Positive comments about friendly and helpful staff.

Strong positive sentiment centered on manager Kareem and friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond; a few mentions of communication issues and a young boy at reception noted, but overall service is repeatedly described as exceptional.

Mixed reviews on breakfast quality; significant complaints.
