Premier séjour au Maroc pour nous et quelle découverte avec ce magnifique riad ! Que ce soit auprès des propriétaires (en direct et par mail) ou de l'équipe en place, nous n'avons que des éloges à faire. Tout le personnel fait un travail exceptionnel et prend soin de nous avec une gentillesse et une rapidité qu 'il faut souligner. Merci à Sylvie de ses conseils de visites et de ses anecdotes sur son riad et Marrakech, le tout avec gentillesse. Amazing property - stunning room (we stayed in a suite), lots of different relaxation areas, lovely pool, amazing breakfast and in great location for the sights and the souks. Youssef and team are beyond helpful - lots of little touches! Sylvie was very friendly and clearly very proud of her Riad. Would definitely recommend.

Tudo! Desde o espaço às pessoas, o Riad Alili é um paraíso no meio da azáfama de Marraquexe. Não há palavras para descrever a simpatia, a cordialidade, a forma como fomos recebidos e tratados neste alojamento. Terminamos a nossa viagem a dizer que as pessoas que aqui trabalham são a alma do Riad Alili. Dos pequenos detalhes como dizermos que gostamos de algo ao pequeno-almoço e fazerem questão de no dia seguinte termos os bolinhos novamente e em maior quantidade, termos sempre rosas frescas no quarto… eu perdi o perno do meu brinco, não disse a ninguém e encontraram e entregaram-mo. Precisei de medicamentos e o Youssef rapidamente me ajudou, foi à farmácia e nem me deixou pagar o medicamento. Se quiserem sentir-se em família, em casa e desfrutar da calma e de um paraíso, é aqui que o vão encontrar. A toda a equipa, muito obrigada!

Piccola oasi ben tenuta e ristrutturata di pregio nel rispetto dell’architettura d’epoca a metà strada tra centro della Medina e la città nuova (Gueliz) e Jardin Majorelle. Taxi nei pressi. Personale amichevole, professionale e discreto, sempre disponibile ad aiutarvi con informazioni se chiedete. Per chi non si fosse organizzato per conto proprio offrono programmi di escursioni “senza pensieri”.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four. Christophe was an exceptional host – friendly, knowledgeable and always available for a chat or to help, while Mustafa, Yousef and the entire housekeeping and kitchen teams were equally fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble, our rooms were cleaned beautifully every day, breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for exploring Marrakech. The personal service really stood out. As taxis cannot reach the Riad directly due to the narrow streets, the team came to meet us at the drop-off point, helped with our luggage and walked us to the Riad. They did the same when we left, taking our luggage and seeing us safely to our pickup point. Travelling with children, that level of care was hugely appreciated. Our kids also loved the little turtles in the courtyard! Above all, it was the warmth and hospitality of Christophe and his team that made our stay so memorable.

Genuinely, there was nothing we disliked about our stay. From our arrival to our departure, Christophe and the entire team looked after us exceptionally well and made our family feel completely welcome.

Der individuelle, persönliche Service und das Essen sind hervorragend! Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Ausflüge, wie Ballonfahrt, oder Tripp ins Atlasgebirge, werden für Dich organisiert und Du bekommst die besten Anbieter. Wir sind begeistert und können Riad Alili nur empfehlen!

My 9-year-old daughter and I stayed at Riad Alili during our Moroccan adventure. The entire trip was wonderful, but Riad Alili was undoubtedly the highlight. I have visited Marrakech many times and stayed in many riads, but Riad Alili exceeded all my expectations and is by far my favourite riad in the city. Youssef, Mustapha, and the rest of the team welcomed us like family from the moment we arrived. My daughter loved choosing her own scent for the toiletries, and on our last day, Youssef gifted her a beautiful Moroccan dress, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The absolute highlight for my daughter, however, was the four friendly tortoises. She loved searching for them every time we returned home and feeding them their lettuce dinner. On our first evening, we arrived late to find a beautiful table set beside the pool, followed by the most exceptional three course dinner. It was the perfect introduction to this special place. Travelling alone with a child, I especially appreciated how safe and welcoming the riad felt. It was very hot during our stay, so we spent our mornings exploring and our afternoons relaxing by the pool. One evening, we even enjoyed a magical swim by candlelight. The location is perfect, offering the feel of an authentic local neighbourhood while being only a ten minute walk from the main souks, with plenty of lovely restaurants just a few steps away. The Riad is also only a few minutes' walk from the city walls, making taxi access to the airport and other parts of the city incredibly easy. We walked home from the main square one evening and felt completely safe. A huge thank you to everyone at Riad Alili, we have returned home with so many wonderful memories that will last a lifetime, and we cannot wait to return to Riad Alili one day.

