bon emplacement, wifi correct, chien adorable (capital sympathie de l’hôtel) appel d’un taxi à très bon prix pour nous ramener à Santa Marta

- équipements sommaires et vieillissants - draps sales (présence de poils et cheveux sur les oreillers et dans les draps). dès notre signalement le personnel nous a proposé une nouvelle chambre plus grande où nous avons fini par retrouver des poils dans le drap. - cette nouvelle chambre était très humide et présentait de la moisissure sur les murs ainsi que dans la clim (ce qui pose un problème sanitaire assez important), les supports de douche étaient rouillés et sales, et nous avons trouvé des mouches mortes par terre. - le dîner : nous avons commandé 3 plats de quesadillas, au delà de l’attente, plat très moyen et le dernier est arrivé à en quantité divisée par 2, et même après correction de leur part, le plat était toujours incomplet. pour autant nous avons été facturé de la totalité du prix pour les 3 plats - le petit déjeuner : très léger en quantité, on avait demandé un peu de miel et de beurre la veille (on nous avait répondu oui) et nous n’avons eu que deux petites galettes natures et des œufs. - le personnel : l’une des jeunes filles étaient très souriante, en revanche la dame qui s’est occupée de nous le matin ne nous a pas décroché un sourire, et elle est venue nous chercher dans notre chambre (en essayant d’abord d’ouvrir sans frapper) à 7h30 pour nous demander ce que l’on voulait manger, sachant que le menu avait déjà été validé la veille avec le gérant. Au final, aucun geste n’a été proposé, que ce soit sur le tarif de la chambre (qui est plus élevé que notre moyenne de nuit habituelle pour une bien meilleure qualité), ni sur le prix du tour proposé, ni même sur le prix du repas. C’est le premier commentaire mauvais que nous mettons sur booking, car nous avons vraiment été très déçus.

Excelente ubicación, muy cómodas y gratas habitaciones y una muy buena pileta. Todo el staff es muy agradable y están siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

Il Rancho Ton è l'eden all'interno di un paradiso. Ad accoglierci c'era una fantastica piscina che, dopo le giornate nel fantastico mare caraibico, ci aiutava a concludere la giornata. Maria e tutti i ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno "viziato" per tutto il nostro soggiorno sempre con un sorriso e la massima disponibilità. Le spiagge e la natura che circonda il Rancho Ton sono qualcosa di impagabile. Grazie davvero a tutti

Si percepisce che la struttura è nuova e ancora in via di conclusione. Completare le ultime rifiniture renderebbe questo posto ancora più bello di quello che è già. Nulla di "invalidante" o brutto, è solo un consiglio per passare dal 9,9999 al 10!

El lugar es precioso, rodeado de naturaleza dentro del parque tayrona (no pagarás los 20$ que cuesta la entrada al estar alojado aquí). Las habitaciones son enormes y están muy bien equipadas con todo lo necesario. El personal es increíblemente amable y servicial. El desayuno es muy completo, para comer o cenar tienen una carta extensa y deliciosa. La piscina es enorme y está en perfectas condiciones. Con respecto a las excursiones, el mismo hotel las organiza sin ningún problema, al igual que dispone de taxista para tu recogida en el aeropuerto. Da gusto alojarse en sitios como este, sin duda lo recomendaré y volveré.

La posibilidad de estar en el parque sin tener que entrar y salir. La habitación amplia para tres personas y camas cómodas. Estructura muy bonita y de la cual se podría sacar muchísimo provecho. El chico que nos atendió en cocina muy amable y la comida muy rica. Camas muy cómodas y limpias.

Falta de limpieza por todos lados. Lo que más me sorprende es que estando solo nosotros no hayan ni barrido el suelo de la habitación antes de llegar, armario lleno de polvo, baño con pelos, incluso la neverita estaba sucia. Pedimos dos veces la toalla ya que a la llegada no había en la habitación, en las mesas del restaurante nunca se ha pasado un trapo para limpiarlas minimamente - alli seguian las latas y servilletas de nuestra cena del día anterior -. También el momento de pagar fue muy incómodo por el trato recibido, sin entrar en más detalles.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy buena en el Rancho Ton Hotel ! Gracias al equipo y más que todo a María que nos sirvió con mucho profesionalismo durante nuestra estadía. Tienen que tomar en cuenta que no se puede hacer senderismo por esta entrada del parque. Sin embargo, el hotel ofrece opciones de transporte por si necesitan.

