The bed aren’t comfortable . The bathroom doesn’t have a washer (douchette) which is highly disgusting . The reception is empty and its the only hotel in world where i had to spend some time waiting for reception to check me in . And when they did the receptionist stole 200 da

Rooms were clean and check in was quick - access to Novotel restaurant and bar was great - staff in both the bar and restaurant were really helpful - we could use our credit card - parking was perfect

When I enter my room there was no telephone , no hanger to tie clothes , no dustbin and no water bottle . I have to complain for 2 time . I have go don’t and tell to Recption and there wax just one answer please don’t worry everything will be fine . We got phone after 2 days , WiFi use get disconnected automatically .And dinner is very expensive because of which we had only once and rest of time we have to go out .

The hotel was well located, in front of the Park mall, next to a tramway station and within the city centre. The staff was Nice with us.

We were 2 people, they gave us only one towel, and we did not get shower gel. We tried to call the réception but the phone was not working, then we gave up.

Staff is very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast is very excellent and tasty. Rooms are modern and clean. I recommend it.

The security in the first day opened my luggage without my permission because their luggage scanner was not working and when I asked to meet the hotel manager the staff were rude and irresponsive