O pequeno almoço fenomenal e a disponibilidade e atenção dos funcionários . As minhas filhas adoeceram e o manager do hotel foi imediatamente comprar medicamentos à farmacia e não aceitou que lhe pagasse , permitiu que usássemos o quarto no dia de check out até final do dia , todo o staff do hotel foi sempre muito atento às necessidades dos hóspedes e prestável . Piscina ótima comparado com outros Riad , espaçosa e com bastante sol . Adorámos a experiência e recomendamos 100%

We were given such a warm welcome at Riad Alili, even though we arrived at 2AM! The Riad is such a beautiful, tranquil space. Breakfasts were delicious. Our six year old was enchanted by the resident tortoises and loved the pool. Staff were so kind and attentive. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the medina. Felt very safe. I will be returning to Riad Alili as soon as possible!

Beautiful and peaceful riad in a great location within the Medina. The staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Youssef was incredibly helpful and always checked in to make sure everything was okay. The room was comfortable, the breakfast and dinners were delicious, and the riad had a lovely tranquil atmosphere that made it feel like a real oasis after a busy day exploring Marrakech.

Riad Alili is absolutely beautiful down to the smallest detail. The facilities are stunning and peaceful. The rooms are quiet, spacious, and decorated impeccably. I’ve stayed in several riads in Marrakech over the years, and besides how beautiful Riad Alili is - what makes it truly remarkable is the care and attention from the staff. Ayoup, Moustafa and Faty made our stay so beautiful and we felt so welcome every single day. Even the owner of the property, Christophe, went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our time in the riad. I can’t say enough great things about this place, I would recommend it to absolutely everyone who visits Marrakech.

El Riad superó nuestras expectativas. Todo fue perfecto e hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Es bonito, cómodo, tiene piscina y un desayuno espectacular. La atención fue inmejorable. Tuvieron detalles únicos: nos dejaron una sillita para nuestro hijo y, cuando se me rompió el cable del móvil, en pocas horas me consiguieron uno nuevo. La cena es súper recomendable: comida casera, auténtica y riquísima. Además, tienen tortugas, lo que hizo que mi hijo estuviera encantado. Solo tengo cosas positivas que decir de este riad. Otra cosa que nos gustó mucho fue que está dentro de la medina, pero a la vez tiene un acceso rápido a la carretera, así no tienes que andar con las maletas por toda la medina. Gracias a todo el equipo del Riad Alili por hacernos sentir como en casa.

This riad was amazing. We loved every minute and would stay here again in a heart beat. So much attention to detail, stunning, immaculate, great location, food was also great and the four resident tortoises were very sweet. Everyone working here was very attentive. They organised airport transfers and walked us with our luggage from the taxi to the riad, organised taxis to restaurants, and brought us mint tea and cake frequently. One evening we stayed for dinner and they made us a tagine, it was delicious. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Ottima struttura molto curata, personale attento e professionale. Stanza pulitissima. Ottima colazione tipica locale. Posizione centrale da cui in 10-15 minuti si raggiungono le attrazioni principali.

La nostra stanza era molto curata ma risultava un po' piccola. Ho visto stanze più grandi nella struttura.

La struttura è molto bella in posizione centrale a 15 min. a piedi dalle principali attrazioni. Il proprietario così come tutto il personale è molto professionale e disponibile. Abbiamo fatto un trattamento completo di coppia hammam+massaggio fantastico ad un prezzo assolutamente onesto. La colazione è molto ricca peccato solo non sia ancora utilizzata la terrazza ma il patio. La pulizia è molto buona.

La nostra stanza oltre ad essere piccola, ma questo lo sapevamo, era purtroppo in una posizione infelice del riad sotto ad un locale tecnico e sopra la cucina motivo per cui le fonti di rumore erano molto presenti ed anche il climatizzatore era rumoroso, andrebbe sostituito con uno più moderno e silenzioso.

Un lieu fantastique où tout est pensé pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Un accueil merveilleux et une gentillesse qui est là jusqu’à la dernière minute de votre séjour. Une propreté irréprochable. Nous conseillons vivement les repas ainsi que les services du spa pour les massages. En résumé : une adresse à se transmettre sans hésiter!