La piscine

L’odeur du poulailler à côté est terrible. La saleté (plancher sale dans la salle de bain, moisissures dans le lavabo) la négligence (il nous manquait un drap contour dans notre lit, les murs sont abîmés et le mobilier est cassé), la nourriture est très ordinaire et le service très peu attentionné. Le gérant ne communique que par WhatsApp alors que le wifi ne se rend pas dans notre chambre et qu’il n’y a pas de réseau autour de l’hôtel ni dans le parc. Maria semblait effrayée de nous parler comme nous ne parlons pas espagnol et fuyait à la première occasion.

Un lugar exelente dentro del parque. Se puede acceder a unas playas hermosas. Las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas y la atención del gerente y todo el personal fué muy cálida. Estubieron todos el tiempo pendientes de nuestras necesidades. Realmente nos sentimos muy cómodos.

Está muy próximo a la entrada, nosotros fuimos con vehículo y creo que es importante aclarar que las playas están lejos para ir caminando... IDEAL PARA IR CON MOVILIDAD PROPIA....

A bit far from the beaches

Amazing place to rest and enjoy vacation. It is close to beautiful beaches from the Tayrona Park. The food was delicious, and the staff was very polite. It was worth it. I really recommend this place. You can even schedule all the tours with the manager very easy.

The fact that you need to take transportation to the main road and then take a bus to go to the main Tayrona Park's entrance. However, you can even schedule this with the manager of the hotel without any problem.

If you are looking for peace and quiet then the Ton Rancho hotel is perfect. The service was great. We will be back.thank yoy 4 all😘❤️

Not recommended. The photos are heavily edited and not at all reflective of the actual standard of the hotel. You can find much better places to stay in the area for the same price. They violated the terms of our reservation and we had to dispute the transaction with our credit card company. I booked the hotel with two separate bookings so that we could be free to cancel the last night if needed. After my husband came down with severe food poisoning, we wanted to move to a better hotel where he would be more comfortable. Booking.com clearly stated that our booking was fully refundable for the last night. However, we had already paid the hotel for both our bookings via their personal credit card machine. I asked the staff to cancel our last night well before the deadline and clearly showed them that Booking states it was free to cancel. However, they refused to refund our money. I spent hours working with Booking and our credit card company to dispute the transaction and refund the money according to the terms of the reservation. We still do not know exactly how my husband came down with food poisoning, but we ate all our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel, with only lunches out. Location The hotel is right next to a chicken farm and smells like it. The hotel is within the entrance to Tayrona, so you don't have to pay the entry fee, but they also don't communicate well with the staff at the entrance, so when you come you may need to wait for someone on a motorbike to drive to the hotel, check to see if your name is on the list, and return. The beaches at this entrance of Tayrona are 30 minutes driving along a very bad road that is barely passable without a high-clearance vehicle. We saw two people with flat tires along the side of the road. There is nothing to do between the hotel and the beaches. Cleanliness and Property Standards The room was reasonably clean, but daily cleaning does not seem to be the norm.

Comfortable bed

The hotel is located too far to reasonably walk to any beaches and away from the road and any shops, so you are effectively trapped for the stay. I was offered transport to a beach for 200k which was more than a day boat trip to the beaches from Santa Marta Dirty pool Blocked sink Overpriced water Lots of flies.. possibly as next to chicken farm The worst food I had travelling for 2 weeks in Colombia. The rancid tasting scrambled eggs probably were the cause of being sick a few hours later and spending the rest of the day in bed. No kind words or apologies from staff all day. Unsurprisingly checked out the next day a day early.

Loved how close it was to Tayrona, and the staff were amazing and the facilities were really good.

a lot of discussions about latin american attitude (late arrival of booked trip, only one and half hours late...), but we manage to fix it...and got requested compensation. no english speaker around. weak breakfast: well something good for B&B not for declared 4* hotel. no hot water (well it is something you can live in this conditions...but it is declared 4* hotel...)...

Secluded, clean, beautiful and well maintained facilities. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Good breakfast and trips to beautiful beaches available. Crystal beach is a must see if you stay there.

Next to a chicken farm, so the flys can get a little heavy at times. Also I hope they will start serving coffee in glass or ceramic cups, not leaky paper cups.
