Propre, apparemment jolie et confortable. Franchement je vous conseille de réserver ça en vaut la peine. Gare routière juste à côté donc taxi tout le temps dispo juste devant la résidence

Pour info au niveau du bruit sonore de l’extérieur, ce n’est pas les vas et viens des cars qui dérange un peu mais le fait qu’il reste sur le parking moteur allumé mais ça n’empêche pas de bien dormir la nuit. Télécommande de la Clim de la chambre introuvable et pas de café dispo contrairement à la photo. Poste de surveillance a l’entrée inoccupé pendant nos 3 jours de réservation mais secteur calme.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und gemütlich. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da und es war kalt in Marakesch. Daher sehr gut, dass die Wohnung eine Heizung hat. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. CTM Bushaltestelle ist direkt nebenan. So konnten wir am nächsten Morgen direkt weiter fahren nach Essaouira. Wir empfanden den Lärm als nicht zu laut. Aber wenn jemand einen empfindlichen Schlaf hat, vielleicht schon.

Das Bad könnte etwas erneuert werden.

Appartamento spazioso per 2 persone, disponibilità della lavatrice, condizionatore e letto abbastanza comodo. Unica pecca l'appartamento dà sulla stazione dei pullman che, aimé, sono in servizio quasi tutta la notte quindi il rumore è costante. Per gli spostamenti non è un problema visto che con Uber costa poco, i taxi non usano il tassametro e fanno prezzi assurdi. Rimane a 500 metri dalla stazione dei treni.

Het is een schoon en modern appartement. Echter het ligt naast de busstation en hoor je dus constant de bussen. Wij hadden dit gekozen zodat we snel bij vliegveld konden komen. Voor een nacht is deze plek ok, maar ik zou er niet langer willen verblijven.

The apartment was in a great place,not far from the train and bus station. Our building had a security person, which gave us a good feeling. No hassle, everything was great. Also a lovely place to eat near our apartment was Musta Food. I really recommend it.

Unfortunately the place was very noisy because of the bus station.

Le bon rapport qualité - prix. Le logement est bien placé et spacieux.

Les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées et au regard de la localisation ( gare routière CTM) c’est dommage car on entend souvent les cars et le personnel.

Aspetti positivi: - Accesso all’appartamento tramite codice: comodo, niente chiavi da portare con sé. - Porta d’ingresso solida e sicura. - Posizione sopra un bar/ristorante economico, con cibo davvero ottimo.

Aspetti negativi: -Impossibile dormire: l’appartamento si trova accanto a una stazione degli autobus con mezzi che arrivano e partono in continuazione, motori accesi giorno e notte e persone che urlano a ogni ora. -Nel “parcheggio”, che era indicato come gratuito, lungo la strada c’è un uomo che si offre di “aiutare” a parcheggiare per poi chiedere soldi. Lo abbiamo segnalato allo staff, ma hanno fatto finta di non capire. -L’appartamento è trascurato: doccia incrostata di calcare con fughe sporche (abbiamo preferito non usarla), ante della cucina unte e piene di impronte, porte sporche. -Climatizzatore inutilizzabile: appena acceso ho avuto un forte attacco di allergia con tosse e asma, segno evidente che il filtro non viene pulito da tempo.

Positivo: -Ingresso all'appartamento con codice, niente chiavi da doversi portare appresso. -Porta d'ingresso sicura. -Gli appartamenti sono sopra un bar/ristorante economico, con cibo ottimo.

Negativo: -Impossibile dormire perché gli appartamenti sono accanto ad una stazione di autobus che vanno e vengono, con motore acceso tutto e il giorno e tutta la notte e persone che urlano. -Nel "parcheggio" lungo la strada c'è un uomo che ti "aiuta" a parcheggiare e poi vuole soldi per la sosta, quando l'abbiamo detto allo staff hanno fatto finta di non capire. -L'appartamento è tenuto male: doccia piena di calcare con fughe delle piastrelle sporche (abbiamo evitato di usarla), ante della cucina piena di impronte di unto, porte sporche. -Il climatizzatore è stato inutilizzabile perché appena acceso ho avuto un attacco di allergia con tosse e asma. Sicuramente non puliscono mai il filtro. Non capisco le altre recensioni a cosa si riferivano con "pulito" e "tranquillo"....

Manque un micro ondes , le bruit des moteurs infernale des bus qui se trouve juste en bas des fenêtres ( toute les journées mais aussi les nuits ) Car je suis en L'hyperacousie . C est vraiment dommage , sinon l emplacement est bien , juste a côté de la gare ( 10 minutes à pieds )

The staff, including the building guardian, was lovely. The flat itself is modern, spacious, and well-equipped. It's a self check in wich is a plus if you arrive late and looking for an apartment, not an hotel, as t he other ones usually require an in person check in which can be problemtic.

There’s a lot of construction going on in the neighbourhood. It won’t affect your stay much if you’ll be out during the daytime.

