Transit Apartments HEL Airport

Lidt ærgeligt at jeg ikke kunne få en parkeringsplads på trods af at det stod på Booking.com. Jeg måtte parkere ved et hotel i nærheden og betale for det. I det hele var opholdet ok dog overskygget af falske forventninger omkring parkeringspladsen.

Alles sauber, ausreichend für 1 Nacht.

Betten waren etwas hart und unbequem. Schlüsselübergabe kompliziert.

I stayed with my family from August 1st to 2nd and then from August 13th to 14th. After our first stay there, I asked if we could have larger bath towels since the ones they have are very small. They measure 100 cm x 50 cm (39 inches x 19 inches). Their answer was: “If you are staying one night only, that is the towel we provide. Trust me, everyone has gotten them four plus years.”

Sauber. Ausstattung der Küche hervorragend. Gut mit den Öffentlichen zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen Upgrade bekommen, diese Wohnung lag auf Väinö Tanner tie.

Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja sijainti oli seuraavan aamun aikaista lentoa ajatellen ihanteellinen.

Meille sattui todella kuuma päivä, joten ilmastointi olisi ollut loistava. Muuten aivan täysi 10!

Asunnon sijainti heti ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, oma autopaikka ja todella rauhallinen sijainti. Erittäin mielellämme tulemme uudelleenkin!

Toinen avain tarvittaisiin, kun kohde on tarkoitettu isolle porukalle Hyvällä säällä asunto on todella kuuma Tiskirätti olisi hyödyllinen (tai talouspaperi) Kierrättäisin mielelläni (biojäteastia) Whatsapp-viestintä oli uhkaavaa ja epäkohteliasta (paljon ISOLLA kirjoitettuja sanoja) Esim. ensimmäisenä yönä klo 22.55 kysyttiin, milloin aiomme kirjautua pois ja kerrottiin, kuinka häiritsevä käytös johtaa välittömästi häätöön. En ole varma, lähteekö viesti kaikille tuohon aikaan. Jäi myös epäselväksi, oliko meistä lähtenyt liikaa ääntä (2v ei saanut unta ennen 22 ja käytimme wc:tä hiljaisuuden aikaan 22-07) Lisäksi seinillä oli ohjeita, että majoittujan pitää siivota lattiat ja tiskata... Booking.com välitti sen sijaan ystävällisen ohjeistusviestin, jossa sävy oli positiivinen. Eli ehkäpä ilman whatsapp-viestejä majoittuminen olisi ollut oikein mieluisa.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä. Asunto oli siisti. Majoittaja vastasi kysymyksiin nopeasti. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarvittava, jopa hiustenkuivaaja.

Tyynyt olivat hieman epämiellyttävät , mutta niiden kanssa pärjäsi.

Huoneisto oli todella kuuma , ja tämä vähän hankaloitti nukkumista . Muuten hinta- laatu suhde hyvinkin kohdallaan

Pimennysverhot naurettavat rätit,parvekkeen oven sälekaihdin rikki,avainten nouto jostan polkupyörästä ja asunto on vielä kaiken kukkuraksi jonkun nimissä. Ei edes ole vaivauduttu laittamaan sähköjohtoa söngyn läheisyyteen ,eli ei myöskään ns pöytälappua sängyn läheisyydessä. Tosin,eipä tuohon hintaan voi paljon vaatia,mutta nyt ei edes perusasioita ollut tarjolla. yhden yön yöpymiseen ok,kaksi yötä olisi jo kärsimystä.

I was not satisfied with the reservation at all. At the last moment, after a long and exhausting journey when I arrived at the airport, my reservation was automatically canceled. I am very disappointed and upset with the handling of this situation and my overall experience.

Холодно, включили батареи и долго ждали, пока нагреются. К утру было уже жарко, но мы уехали в 5 утра. Поэтому основное время мы ждали этого тепла и мёрзли. Квартира не рассчитана на 5 человек. Было заявлено как 3 кровати. На самом деле 2 большие кровати, нас было 2 взрослых и 3 ребёнка и было очень тесно спать. Коврик стаоый и у двери загибается со всех сторон, можно упасть. Необходимо заменить. Одна сковорода была грязной. Посуды много, но не было ни одного острого ножа, только столовые ножи, ими невозможно ничего резать.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment located very close to the airport. The location was super convenient, just a short drive from airport The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had everything I needed with all the necessary facilities fully provided. The host was also very kind and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I couldn’t find any downside — everything was perfect.

