Staff completely incapable to have a cohedive approach to cleaning fulfilling the guest instructions but they ate nice which is of no use when you fail basic tasks such as changing the bed keeping fruit in the fridge rather than freezer

Lovely staff- everyone was very helpful and friendly, especially at the attached Cafe (which was a great spot to hang out and have breakfast!). The location is great, just a minute off the main road. The room was clean and comfortable. Will stay here again next time I’m in Siargao!

J’avoue avoir été déçue par notre chambre, sans véritable fenêtre et donnant sur un mur. Pas de lampe de chevet ou de petite lumière côté chambre, ce qui rend l’ambiance froide. La salle de bains était assez précaire. La climatisation était difficilement réglable.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. À ce prix on s’attend quand même à avoir une chambre un minimum spacieuse et avec une fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur et non un couloir. Et salle de bain sans fenêtre. Résultat la chambre reste humide, rien ne sèche dans la salle de bain. Bonne localisation à Général Luna, mais ça ne vaut pas le prix payé.

I like the location because it is at the very center if Gen. Luna. The place is very clean and the staff are very accommodating. We were there to relax actually and we got the peace that we wanted.

A TV could be more relaxing. Since Siargao's weather is very unpredictable, maybe the place could have a lot fo supply of umbrellas and raincoats for rent, just like our stay in Jiufen, Taiwan where the host lends us umbrellas each time we go out.

Amazing, kind, welcoming staff!! Every single person working here is incredible!! Comfortable bed, perfect location.

Didn’t get a single second of sleep with the constant noise, music blasting from the restaurant next door from 10am-10pm daily (good music but no sleep), very loud construction the entire day, starting before 8am, kids screaming outside the room, it was genuinely impossible to rest or relax here. Room was nice, bathrooms are not.

The WiFi is not working

The staff Billy and Ina were very friendly and attentive to our requests and needs as guests. Room was clean and comfortable. Good hot water heater was nice. Once the noisy renovation is complete I can recommend this hotel as more of an Boutique hotel. It is better than hostels for comfort, cleanliness and safety but not as grand of bigger hotels. Despite the unpaved rocky road of the alley, the location is great for night life. They also rent out scooters which is very convenient.

But disappointed we were not informed about the noisy renovation work going on in the ground floor. There is a rooster crowing randomly at odd humanly hours however that's normal on an island like Siargao. However, we were unfortunately there during the noisy renovation. However the staff service and location close to best bars and cafes made up for the noise. It was little expensive compared to what we would get for the money in Cebu and Manila.

Billy der Inhaber des Copacabana Hotels, ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr tierlieb. Sie leben im Einklang mit der Natur. Das Hotel entspricht exakt den Fotos und ist ausgesprochen sauber. Selten haben wir einen so gründlichen Zimmerservice erlebt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert technisch sehr gut. Preis-Leistung und Lage sind absolut überzeugend. Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit im Copacabana.

Gäste, die großen Wert auf ruhigen Schlaf legen, sollten wissen, dass ab etwa 4:30 Uhr morgens die Geräusche von Hahn und Hunden deutlich hörbar sind. Der sehr gründliche Zimmerservice hat jedoch auch eine Kehrseite: Private Gegenstände werden angefasst, Koffer geschlossen und umgestellt sowie persönliche Sachen anders verräumt, als man sie hinterlassen hat, was für manche Gäste unangenehm sein könnte. Die Klimaanlage ist direkt auf das Bett ausgerichtet und verursacht einen sehr starken Luftzug, da die Schwingflügel kaum einstellbar sind, wodurch man leicht eine Nackenstarre riskieren kann. Aus diesem Grund war ein Schlafen mit eingeschalteter Klimaanlage für uns nicht möglich, weshalb wir nachts auf den Deckenventilator ausgewichen sind. Zudem fehlt ein Aufenthaltsraum oder eine gemütliche Lounge. Abgesehen von zwei Tischen an der Rezeption, die nicht zum Verweilen einladen, gibt es keine Möglichkeit, sich außerhalb des Zimmers aufzuhalten, sodass man auf Bars oder Restaurants in der Umgebung zurückgreifen muss, wenn man nicht ausschließlich im eigenen Bett bleiben möchte. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel glaub ich noch im Umbau, Baulärm war oftmals vorhanden.

Location is good, as all hotels around they propose activities through some agencies which is nice.

Room was not cleaned everyday, the hot water was not working properly. What I really didn't like about the hotel was the staff which was a bit intrusive, behaving more like if we were in a hostel than a hotel. On top of it they asked us 500 pesos for a "sunscree stain" that they discovered on our sheets, this looked clearly as a pure scam at the end of the stay.

