Reviewed Aug 24, 2026ACHTUNG! Irgendetwas stimmt dort absolut nicht! Wir hatten zwei Nächte gebucht, trafen bei unserer Anreise am Gelände jedoch niemanden an. Wir versuchten die Eigentümer über WhatsApp und über den Booking.com-Chat zu erreichen, jedoch erhielten wir keine Antwort. Erst nach 90min Wartezeit schickte uns jemand eine Nummer vom Hotel Manager, ohne auf unsere Situation einzugehen. Der gesamte Garten war bei unserer Ankunft dreckig und chaotisch. Die Balkontüren waren alle offen, so dass wir unser Zimmer selbst gesucht haben. Dieses war komplett dreckig. Das gesamte Haus wirkte verlassen. Wir hätten hier keine Nacht bleiben wollen. Es war eine sehr unangenehme Situation! Wir verließen das Hotel daraufhin und mussten spontan eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Sehr ärgerlich und komplett inakzeptabel!!

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Très bon accueil de José. Logement au calme avec piscine. Cuisine en libre service bien pratique. Le dîner était bon. On a visité la finca de cacao, vraiment bien.
Le logement est vraiment situé à l’écart de Bonda, la route est difficile d’accès mais c’est le prix à payer pour être au calme.

Très isolé, on est totalement dépendant de José pour se déplacer (mais il s'est rendu disponible quznd on le lui a demandé). A prendre comme un moment coupé du monde... Chambre un peu rustique et malgré une bonne climatisation, la partie haute reste chaude.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026AFRA est un petit coin de paradis, tenu par une très gentille famille, aidé par un personnel au petit soin. Et si c'est un peu excentré, le patron est de très bon conseil pour vous organiser un tour des cascades et/ou d'une finca de chocolat. Rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Incroyable endroit pour un séjour détente, chambre super confortable, piscine et terrasses incroyables, très calme et possibilité d'observer pas mal d'oiseaux. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par José.
Seul point qui dénote un peu : la nourriture. On a trouvé que les prix étaient un peu élevé (entre 35000 et 40000 le plat) les plats pas très copieux et pas forcément correspondant à ce qu'il y avait sur la carte, attention il y a 10% de tips en plus sur vos commandes et l'eau est payante. Par contre on a très bien mangé !

Reviewed May 9, 2026Sehr schönes Anwesen, ein Finca. Der Swimming Pool war traumhaft schön, sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Familienbetrieb ist professionell geführt und auch alle Angestellten waren immer sehr nett und äusserst hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine kleine Tienda in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026La vue est magnifique, le calme y est exceptionnel, l’accueil chaleureux, la piscine super agréable et les chambres très confortables ! Si vous voulez fuir la brouhaha et la saleté de Santa Marta, c’est là qu’il faut venir !
Attention : l’accès n’est pas aisé… pas sûr qu’une citadine arrive au bout (nous avons abandonné notre taxi 200m avant l’arrivée) mais si vous venez en bus, allez jusqu’à la Estacion de policia de Bonda et là des motobike vous attendent pour 3 fois rien… ne pas hésiter à faire quelques courses au D1 de Bonda ou Santa Marta avant de monter dans ce petit havre de paix…

Very good food (even though it was a bit pricey) and the hosts tried to make our stay great with their warmth and helpful information. Incredibly cute dog! Good starting point to visit Tayrona national park for a day.
The location is far from stores, restaurants etc so the options are limited. Next small town (also where busses run to Santa Marta, Tayrona,...) with restaurants can be reached via motorcycle taxi or a 30 minute walk.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Es un lugar hermoso rodeado de naturaleza. Nicoo L y José fueron muy amables desde que reservamos el hospedaje con ellos. La experiencia en AFRA fue excelente. Disfrutamos de la piscina, los caminos llenos de mango, su clima cálido y también pudimos compartir con sus mascotas Río y Michi
La única recomendación es mejorar el desnivel de la ducha ya que genera filtración de agua

Reviewed Jul 30, 2024The room is exactly as the pictures show. All of the facilities work and you can enjoy the peaceful nature from the comfort of the pool or your patio. Everyone is very helpful and kind, there are many places to walk, and it is not too hot in the evening. Michi and Rio are always around if you love animals and there are hummingbirds everywhere. In the evening you can safely walk around Masinga/Bonda without much issue.
I recommend renting a bike or bringing a moto for longer stays. The nearest store is about a 8min walk and the larger stores are about a 20min walk. It can add up if you are already walking the trails. Aside from that you can't go wrong with this lovely villa.
