My only complaint was there were smokers at the entrance so the smell was not welcoming. Maybe move the smoking area away from the entrance, give them a table and shade structure a little further away.

Pet hair EVERYWHERE. Hair from before you walked in the door, throughout the room, on top of the fridge, bathroom sink. On nearly every surface including the bed sheets. It was disgusting. There’s no way someone even attempted to vacuum. They gave us another room stating that they usually don’t allow animals on the 4th floor. Got to the new room and it was HOT. The air was off and the heat index that day was 104. Still hadn’t vacuumed the new room either. Food crumbs on the floor. Thankfully the beds were clean. I wouldn’t stay here again. You get what you pay for 🫣

The room had hair on sheets and pillows and all over the bathroom. No room service in our room on the 4th of July. No blind in our first room given at check-in and the second room is not very clean. The shower curtain looked burnt with a hole and was too short, so water came out all over the floor. Not told anything about breakfast hours or anything about the hotel at check-in. Disappointed in my stay. Should have never been offered a room with no shade and the thin shade broke in 302. Told previous people had an altercation and broke it.

The staff was very unfriendly. When we got there the clerk ask are you sure you were in the right place? She also admonished us for booking through what she called a third party site which is obviously booking.com. Our room was not as we booked it because it listed having a bathtub and did not. It also wasn't very clean. At night we were blinded by lights outside of our room that illuminated the property and also the parking lot and across that was another hotel with lights. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and reminded me literally of a super 8 or motel 6 bed. The free breakfast was horrible and included spoiled milk. When we checked out no one asked us how was our stay. This was literally one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. After looking at the room after initial check in I wanted to leave and the clerk said since we booked through a third party site that she couldn't give us a refund even though it was pay at the property. This is the second time in a row that the property that you listed at booking.com was not as expected and very run down and derelict. I'm considering not ever booking through your site again. In the past I've had good experiences, but the past couple have been horrible. You guys really need to check out the properties better . The ratings and reviews were obviously fake because this was the highest rated hotel in Brunswick Georgia.

We actually wish we could have stayed longer and taken advantage of the kitchenette which was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and even a dishwasher. The staff was very hospitable and this was a great overnight stay on our way back from Florida.
There is no pool but I knew about that when I booked so I don't fault the hotel for that. We did have a little bit of trouble hooking our Roku to the Wi-Fi and I did finally just give up. We may have asked the staff for some assistance if we were staying longer but for one night it wasn't a problem.