The host Billy was amazing. Gave us local tips about the island. Organised our tours and transport. The property was in a great location only 100 pesos to Cloud nine

Die Lage war sehr zentral und trotzdem nicht in der touri straße. Die Mitarbeiter sind super hilfsbereit und nett.

Der Lärm der Clubs ist tagesabhängig hörbar. Ist aber nicht so schlimm.

Zimmer war total sauber, liebevoll und gemütlich, auch das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Lage auch perfekt.

Die Lautstärke der Tiere nebenan erlaubt einen angenehmen Schlaf leider gar nicht. Der Hahn fängt um 5 Uhr an - und man hört alles - als würde es keine Wände geben. Dazu kommen auch noch winselnde, eingesperrte Hunde, die nebenan sind.

El hotel está muy bien en relación calidad precio. Buena ubicación cerca de todo. Erwen es encantador y te ayuda en todo con una sonrisa siempre en la cara. Las habitaciones son tal y como se ve en las fotos. Muy limpias.

En general todo estuvo bien, pero para poner algo, es que solo pusieron dos toallas y me faltó una ni que sea para la manos pero por lo demás todo bien.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado de la calle principal. Una zona muy tranquila. la habitación era muy cómoda y con aire acondicionado. Lo mejor es que tienen grupo electrógeno y aunque se vaya la luz puede seguir trabajando y teniendo electricidad. El personal es lo mejor de todo muy atentos y encantadores te sientes como en familia.

no tengo nada malo que decir. Tienes que ser consciente en qué país estás pero incluso para una localidad tan pequeña el alojamiento está perfecto.

Everything about the property was as advertised. The staff was very friendly and help me find a surfing, instructor, where to do laundry and even get a massage everyone was always very attentive and friendly.

Location is close to everything. Staff were excellent. Erwin went above and beyond to assist the guest who experienced a medical condition. He was amazing along with Inah and the rest of the staff. They were all very attentive to anything that we need: medical needs, transport or toiletries and staff were lovely and very accomodating.

- very rough road leading to and from the property (not their fault) -Water leaked from the bidet twice but they fixed it as soon as possible. -next time, they can orient guests of the amenities upon arrival e.g. water dispenser on the 2nd floor, use of appliances or equipment etc

Location was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly, always helpful, helped us day and night with any issues or bookings.

Internet wasn't the strongest, but likely due to the local infrastructure.

The greeting team welcomed me and helped me feel comfortable in my new island home. Erwen, Yna, Lyra and Benju- all with big beautiful smiles and sincere hospitality. I extended and stayed a 2nd week!!

The tuk tuk driver (and I) could not locate property on map. Eventually we found on the “backroad” behind Tourism Road (near Secreto and VerDe restaurants. Actually an advantage, less traffic, nicely private, and very accessible to Tourism Road.

Everything was amazing! Will definitely visit again!

L'accoglienza è stata fantastica!! Il personale è stato tutto gentile e ospitale e Erwin ha reso questo soggiorno a Siargao unico, ci ha accolti e seguiti in ogni cosa. È stato disponibile anche in situazioni di difficoltà personale. Ti aiuta con gli spostamenti, i tour organizzati, fornisce la lista dei locali e ristoranti. Si assicurava che stessimo bene sempre. La stanza ha tutto il necessario, è pulita e dotata di aria condizionata e ventola sul soffitto. Si trova in piena zona turistica ma lontano dalla musica, possono organizzare loro lo spostamento da/per l'aeroporto. Consigliato per un soggiorno a Siargao!!

Room is clean, comfortable and quiet, staff were lovely and helpful. Accommodation is only a few steps to the main street.

The door to the bathroom is glass, so it's awkward if you're staying with relatives. We just hung the blanket to cover but they could easily hang a curtain to add more privacy.

- rooms are cozily put together, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay - Erwen and the staff are very welcoming and always supportive - quiet at night, especially compared to other places near or on Tourism road - rooms (can only speak for ground floor) are well insulated against the heat - very good cafes, restaurants and shops in close vicinity, as well as nice beaches and also places to do laundry - water dispenser on the premise

The beds are very comfortable and the AC is very quiet. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and bars.

The drinking water sometimes smelled and tasted bad, especially upstairs.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helped me out with tours and arranging transport to and from the airport. You can rent scooters at the hotel too.

They were doing some construction which I don’t care about at all, but the glue or other chemicals they were using made my room stink a few times.

The location is absolutely perfect. Very close to all of the restaurants etc. What made this place so great for me were the amazing staff! Erwen and Yna were so lovely and helpful - such a credit to this place really!! Also the room is very clean and super comfortable. I will definitely be staying here again for my next trip to Siargao!!