Nous avons séjourné dans ce Riad à Marrakech pour un séjour mère-fille et tout était absolument parfait ! ✨ Le personnel est très accueillant et on s’y sent tout de suite comme à la maison. Le souci du détail des propriétaires, Christophe et Sylvie, est remarquable et mérite vraiment d’être souligné. Nous avons également été très bien accueillies par Youssef, le directeur du Riad, qui nous a tout de suite proposé un petit déjeuner offert car nous venions d’avoir un long vol très tôt et nous n’avions pas encore mangé. Une attention vraiment appréciée qui donne le ton dès l’arrivée. Encore un grand merci à lui ! La chambre était très propre, avec une magnifique décoration et encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos ! Nous avons également pris le repas du soir au Riad et c’était délicieux. La cuisine est faite avec des produits frais et de qualité, achetés au marché le matin même, ce qui se ressent vraiment dans l’assiette. 🍽️ Le Riad est aussi très bien situé, au cœur de la médina, ce qui permet de tout faire facilement à pied. Si je retourne un jour à Marrakech, je reviendrai sans hésiter dans ce Riad, car on s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi ! Camille et Christel

Tout était parfait !

A cozy and welcoming riad, in a great position inside the Medina. Everything has been perfect since the very beginning. Youssef gave us a warm welcome at the check in. He took care of us together with Ayoub, Moustapha and the whole staff, which was always available, kind and helpful (Christophe, you’re lucky to have such an amazing staff to rely on!) The Suite left us speechless. Quiet and wide, with a fireplace lit on request every evening, making the atmosphere even more charming. In the heart of the riad is an open air pool, with a whirlpool hot tub in it, always available. The breakfast was rich and delicious. We also had 3 dinners there, tasting every night a different Moroccan tajine dish. The food was amazing. I absolutely recommend it! Very good transfer service from/to the airport, which I also recommend. The riad has also an internal boutique where to buy small typical souvenirs. Riad Alili is definitely the place to go if you’re planning to explore Marrakesh.

L'emplacement, la qualité des prestations, propreté et amabilité du personnel. Petit déjeuner excellent, varié, servi avec attention, dîner varié et trés copieux. Youssef nous a accueilli avec toute sa gentillesse, disponible tout au long du séjour, il nous a donné de trés bons conseils. Une situation géographique exceptionnelle dans la médina, idéale pour déambuler à pied, tout en étant au calme ! Je vous le recommande sans aucune hésitations !

Everything! It was perfect

The staff were very attentive, every one of our needs were meet! I’ve never stayed in a place where all the staff were as pleasant and kind as here. One of the days we stayed we had a Sahara trip planned and therefore had to leave the accom early before 7 even at this they made sure breakfast was provided. They also ok our first night when we didn’t know much took us to a close store to get snacks and helped us out. The Riad itself is absolutely beautiful and definitely an amazing option to choose for the Moroccan experience! Super close to everything you would want to visit.

Un soggiorno bellissimo, le cose più belle di un hotel e sentirsi a casa. Il riad è bellissimo, letti comodi, camera quadrupla perfetta e spaziosa per una famiglia con 2 bambini. Abbiamo fatto mezza pensione e la colazione e la cena sono squisiti, cucina di ottima qualità. Gli spazi comuni sono molto piacevoli e attrezzati, le terrazze meravigliose e grandi. La piccola piscina era accessibile anche a febbraio. Ma soprattutto tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo, accogliente e disponibile in tutte le nostre richieste. Soprattutto con i nostri bambini sono stati così amichevoli e simpatici, da lasciare un ricordo speciale nei loro cuori. I bambini (9/11 anni) si sentivano a casa, si muovevano sicuri e tranquilli anche da soli per la struttura e noi genitori eravamo super rilassati sapendo quanto premuroso è lo staff. Il più bel ricordo di Marrakech per noi è sicuramente il Riad Alili!

What a fabulous Riad experience! The Riad itself is stunning as was our room (the hibiscus suite) but it’s so much more than that. Everything is so beautifully done, with gorgeous scents in every room. The dinner was superb and we had incredible massages. The staff including Youness and Mustafa were fantastic. I can’t recommend this riad highly enough, we felt like we were in a five star hotel only better!

