El desayuno muy variado y bueno. El personal muy bien. Un día se olvidaron de ponernos las toallas, baje a la recepción y a los cinco minutos nos las trajeron a la habitación.

La ventana daba a la calle de la entrada del hotel, que era bastante estrecha y solo veiamos la pared del edificio de enfrente. La circulación está restringida dentro de Sóller, y el parking está alejado del hotel, unos 5-10 minutos andando.

The place was super nice and spacious, also the staff super nice too. They have a restaurant a little bit pricey. Breakfast was super good too. Nice pool and sauna. There is a grocery store a block away.

The location is interesting . It is located in a town that has restrictions for tourists and they are not super welcoming. You can’t drive through the town or to the hotel if not you will get a fine . You have to park your car in their parking lot and walk 10 min to the hotel with your bags, it is not bad but the time 12 with the heat is tiring. The town in cute tho. The walls are thin so you can hear everything.

It’s such a central property! Just metres from the Plaça and an excellent range of supermarket, cafes etc. You’d never expect a pool with a stunning Mountain View either. Excellent restaurant.

Der Föhn war nicht mehr so leistungsfähig und laut Parkplatz war weit weg vom Hotel

Personal sehr freundlich, schöner Pool, praktische Lage schöne Poolanlage und super Frühstück.

Aufzug war leider ausgefallen und die Parkplatzsizuation ist umständlich.

De kamer was schoon met een nieuwe badkamer. De ligging van het hotel was super fijn, liepen zo het centrum in en waren met de auto ook zo bij port de Sóller. Personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was goed geregeld.

Bedden vond ik persoonlijk wat aan de harde kant en konden uit elkaar worden geschoven. Zwembad was toch iets kleiner dan gedacht.

This was our favorite place we stayed at in our 2 weeks of travel around Spain! Super nice, clean, and all the facilities and amenities we could need! Parking was key as well.

This is a gem of an hotel. Tucked away in a side street in Soller, it is an oasis of calm and comfort and yet just 3 minutes walk from the busy and vibrant square. We loved it and plan to return!

Only used hotel as day room stay but found everything to my liking. Excellent quiet location. Lovely dip in the pool . Didn't stay overnight so can't comment on breakfast either.

Excellent location. Poor range of facilities; service was difficult as the bar & restaurant are operated by a third party with no connection/billing via the hotel, ie. have to pay each time on use. This made the use of facilities inconvenient!

Complete lack of flexibility by the staff who would not or could not change our room because of significant & dangerous issues with the shower and water flooding! There was no telephone in our room, so I had to go to the reception each time to report issues. When I asked about putting a telephone in our room, the receptionist asked me if I needed one!!! What about emergency calls. The water flooding in the bathroom was dangerous to say the least. They did not/could not fix it but did manage to alleviate the flooding..

Gorgeous property; lovely, comfortable, quiet, and cool room; tasty and varied breakfast; good location; really friendly and helpful staff. The private parking lot was so key to have in Soller, and greatly reduced stress. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

The WiFi was a little shaky on the top floor for some devices. But worked fine with others!

Proche du centre ville, tout peut se faire à pieds… restaurants ,cafés et le train atypique pour Palma/Soller à proximité Le personnel adorable,et le p’tit dej superbe, les gâteaux et tartes maison sont délicieuses , les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et climatisées…avec 39 degrés dehors, la piscine est un bonheur… au calme et de tout repos !!! We loved everything about our stay here. The location was fabulous and only a couple minutes walk to the centre of town. We also felt very safe. The staff was also incredible! Especially Sibylle. We had an early flight and they organized a taxi for us and made us sandwiches to go. The rooms were big and air conditioned worked great. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Everything! It’s exceptional! So much history. The architecture is incredible. It’s an old olive press and also was home to the Bishop. The staff are very kind and helpful. The pool is perfect. The bed is enormous and very comfy feather pillows and pressed bed linen with name embroidered on it. Very posh. The surroundings and views of mountains trees and old buildings is so beautiful. It’s just off the main square so easy to get to. I stayed here on my own and felt really comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting with mountain view’s from the poolside terrace. Helpful welcoming staff. Rooms clean and well equipped. Huge comfortable beds and plenty towels. Short walk into Soller town square for evening meals.

Very little. Location is tucked away so a little difficult to find initially but that just makes it all the quieter. Parking is quite a walk up the hill but still very fortunate to have as there is so little parking around otherwise and there was always a space available even in peak season.

If I could put 100 stars, I would. The best of the best

The hotel is centrally located in Sóller, just down one of the narrow streets. Tastefully decorated, friendly staff, a delicious breakfast, lovely rooms and a nice pool. It was easy to get in touch with the hotel before our stay. Busstop to Port de Sollér close by. Note that the car park is about 400 metres from the hotel, just after the first roundabout when coming from Palma. It worked fine for us.

Heerlijk verblijf midden in Sóller met erg vriendelijk personeel!

Great location within walking distance of the town with parking nearby . Lovely pool ( cold) albeit some noise disturbance from the restaurant . We were upgraded to a pleasant room with a small outdoor balcony facing the street ( although with a high barrier limiting views) .

A few small issues would have improved our experience. Self checking took some time and we wondered why the staff could not do this while they were sitting at the reception desk . They were not particularly welcoming and could have been more helpful in providing maps and general information on the hotel and the town . We had to go back to reception for the safe key . This should have been provided at the outset . We should have been told that the air conditioning was not being used early in the season . We thought it was faulty and spent an uncomfortable first night without opening the balcony door . This was another indication of the lack of communication from staff .