The owners are super friendly and kind, I felt very welcome. Location is great, central but away from the noisy main road.

The roosters are indeed very loud as other travellers mentioned, i woke up every day at 3am. But you really get used to. The window/ door is just not really soundproof.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, able to rent a scooter from the property and location was great. Also helped arrange airport shuttles

Location was great, close to shops, restaurants, and Tourism Road. The staff (especially Erwin!) was friendly and helpful. The air con worked well, and there was also a ceiling fan to keep the room cool from the heat. The bed was comfortable too. Shout out to the cute hotel cat, Copa, who became our cuddle buddy. :)

The room was clean, but the shower wasn’t great. There was hot water, but the heat and water pressure was not consistent. Also, the hotel is right next to a property with roosters and they started crowing at 4 am every morning (as roosters do!) Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. These guys are loud.

Staff- Erwen and his fiancee are amazing and helpful people :) The apartment was very comfortable, next to the local restaurant. Scooters for rent, shared kitchen, close to the city center.

It wasnt quiet throughout the day, but it wasnt disturbing in the night.

We really loved our stay at Copacabana, the staff were all amazing and made sure to greet us whenever we would leave/ come back to the room. They were always around to help us book tuk tuks and taxis and any boat trips etc we wished to do. The room was lovely and bright and was really clean, we would have preferred if the bathroom door was tinted for privacy, but that is just personal preference. The location was the best thing about the property and was situated right in the middle of lots of yummy food spots and bars across general luna. If (WHEN) we return to Siargao we would love to stay again.

I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. Kuya Erwen is so kind, answering my questions and concerns even though I am so makulit haha because this is my first time in Siargao. The hotel is really clean, and the location is close to the tourism road, so I had no trouble roaming around mostly at night. I will definitely come back soon.

Great location and cosy rooms! The room was very clean and really close to the center of General Luna, which makes easy to walk for restaurants and bars in the evening. Erwen, and Ina, who managed the property were very helpful and arranged all the activities and tours for us. They also provided a lot of recommendations on how to spend our days in the island! First of all, the staff here is really great: friendly and ready to help with any problem. Excellent room cleaning! Comfortable bed, nice bed linen.

The description of our (premium) room indicated the size of 40 square meters, and the standard room - 25. This information has nothing to do with reality) the rooms here are no more than 18 meters. I think it is necessary to correct this information in the description so as not to mislead guests) I think the rooms need a mini fridge.

It had a great location. Staff were so kind and accommodating. It was so easy to enjoy the island because our accommodation is very accessible.

They had a little construction while we were staying. but it was fine since it was only a day or two and it didn’t make noise at all, we just had a hard time going in and out of the room.

The place was just like in the pictures. The room was on the second floor, and there was a kitchen and fridge on the first floor that people could use. The restaurant recommendations from Capacabana were also great. The staff were very friendly, especially Erwin, who was always happy to help and had a cheerful demeanor.

The property is well located and well equipped. The room in itself is very cozy.

We should have trusted the low reviews warning of restaurant loud music and rooster farm next door. it is noisy !

The building is next to a farm and a bar, so during night you will hear the music (until midnight) but in the early morning you will hear the roosters shouting

Great value. Erwen the manager is really what makes this place great! Always smiling and making sure you have everything you need. The property itself is right where you want to be in town. You are getting alot of value for what you are paying.

The room by itself is nice. Nothing to say about it.

There's a bar just next to the room, they play music until 12pm. And there's also a chicken farm right behind. So you have music until 12, and after that you have chicken screaming literally all night, even with my earplugs I couldn't sleep. I only got a ''sorry we can't do nothing for you''

Even though there was no electricity on the island I felt very comfortable here. They had a generator and the location is very central. Special thanks to Erwen, who made my stay even more worthwhile. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

However, the hotel is situated on a muddy road in the center of General Luna. There's a rooster farm in the neighborhood, and the roosters crow for about 8 hours every day. The staff offered us earplugs, but it was still difficult to get a good night sleep. During our stay, Siargao experienced a blackout and there was no electricity during our entire stay on the island. Although the hotel has a generator, they turned it off for 6 hours every day. We felt that the owner took advantage of the situation by increasing the room rates from advertised 2,500 pesos/night (posted outside the hotel) to 4,600 pesos/night. unfortunately, we had no other options and had to accept the higher price for a very basic hotel. Despite the price increase, the rooms were quite simple with no TV, and the beds were very firm. If you're staying here, make sure to book a room facing the street. The rooms at the back are verzly noisy because of the rooster farm, making it hard to get a good rest.

The location and hospitality of all the staff :) they have treated us like family.
