Maybe their garage, as the ramp is a bit high for our car.

The breakfast was amazing, room was clean and comfortable, the hotel is directly opposite the Orlina Museum and close to great eateries. The view from the balcony is incredible.

Only one toilet in family room with loft - no toilet at loft level, need to go down at lower level via spiral stair if you want to use the toilet at the middle of the night. Some visible water leak damaged on ceiling and wooden flooring.

The room I initially booked looked really bad and filthy on our arrival (the door and the only window did not close properly and the bathroom was covered in black mold). We asked if we could see other rooms. As we were tight on time we opted for a "better" looking one. We eventually got charged 500 php per night for an "upgrade" which turned out to be the dirtiest room I've seen in ages. I'm gutted such situations still happen. None of the pics published on Booking.com show the real condition of the building... which is dramatically run down. A true dissapointment and a proper waste of money. I can't understand why the overall rating for this place is so positive?!

I like the staff. They are accomodating,, friendly, helpful and ready to all your needs.

The place is quite steep and hilly. It is quite hard to park on steep place coz only two car garage is available.

The view of the Taal Volcano. There is a museum close to the property. The best of all is the staff. They are very accomodating.

The window at the attic is not closing. The floor gets wet when showering. These are just small things the property owner can fix. Otherwise everything is amazing.

What I did not like is there is hardly any parking on the property. The building is different from the picture in Booking.com.

Steep road, Inadequate Street light...Poor Wifi connection. Unfortunate out entry door knob/lock jammed...unable to go out. Occupants of rooms above or 2nd floor noisy during night time...due wooden floor.

The surrounding is quite and nice. Its a short walk from the main road. If you drive, its limited car parking but there ok to park at the roadside. For lake view, you can view it from the common area upstair where we have breakfast there. Check in was fast, service was good.

At the time of our stay, internet services were down due to a recent typhoon. The tv was dependent on the WiFi. We tried to use data and hotspot from our phones, but there was a poor signal. Hopefully, internet will be restored in our future stays.

Good location, kind staff specially to Ate (I forgot her name) she allowed us to stay in their lounge area for a couple of hours because my husband was working online. It was a big +... Kudos to Ate. The breakfast was good and the unli coffee was great. And also museo orlina was just walking distance. Wrong timing for me because they're closed on Mondays.

Great value for the price. Room is spacious enough with personal ref and toiletries. Includes breakfast. Courteous staff. The area has a gorgeous view of the Taal volcano. A repeat customer here that will surely come back.

I like the facility

The staff didn't provide an invoice when I asked. That situation leads me to a conclusion, is it a law abiding property? Invoices are issued by the merchants, not the third party platform because it is the hotel who pays the taxes.

The room was very spacious. It was very good for a family.

The bathroom could have included a small pale for the children's sake.

Staff is very accommodating and give us our requests and needs. Room is also spacious for us. Breakfast is also delicious and serve with coffee. View outside is good and could view Taal from the road. This place is also near main road so its easy to go there.

Room don't have any window to view outside, we really need to go out to know what's the weather outside. Room that we stayed have also weird partition and we heard scratches also on our room ceiling. Wi-fi is sometimes losing connection.
