We absolutely loved our stay here! The design of the hotel is beautiful, and every detail feels so thoughtfully considered. The rooms had everything you could possibly need, and the private underground parking was such a great bonus. The breakfast was delicious, the bar was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The drinks were also surprisingly affordable! You truly feel taken care of throughout your stay. The location is perfect and close to everything. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed at the hotel early May and it was so good came back in September. It’s is immaculate, beautiful setting, fabulous staff and perfect location.

The location of the hotel is great - walking distance to some lovely restaurants and cafes in the town. It’s also a 2 min walk from the tram to the port.

If I was being very picky - the hotels food options are limited but what they do have is good.

I want to give it a 10 but the pillows were not great. The bed is quite firm which is fine, comfortable. But the pillows, all fluff and no support. That small change would have made for an exceptional experience.

Difficult to get to via car as google maps is still incorrect despite changes to where cars are allowed in the area. Contact reception if you’re driving and they will be able to assist, once you know how to get there it’s easy

Hotel intimiste en plein coeur des montagnes. Accueil impeccable, personnel très agréable. L’hôtel est très bien décoré, piscine agréable au calme. Belle chambre confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Restaurant le midi très bien également.

Location is great - short walk to the centre for restaurants and shops, and the tram and bus stops. Lovely setting for breakfast and the pool. Breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room comfortable and clean.

Our patio was too hot to sit out on in the afternoon - other rooms had a shade over theirs but ours didn’t and the wall stopped any breeze. Great for drying towels and costumes though.

Erg schoon en mooi gelegen hotel! Het personeel was zo aardig en erg behulpzaam als je iets wilde weten. Mooi en fijn zwembad er bij en genoeg plek om te liggen.

Bij het hotel komen (als je een auto gehuurd hebt) was soms even lastig. Maar als je eenmaal wist hoe je goed moest rijden was dit ook te doen (Google maps geeft een andere route aan dan je moet rijden)

We only stayed for one night but couldn’t fault anything at all. Decor was lovely, the staff were very friendly and attentive resulting in a perfect stay.

Een prachtig hotel en een heerlijke plek om volledig tot rust te komen. Alles ziet er stijlvol en verzorgd uit. De kamers zijn ruim, luxe afgewerkt en zeer schoon. Ook de rest van het hotel wordt uitstekend onderhouden; overal is het fris, hygiënisch en netjes. Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend erg lekker, vers en van goede kwaliteit. Daarnaast is het heerlijk ontbijten met een prachtig uitzicht. Het grootste pluspunt vonden wij de gastvrijheid van alle medewerkers. Vanaf het eerste moment voel je je welkom en iedereen neemt de tijd om je vriendelijk te begroeten en te helpen. Een bijzonder hoogtepunt was de persoonlijke verrassing voor mijn verjaardag. Dat attente gebaar past perfect bij de warme, persoonlijke service die dit hotel biedt. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf.

We loved our stay. Genuinely as good a hotel as we have stayed in. Staff were fantastic - serving staff David and Bel in particular. It was clean and food was very good also. We travelled with our 15 and 9 year old children and they enjoyed the pool and their room also.

First of all, the hotel feels new and like designers really took their time with it. It truly looks amazing. The rooms are very cozy and beds are excellent. Peaceful pool area is the difference maker during warm summer days. All in all, amazing hotel!

El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a hacer nuestra estancia más agradable. El desayuno era muy completo, con mucha variedad y de muy buena calidad, y nos gustó mucho. En general, hemos terminado muy contentos con la experiencia y sin duda recomendaríamos este alojamiento.

Good comfortable room and bed

Beautiful hotel, would return again and again. Reception staff and the female bar staff were outstanding. So helpful and friendly. Our room was stunning too, we loved our stay.

David behind the bar wasn’t great. It felt like we were a hassle to him when ordering drinks etc. we weren’t the only guests that noticed this. And the other male barman could do with some training on cocktails. I had an espresso martini that was in-drinkable. The fact it was child friendly. These were minor issues and wouldn’t stop us returning.