I had a great stay at this apartment! It’s clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area , just a short walk from both the CTM bus station and the train station. It was super easy to find and get to, even for a first-time visitor. One thing I really appreciated was how safe it felt. There’s a 24-hour security guard, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. Right outside, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, and shops everything you need is within reach. It’s also only about 10 minutes from the medina, and taxis are very affordable, usually just 1–2€. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great value, great location, and overall a very pleasant experience! Also the host is friendly and easy to contacts!

Excellent experience!! Mehd was a very helpful person and with anything you will need, will assist you whenever you text him, replies ASAP. Worth each penny, great price and value. The thing I didn't like is there is bus station on the back of apartment and there is a little bit noisy sometimes. Overall it's the best place to stay in Marrakech.

Coffee capsules would’ve been nice since there’s a coffee machine available. It looks out into the bus station so can get a bit noisy but it didn’t bother us personally as we’re heavy sleepers

It’s clean and organized as it describes and of the rare one that have all the equipment air conditioning and kitchen equipment, trustable owner and connected for all the requests.

When you look at the picture and enter the flat, there is already a big difference with the reality. But it looks okay . The heating and the AC work well to toilet too the oven the fridge in general the kitchen is okay despite every single plate almost being broken or needed to be replaced . The Deco is okay, but this flat has been rented too many time and it needs to be clean from top to bottom and the cushion we which are scratched for example need to be replaced well there is work to do and what is sure is you are absolutely not in a luxury apartment and if you call this dinar I would rather say railway station and bus terminal from the end of Gueliz

No mattress protection which is absolutely unacceptable considering the fact of the transmission of bacteria and everything after the episode of Covid this is absolutely disgusting and is a red light for me, same for the pillows!!!! Second and final red light that I made my stay turned to a nightmare all the windows of the flat which are not even the glazed our directed directly on the bus terminal of one of the International bus long distance transport for passengers and merchandise and run 24 hours seven days a week each bus leaving or arriving the car park or the platforms using their horn systematically 2 to 5 times and the engine are never stopped. You can’t have a nap in the afternoon , you can’t sleep at night because every two or three hours you’re awake by these buses included on Sundays! You can’t sleep in the morning all for the same reason. I have been staying into the flat with four days silicon earplugs to be able to stand that unacceptable situation. . This flat shouldn’t be allowed to be rented in this conditions . As for the name which is very bling bling tacky and attractive it’s absolutely a pure scam

The size of the apartment was very good, there was enough space for everything. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was also a good size and not cramped. On the TV it was possible to log into Netflix, which was convenient.

Unfortunately, there was no tagine, which would have been interesting. Behind the apartment there is a car company that left the engines running until quite late at night and started them up again early in the morning. That was a bit annoying.

Great location right next to the CTM bus station, 1 minute walk, it was very comfortable to take a bus in the morning. The apartment was warm when we arrived (very rare in Morocco in December - we traveled the country 2 weeks prior to our stay and this was by far our best experience), had reliable fast wifi, hot water, comfortable bed with bed linen, very good kitchen equipment in terms of cooking gear, the host was very responsive and helpful. Parking available right in front of the house. Great one night stay at the end of our road trip.

It’s good location although bit nosy from the bus station. Easy to get to the airport and to the town. Good size of the room and facilities are great. Great contact with the host.

Had everything for a comfortable stay, good bed, smart TV, aircon in lounge room and bedroom, cooking facilities, washing machine (we didn’t use it because only stayed 1 night), lift up to apartment, quiet.

This is a new apartment, the building still seems to be under construction. There is 24 hours security guard so its safe. The guy did ask to see my passport and note down the number which was a bit odd but thats for extra safety I believe. Its right next to the CTM bus station, the balcony actually opens into the bus station. Marrakesh train station is 10 minutes walk so if you are arriving/leaving early or late, its super convenient. The medina is 35/40 minutes leisurely walk (or a 4/5 Euro taxi ride). There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Very easy location for tours pick up/drop off. The host is communicative and always available to help in case of any questions. The WiFi is hit and miss - but thats the same everywhere in Morocco. For leisure use its fine, but you cannot rely on it to work. The apartment does miss a few small things for example no kettle to boil water for tea/coffee, no iron or iron board - I texted the owner and she arranged it for me but I believe it should be provided by default. There should also be kitchen towels provided. They also have a small towel hanger on top the toilet seat but its not fixed to the wall so when I was trying to grab the towel, it fell on my hand and I ended up with a cut! Either remove the thing altogether or put it on the floor. The apartment has air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom which was great. Pro Tip: Sound proofing is not a thing anywhere in Morocco so if you are staying central, make sure to bring some good ear plugs with you. This apartment especially since its next to the bus station where buses come and go all night.

This property is very close to the train station period if you catch a taxi it should be maybe one dirham.

It is located next to the bus station period it is very easy to find but a lot of congestion. I was looking for a lot of privacy but It seems to be like most places in Morocco where you had to use I. D. to get the lodging. There is too much ID going on everywhere and?It is not my preference, but it's not my problem. But having guests monitored with I d it's not really the process I was looking for.

The apartment was clean and cosy, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bad was comfortable.

The apartment is located next to the bus station, and it was quite loud.