Great location central to Soller which is a beautiful town with all the facilities you need. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is beautiful and in great condition. The pool was perfect for late afternoons on hot days. The breakfast may be the best one I have experienced.

We liked the location in the centre of Soller.

The parking was very difficult due to recent changes to the one way system. We didn’t enjoy the pool particularly. Sun loungers being reserved with towels before breakfast. Can’t believe that still happens. Pool wasn’t particularly clean either.

Det eneste vi irriterede os var at da vi kom skulle vi selv klare alt vedr. indtjekning ved at scanne et symbol og derefter svare på alt muligt via telefon , det er altså ikke nemt når man står og sveder og så skal bruge tid,jeg spørger om vi ikke kan gøre det på den nemme måde (papir/kuglepen),svaret var nej idet det var for at gøre det hele meget nemmere,ja for jer idet det er os der skal gøre alt arbejdet,heldigvis er det eneste gang vi har været udsat for det.Tænk hvis man ikke har en i- phone eller der ikke er strøm på.Fagre nye besværlig verden.

très bien situé dans Soller, espaces agréables, belle piscine avec vue, salle de sport bien équipée. Petit déjeuner très complet très bon

les chambres sur rue sont un peu bruyantes car il y a des travaux en face mais c'est peut-etre temporaire. Quelques petits détails de finition (robinet qui fuit dans la salle de bain, shampooing gel douche pas remplis..) qui pourraient faire un véritable 10/10!

El desayuno estuvo excelente. Se ve que hay una dedicación para que todo sea de calidad y delicioso.

El único punto negativo es la lejanía del estacionamiento. Para salir teníamos que caminar en subida por una calle sin muchos árboles y estrecha donde los autos pasaban al lado y sumado al calor y la humedad lo volvió realmente en un desafío, casi me desmaye al llegar al auto.

The location was just right close enough to be central but lovely and quiet. The breakfast was good and restaurant food was very tasty. The hotel was smaller than we are used to but such a great choice. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much. The swimming pool was clean and cool after days walking around or sightseeing. Would highly recommend

Zwembad erg proper er is een klein deeltje afgesloten voor kleine kinderen. Je kan makkelijk drankjes bestellen aan het zwembad. Ook een heel leuk terrasje en dit midden in het centrum van soller.

Breakfast was excellent, pool area lovely, room very spacious and location very central.

Lots of guests reserved pool loungers with their towels for hours on end without using them. This was not the fault of the hotel, but still rude of guests.

I love how it's located in the center and its a good walk to bus stops. Amazing staff and very polite!

Slightly difficult to find as hotel and hotel car park are not close together. The swimming pool is in a good spot where you can get right in the sun and also get shade if preferred. Breakfast was nice slightly limited but plenty of nice things and you can sit outside which was nice. The hotel is close to the town, so access is not ok, the roads and paths are quite tight so disabled may struggle slightly.

The hotel has a nice bar and restaurant, but is quite pricy, just be aware that the hotel car park is 5-10min walk uphill from the hotel, it is ok as long as you know. slightly more variety of fresh fruit in the morning would be nice.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of Sóller in a very convenient location close to Plaça de sa Constitutio. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The size of the hotel is perfect, and the breakfast buffet never felt crowded despite the number of guests. There’s also a great pool, which kept our kids very happy!

An amazing hotel in the heart of Soller. My second time staying here and honestly its always hard to leave such a beautiful place. From the moment you walk in, lovely staff helping you. Rooms are very spacious, great beds, amazing pool looking at mountains and beautiful morning breakfasts!

Perfect location short stroll from Old Town. Excellent breakfast selections and very friendly staff. Our room was a great size. We checked out early due to a 7am flight and the friendly staff made us some sandwiches and coffee to take with us.

Liked everything

Hotel, Zimmer ,(Größe, Betten, Matratze, Ausstattung), Ambiente, Personal und Frühstück waren perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Der 5 Minuten Gehweg zum Parkplatz war kein Problem, es klingt weiter als es ist und außerdem soll man immer um Bewegung bleiben ;-)

The hotel is located in a quieter area of Soller and has a really lovely pool area

We stayed 5 nights and during that time room linens and towels did not get changed, maid just made the bed but floors were not moped, patio/ balcony not swept.

Le batiment est magnifique, en plein centre de Soller mais dans un quartier très calme. Les installations sont parfaites, le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des produits locaux.

Le manque d accueil à l arrivée. La personne nous a donné une tablette pour proceder nous mêmes à l enregistrement. Aucunes explications sur l hôtel, personne ne nous a adressé la parole pendant tout le sejour, sauf l amabilité d une personne au petit dejeuner qui nous accueillait en français. Dommage car l établissement est très bien.

L’emplacement (incluant le stationnement inclus) et le déjeuner sont très bien. L’hôtel est magnifique et la majorité des employés étaient super.

Il y avait des petites fourmis dans les airs communes et dans notre chambre. La table sur notre balcon n’avait pas été nettoyée (elle était sale/très collante).

Tolle Hotel Anlage, freundliches Personal und super Frühstück. Preis Leistung absolut machbar.

Parkplatz, ist etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber in ganz Mallorca ist es schwer Parkplätze direkt mit dem Hotel zu bekommen für einen super Preis. Sóller als Stadt würde ich nicht unbedingt empfehlen, eher Port de Sóller trotz alldem ist es dann nur 10min mit dem Auto entfernt.