Fantastic location within a few hundred yards of the centre. Always sunbeds available no matter what time of day. Lovely happy staff and the hotel was ultra clean.

The room was very compact and there was a shortage of wardrobe space. Also nowhere to put/store suitcases. The open plan shower and was only feet from the bed. Probably suitable for short stays but given we were there for a week it wasn’t ideal. Breakfast area for hot food/cheese ham etc was very small with only 2/3 people able to access at a time.

Interiér hotelu je velmi povedený, moderní a lákavý. Všude bylo perfektně čisto a celkově hotel působí velmi příjemným dojmem. Také bychom rádi vyzdvihli recepčního, který nás při příjezdu přivítal v našem rodném jazyce, což na nás udělalo skvělý první dojem.

Bohužel nás zklamal přístup části personálu, zejména v oblasti F&B služeb. Komunikace působila spíše neochotně a nepříjemně, což negativně ovlivnilo náš celkový zážitek. Nedokážeme posoudit, zda to bylo způsobeno jazykovou bariérou, nebo momentální náladou personálu, ale rozhodně jsme se necítili tak vítaní, jak bychom očekávali.

Lovely decor and location, very peaceful despite being near the middle of Soller. Staff were lovely and very accommodating! Enormous Emperor size bed which was incredibly comfortable - delightful! Would definitely book again.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever been to!!! Exceptionally kind staff, amazing hotel interior and exterior, perfect location, underground garage… Daily free drinks in the mini bar, rooms cleaned perfectly!! Plenty of towels (including pool towels)… We loved EVERYTHING!

We had food in the day and it wasn’t that great and expensive for what it was - very basic. We were given a ground floor assessable room so the toilet was really high and we couldn’t open our curtains due to it facing the street on ground level. Also no full length mirror. Had to go inside to order when by the pool which meant getting redressed even for a drink.

Very friendly staff, well-maintained and modern rooms, great breakfast. The breakfast buffet was excellent, we particularly enjoyed the always rich selection of fresh fruit and pastries.

We had a very nice stay at the Alcázar Hotel Sóller and nothing to complain - the only thing I could think of is that the room was quite tight and left little space for our luggage.

Super dreamy hotel in the perfect location

Liked the feeling of a new hotel. The pool area was very clean and with more than enough sun beds. Very nice pool and shower area with a small bathroom and sauna. The cleaning of the rooms was extremely good, efficient and friendly. The hotel is right in the middle of everything. Nice breakfast hours and nice breakfast.

Some noise from the outside. Ear plugs provided by the hotel on the bed...The train to Port de Soller runs in the back yard. Quite small rooms although superior. The breakfast/reception area was quite small. I speak Spanish and could hear the staff talking quietly about the different guests. No tiding of dishes whilst eating, so a table with four people got quite the stacks of plates and dirty dishes.

Het was een prachtig modern ingericht hotel met centrale ligging. Alle voorzieningen waren top, met een uitstekend en uitgebreid champagne ontbijt idvv buffet. Het personeel was erg voorkomend, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kom zeker terug.

Es un hotel fantástico. Excelente ubicación. Personal muy amable. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno muy bueno.

Algo que no tiene nada que ver con el hotel y es que el municipio de Soller tiene una restricción en la zona del centro a todos los vehículos no eléctricos. El hotel te facilita una plaza de aparcamiento ( de pago) para evitar la multa por haber entrado a la zona restringida.

Der komplette Aufenthalt war einfach nur grandios! Das Personal ist eine 10/10, die Zimmer sind super sauber, super modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Hotel befindet sich in einer top Lage. Wir können dieses Hotel an jedem weiter empfehlen. Vor allem großes Lob an das Personal. Es ist sehr zuvorkommend sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Dieses Hotel werde ich jedem weiterhin empfehlen und auf jeden Fall noch mal besuchen. Viele Dank !