It was Hard to find the property building, the instructions were not clear enough it was like Pokémon search. The apartment was good but missing instant coffee and milk. Great place for a group or family.

Pulito, raggiungibile dall'aeroporto in poche fermate di autobus, check in senza limiti, perfetto per chi deve fare scalo lungo all'aeroporto di Vantaa. C'era anche una sauna nel bagno dell'appartamento!

Really nice place to stay. We had our flights changed to an overnight stay so needed to find something close.

Room want not ready so keys were not available yet upon arrival/check in time. Person came out few minutes afterwards and brought out the keys.

for our family of 4, we would have appreciated more towels for the 3 days stay. also, a drying cloth for the kitchen and additional bin bags.

The apartment was really lovely and it was nice and warm. The communication from the host was fantastic. And all instructions for the self check in was brilliant and very clear. I would definitely stay there again. I stayed there with 3 children and it was perfect for us.

There were 2 adults and 3 children. We sprnt the night before departure. The descfiption says about the sofa, but in fact there was a cot on shich it wasn't possible to fall asleep. But overvall the impresdion is good, thank you.

Sofa beds are extremely uncomfortable my 7and 5 years old slept on it and they complained that the metal supports of the bed was hurting them it is because padding was cheap and very thin one, me and my wife we had to put comforters underneath the kids so they don't feel metal supports and ofcourse we slept with out comforters feeling chill all night!

Location was good, near the airport. We used it for one night after our arrival to Vantaa airport. The apartment was clean.

Before the check-in info, the owner asked to send a photo of my passport - I sent it, but never experienced it before and i do not understand the reason. The apartment was different than on the photos (smaller). The flat was right behind the main entrance, the view from the window was therefore to the yard, any people coming to the house could see right to our flat. We did not find any "terrace". Upon our request the next morning, we were informed that the terrace is outside, in the yard, on the roof of the small building.

The host is super friendly 😊 the place is near the jumbo mall so there are a lot to do.

This is a solid business hotel. The room was functional, with a good working desk and a comfortable bed. I liked the sauna and airport shuttle. It's a great choice for overnight stays at the airport.

The hotel is a little dated, but overall it was comfortable.

I really like the location near the bus stop which is 24/7 delivering oassengers to the airport. I also liked how easy is the access to apartment from the street, quietness of the place.

It was a cold floor elsewhere inside apartment and no slippers available to use. Some linen might be of a higher quality like in hotels. The tariff of stay is the same as at nearby 4* hotel, so it is expected at least similar amenities.

Very clean, very spacious apartment near a shopping center, all information and details about everything was received before we arrived, and when I asked about the parking, I received suggestions instantly on WhatsApp.

Beds was very uncomfortable both the double and the single.

easy check in and check out, whatever the problem is - it will be solved. Whatever the question is - it will be answered. Warm small apartment, as I like it for couple of days. Easy to find by the sent instructions.

I cannot remember. Maybe if you stay for a bit longer - it better be the key for the way-in to the trash bins outside the house.

Found the accommodation to be very comfortable and had a great sleep. Communication was excellent ahead of our stay and self check-in went without a hitch. We didn't see much of the surrounding area as we only stayed for a single night as we flew home very early the following morning. It's conveniently close to the airport which was our main concern and we easily arranged a taxi using one of the local apps. I would suggest that you stop off to pick up supplies before you arrive as we couldn't work out how near shops were. A nice touch was Netflix and streaming services being available on the TV. Also very easy to get connected for streaming from your own devices. For the price I'm not going to fault the apartment, it had what we needed for our stay and I'd happily use it again if flying from Vantaa.

dirty bed linen. the manager did not contact me when I could not open the door to the apartment and did not even try to call back. I stood for an hour and couldn’t open the door, it was late in the evening, I don’t recommend it to anyone, because at night it’s difficult to call a taxi to the airport, and at the airport there is a place to rest for free

Location is good, you can get access to the airport easily.

Old and unpleasantly looking linen, old bad pillows. The minimun necessary sometimes missing, e.g. I didn't find any shampoo or body gel, however an old body lotion probably from previous guests was available. Overall apartment is not clean enough, e.g the dirty carpets in the entrance hall are completely unpleasant and inside apartment.

New Clean place, good value comparing to other places near airport. Bolt/uber is around 6,5 eur to airport( 2023 sept)
