Novotel Setif

Check in ; Some stuffs are okey but some of them not. Surely they have to improve their English level.

Air conditioning : I think they are nor clean and gave a air with one smell look like oil burning Hot water ; Top floora you have but floors like 2nd , you dont have Bed ; Very unconfortable , ibis beds are better

The staff were really nice , the hotel is located in the city centre of Setif, lots of shops , restaurants around easy to walk to from the hotel. The room was good what I expected , will stay again in this hotel for my next trip to Setif

The room service wasn’t available on that particular day , I was a bit annoyed but otherwise the rest was great

Scanner on mode off, obliging people to a manual control without any respect of privacy. Receptionist unpleasant bordering on aggressiveness. The view was very poor, I choosed a view on the park mall, arriving they said there is no view on the mall for families, they are not supposed accept more than 2 people in a room only the rooms on the other side are equiped by sofa that can be used for children. The experience was bad, I regret having chosen this hotel given the choice available in the region. Knowing that I have had other Novotel experiences that was good.

Room was a little dated aircon switch hanging off wall and sink did not drain.

The staff were professional and responsive.

The lack of enough towels, the lack of enough bed sheets, the poop on the bidet were things to not like.☹️

It was lot of noise in the bar and all so Lots off smelling shoes and lots off people are very  dirty

I don't feel welcome from hotel staff in my first night of my wedding 😔, They speak only French I didn't get up early, and didn't get breakfast at ten o'clock, even though they knew it was the morning of the wedding There is only the water in the small bar.

Personnel accueillent et professionnel hôtel très propre et bien située et la restauration est nickel

It's very comfortable, good staff and comfortable place with a good location

The escalator (lift) one lift for the hole hotel, and it's used by staff, too. u can imagine that u will need more than 5 min to get into or out of the lift because it stops on every floor on the way up and down as its the only one

I was excited to book Novotel hotel, however I was shocked by the fact that I had to wait 7 hours to get into my room. The booking was made just after 1pm however the hotel made excuses that the rooms were not cleaned yet and was told to wait 30 mins. I took a stroll after few hours I was shocked to find out that they didn't do anything about it and had to address the issue once again and this time I had to stand and argue for over an hour until I got into my room. No water in tap at around 10pm. The problem was addressed but In acceptable. The keycards kept stopping.

Wifi is poor , There was no wifi in the room need to call the reception every time AC was not working for the first 3 days

Malheureusement ce n'est plus comme avant, les chambres sont froides !! Nous demandons de régler le problème, ont nous dit que la chaudière a un problème... Aucune solution!! Avant il y avait une bouilloire, du thé, du café... ils ont tout enlevé... il y a juste 2 bouteilles d’eau... Actuellement, il n'y a aucune différence entre le IBIS et le NOVOTEL... Vous payez plus cher pour rester au Novotel mais çà ne sert à rien... Je ne le recommande pas !!

Hotel propre, avec un protocole sanitaire respecté, ce qui dérange un peu c'est la mise la non disponibilité de des assesseurs..

Positif dans l'ensemble. Le problème vient du staff qui ne comprend pas encore comment tr traiter son client de façon pro. La chambre devait être prête pour 12h, elle ne fut prête que vers 14h30 et ceci après avoir insister durement ! Alors que j'avais réservé !

Nous avons réservé sur le site hôtels. Com devinez quoi Hôtel novotel complet on est rester 5 heures de temps entrain d'attendre pour trouver une solution et nous avons été hébergé dans un hôtel pourri avec le prix fort

Très belle escapade d'une nuit à Sétif. Hotel très bien situé au centre ville, personnels aimables et accueillants. Chambre spacieuse pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants), seul bémol, la chambre pas très propre surtout la salle de bain. Néanmoins, on garde un bon souvenir de cette nuit.

Hôtel moderne, bien tenu et service correct. Cadre extérieur très normal... Bonne impression générale.

J’ai passer une agréable journée avec ma petite famille l’établissement était magnifique accueillant,le personnels attentif.

出張時に宿泊しました。橋が有名な観光地でケーブルカーもあり見応えがあります。 アルジェリアの他の地域よりも朝食が豊富だと感じました。

Il manquer juste des petites bouteille d'eau à la fin du séjour et du papier hygiénique. Bravo pour les gents de la réception bien accueilli (Selim et Nassma). Séjour du 28/12 au 1/01/2018

L'hotel è nuovissimo e quindi ancora in perfetto stato. Il personale non è proprio il massimo ma volenteroso. Ho avuto un problema al check out che mi hanno fatto pagare di nuovo la stanza che avevo già pagato al momento della prenotazione che ora sto cercando di risolvere.