Un riad exceptionnel en plein cœur de la médina. L’accueil a été d’une grande gentillesse, avec thé à la menthe, pâtisseries traditionnelles et même le choix du parfum des produits de bain — un vrai souci du détail. L’équipe est aux petits soins et le service est irréprochable. Mention spéciale au personnel qui a gardé nos enfants de 4 et 8 ans afin que nous puissions profiter sereinement d’un massage en couple. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Le riad est magnifique, décoré avec goût, propre et apaisant — un vrai havre de paix au cœur de la médina. Les chambres sont confortables, très bien entretenues, et le patio est un vrai bonheur pour se détendre. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner : délicieux, copieux et préparé avec soin. L’équipe est exceptionnelle : toujours disponible, souriante et de très bons conseils pour découvrir la ville et ses environs. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Nous repartons avec des souvenirs merveilleux et une seule envie : revenir. Nous recommandons ce riad les yeux fermés !

Das Riad ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind total freundlich besonders Youssef und Mustapha, die beiden versuchen einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und helfen wo sie nur können. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt im Gegensatz zu anderen Riads. Bleibt so wie ihr seid! ♡

Es gibt nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat.

De la première à la dernière seconde, tout a été parfait. Notre vol était en retard, notre transport s’est adapté et est venu nous chercher à notre atterrissage, nous avons été accueillis dès la sortie de notre taxi et un accueil VIP nous a été proposé! Et lorsque nous sommes partis, Youssef a été jusqu’à faire la circulation pour permettre à notre transport de partir plus facilement! Nous avons objectivement séjourné dans un très grand nombre d’hôtels ou de maisons d’hôte mais nous n’avons jamais été aussi bien reçus. Je ne veux pas spoiler toutes les petites attentions et surprises tout au long du séjour mais je vous assure que vous en aurez plein, et que des bonnes! Je vous conseille de goûter aux délicieux plats préparés par Mariam, ils sont excellents! Merci encore à tous pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre générosité! Merci à Youssef, Ayoub et Mustapha pour leur gentillesse et leurs précieux conseils, leur disponibilité et leurs attentions. Merci à Christophe et Sylvie pour leur accueil et le partage de l’histoire du Riad! En nous accueillant au Riad, Mustapha nous a dit: « Soyez les bienvenus chez vous, soyez les bienvenus au paradis! » Cette phrase résume parfaitement ce lieu!

Rien, tout était parfait.

Rooms were tastfully decorated in traditional Moroccan style and beautifully equipped with wonderful attention to detail. Having the luxury of choosing the fragrance of the shower amenities in the room was a first for me and there were delicious traditional biscuits and nuts left in the room daily which delighted us all. The breakfast was truly a banquet with so much to choose from and every staff member made a huge effort with the children and treated us all like royalty. The terraces and the pool were stunning and the hot tub was a welcome treat after a day wandering around the souks. Having a real fire in the rooms also added to the magical ambiance of Riad Alili. We can’t wait to return! Thank you so much to Youssef and the team. Everything was perfect!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. die Kommunikation war perfekt. Uns wurde ein Parkplatz 3 Minuten Fußweg vom Riad entfernt benannt. (Umgerechnet 35 € für drei Nächte). Dort wurden wir abgeholt und unglaublich freundlich im Riad mit Tee und Gebäck begrüßt. Das uns zur Verfügung gestellte Zimmer großzügig bemessen, verfügte über eine Badewanne mit Duschfunktion, tollen Pflegeprodukten, deren Duft wir selbst bestimmen konnten, Kaffee und Teezubehör, eine größere Auswahl an Handtüchern und Bademäntel. Auch ein Föhn lag bereit. Der im Raum befindliche Kamin wurde abends angeheizt und ergab eine sehr gute Wärme, wenn gleich auch eine starke Rauchentwicklung. Das Frühstück war fantastisch mit Obstsalat, frischgepresstem Orangensaft, Crêpes, Eier, Brot und Marmeladen sowie auf Wunsch, Tee oder Kaffee. Das Abendessen wurde frisch zubereitet auf Wunsch auch vegetarisch. Das Riad liegt fußläufig von den Souks entfernt, sowohl der Königspalast als auch der Jardin Majorell sind in circa 20 Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, umsichtig , höflich, einfach perfekt. es war sowohl tagsüber als auch in der Nacht absolut ruhig.

