door. So privacy is pretty much the one thing we think could be improved.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2024Brand new, beautiful quality furnishings, spacious bedroom, huge bathroom, delightful setting adjacent to the winery and vineyards. We especially enjoyed the little extras... heated bathroom floor, outdoor shower, big bath, twin basins and slow combustion fire. It was a lovely cottage to come home to at the end of the day.
A little more privacy would be nice but this will happen over time as the newly planted shrubs and olive trees grow.

It’s a well thought out and comfortable space - there was no need to leave the property (everything you needed all in one place) but if you had wanted to, it was nice and convenient to Clyde while still maintaining a ‘private’ feel. Staff were lovely and very accomodating.

Had an issue with kitchen (food truck) shutting early 5.30pm and unable to order anything other than Indian takeaway. And seeing as it is a winery I had obviously sampled the wine! Also feel that a cooked breakfast would be a great asset rather than continental (food truck opens at 10am)