Das Hotel war super, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schönes Zimmer mit Blick in die Berge und auf den Pool, reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal. Alles perfekt.

Die Anfahrt mit dem PKW war schwierig, da kurzfristig einige Straßen in der Stadt gesperrt waren und Googl.maps damit nicht umgehen konnte. Der Anruf im Hotel war sehr hilfreich, es wurde uns der Weg zur Tiefgarage telefonisch durchgegeben.

Ein tolles urbanes Boutique-Hotel im Zentrum von Sóller. Das war nicht, was wir erwartet haben - sondern mehr! Äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr geschmeidiges Personal, großes Frühstücksbüffet und fantastische Lage. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind perfekt geschnitten und eingerichtet... damit zu den wesentlich weniger gewichtigen, negativen Punkten

Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind - Südeuropa! - nachts ziemlich laut. Roller knallen oft mit überhöhter Geschwindigkeit durch die Gasse. Das kann man lösen, indem man das vollkommen schalldichte Fenster schließt. Die Zimmer zum Garten hingegen haben einen Badezimmer-im-Schlafraum Schnitt, den wir einfach nicht schätzen. Ansonsten wären sie eindeutig zu bevorzugen. Unter den vielen Kissen war keines, das uns gefiel - gut, dass wir Reisekissen dabei hatten. Schade, dass beim Frühstück viele Fertigprodukte angeboten wurden (Waffeln, Muffins, Pancakes) - hier wäre weniger Auswahl aber dafür lokal produziert einfach besser.

모든 것이 좋았습니다. 호텔도 너무 아기자기하고 이뻤습니다. 만약 이 숙소에 대해 잘 알았다면 마요르카 내내 이 숙소에 머물렸을 것입니다. 모든 직원이 친절했고 심지어 리셉션 직원 중 한명은 단어를 한국어로 말해줘서 이해하기 정말 쉬웠습니다. 마요르카 최고의 숙고였습니다.

Absolutely everything! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was facing the garden and the lighting in the room, bed and shower were all excellent! Added to all this was the superb location. The hotel was quiet and tranquil, just what was needed for a short break away!

We don’t usually write reviews, but we felt we absolutely had to after such an enjoyable stay here. The hotel is immaculate - spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Our garden view room was perfect for us, and the complimentary minibar was a lovely added touch. The bed was also extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality options to choose from. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, which made our stay feel truly relaxing and enjoyable from start to finish. The location is also ideal - right in the centre of Sóller, making it very convenient if you don’t want to rely on a car or transport all the time. That said, we made use of the hotel’s underground car park for our rental car, which was extremely convenient. We will definitely return :)

It is beautifully designed- colours are fresh and easy on the eye. Clever combination of Mallorquín cloth design and ‘Seaside Hotel ‘ type approach.

Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand (geen 5 minuten) van de meeste restaurants in het centrum van de stad. Het ontbijt is uitstekend. Het was nog net iets te fris voor het zwembad, maar dat zag er ook prima uit. De toeristische tram rijdt vlak langs het hotel. Je merkt het wel, maar het is zeker niet storend.

Parkeren in de garage (18€ per nacht) is een must als je de auto ergens kwijt wilt. Er is een publieke parkeerplaats vlakbij, maar die staat altijd vol. Naar het hotel rijden is met alle wijzigingen van rijrichtingen in deze stad een serieuze uitdaging. Tip voor Alcázar Hotel Sóller: stuur de gasten vooraf een kaartje met duidelijke instructies. We hebben geen idee waar we allemaal gereden hebben in Sóller, maar zowel de GPS van de auto als Google Maps waren behoorlijk onbruikbaar. Bezorg de gasten een kaart met de huidige situatie. Het laatste wat je in je vakantie wilt is stress om de laatste 300 meter te rijden.

This was a phenomenal hotel. Every detail of it well thought out. One of the best I have ever stayed. The staff were all amazing. Location was perfect to Soller Center with lots of shopping, restaurants, and sight seeing. Having a private garage for parking was a huge plus!