Die Nächte im Januar sind noch sehr kalt, so dass man sich über ein vorgewärmtes Zimmer freut. Leider funktionierte die kombinierbare Heizung/Klimaanlage nicht zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit, es wurde nicht richtig warm, aber es gab einen kleinen Radiator, der seine Dienste tat. Zum Glück standen Wolldecken für die Nacht bereit. also alles kein großes Problem. Vielleicht nur ein kleiner Hinweis ……ebenso der Hinweis auf die starke Rauchentwicklung durch den Kamin. Vielleicht ist der Schornstein defekt?

We loved our stay at Riad Alili. Christope, Sylvie and their whole team were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and generous. The bedroom, "public" rooms and roof terraces were all beautifully designed, full of charm and local character, and always immaculately clean. The riad and all of the people were a delight!

The only disappointment was having to leave. We had felt so comfortable in our Marakech "home", it was sad when it was time to head for the airport.

Riad Alili gave us unforgettable memories of Marrakech. A true gem hidden in the streets of the Medina. You don’t feel like just a guest, but part of the family. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We were welcomed by Ayoub upon our arrival — and what an incredible check-in! We were offered welcome tea, shown around the riad’s facilities, and even invited to choose from four different aromas of shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion. Throughout our stay, we were surrounded by perfection in every detail. We had all our dinners at the riad, and they were absolutely fantastic. Thank you Christophe, Ayoub, Youseff, Moustaffa and all ladies. All the best for your riad❤️

The only sad part about this stay was that it had to come to an end.

The attention to details and warmth of the host and the staff are incredible and made our stay feel so special. We enjoyed this truly Moroccan experience and will come back to Riad Alili!

Le personnel est incroyablement gentil, toujours prêt à nous rendre service. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le riad est magnifique. L'emplacement est idéal, on peut faire pas mal de choses à pied. Très bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande

Super Riad, man wird herzlich empfangen und fühlt sich immer wohl. Die Gegend ist top und sehr gut gelegen.

Das einzig Negative ist, dass die Zimmer sehr sehr hellhörig sind, stört aber nicht allzu sehr, da sich alle Gäste rücksichtsvoll verhalten :)

La struttura meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli, ma quello che davvero fa la differenza è il servizio impeccabile, a partire dal direttore Yussef a tutti i suoi collaboratori. Ci hanno coccolato con un servizio a 5 stelle.

Tout! L emplacement en pleine Medina, le personnel aux petits soins, le prioritaire avec des histoires à en faire un livre, la cuisine fantastique, du petit déjeuner a dîner….on reviendra!

Wauw wauw wauw! Wat een ontvangst. Zo een vriendelijk personeel, maar dan ook niets is te veel gevraagd. Riad zelf is ook prachtig en zeer proper. Locatie is ook top gelegen. Ontbijt was heerlijk.

The staff were amazing and were so helpful. The Riad was beautiful and very calm after the hussle and bussle of the streets. There were some nice touches eg choosing the scent of your bath accessories.

I liked the hospitality, how the treated us from the time we arrived in. Ayoub was definitely the best together with Mustapha, they are awesome they helped us with everything, also a lady in the kitchen helped me to clean some kind of spinach that I was supposed to take with me back home. I will always recommend this riad.

El Riad está muy coqueto, muy bien decorado, lleno de detalles. Se hace muy acogedor. Dos terrazas muy chulas para descansar y ver la puesta de sol. El trato del personal fue excelente, siempre pendientes de todo. Desayuno muy completo y auténtico. Cenamos un día y muy bien también. Y muy silencioso y tranquilo

No hubo algo que no me gustase como para destacarlo

Un accueil formidable, un havre de paix dès qu’on passe la porte. Toute l’équipe est très serviable et a été de bon conseil. Si vous avez la chance d’y passer quelques nuits, pensez à garder du temps pour vous reposer au Riad et y dîner .

Era un oasis de paz y tranquilidad en medio del caos de Marrakesh. El Riad era bonito, el servicio fue el mejor que he recibido nunca, las habitaciones grandes y espaciosas, la comida fue perfecta, estaba todo ultra limpio. En resumen, ha sido la mejor estancia de mi vida. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

The owner was very nice. The staff were polite and friendly. Their checkout time was flexible. The Riad was clean and comfortable, just like staying at home.

The Riad was difficult to book, we want to book 3 nights but can only book 2 only.

Everything about the Riad was lovely. The bed/pillows are so comfortable.Yousef was very helpful in collecting us from the taxi and made us feel very welcomed.
