Accès très difficile à la chambre avec des valises, 2 étages via un escalier en colimaçon. De plus, l'annonce stipulait une chambre de 25m2 sans précision que c'était sur 2 niveaux. Accès au lit via un escalier très raide.k

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Points positifs : bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo, café à disposition, lit confortable, salle de bain correcte (douche de bon format), appartement joliment décoré et fonctionnel (mais très petit, idéal pour un très court séjour), localisation dans une rue assez calme et parking aux alentours
Points négatifs : escalier pour accéder à l'appartement en colimaçon très étroit et très raide, difficile à circuler avec une valise, idem pour l'escalier menant à la chambre (mezzanine). Format kot plutôt qu'un appartement. Bouteille vide concernant le gel douche et le savon à main. Pas accès à la télévision mais uniquement à Netflix ou Amazon.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Great location, walking distance to Grand Rue with the fountain and shops. A delhaize is just round the corner and you also have the bus stop from boulevard JFK and Mons Lycee round the corner. Aircon was a godsend in the recent heatwave. Hair dryer with curly hair diffuser. Lots of plus in the living and bathroom space. Shower, body wash etc all available. Tea and coffee station which was well stocked. Cutlery and crockery available including hangers for clothes. A cozy space but lots of thought given to basic needs to allow you to get up and go. The loft room which I stayed in was nice but I would suggest it wouldn’t be suitable for someone over 5 ft 3. The property has 2 other spaces in the same building so if you need to book and are quite tall, it might be worth asking for one of the other rooms.
The property is very very creaky where it feels like something is running across the kitchenette cabinet or someone is coming into the space. As a solo female traveller, this made it difficult for me to get to sleep and even sleep well. Maybe thick rugs would solve the issue or perhaps identify the cause of the issue. No washing machine or iron which made a 10 day stay quite difficult to manage for change of clothes etc. The stairs are very narrow which was okay as I only had a small weekend bag but I imagine would be problematic if not impossible to navigate with a large suitcase. A socket or plug closer to the bed would have been much better but not sure how feasible this is as the bed is in the loft.

Nothing to do with the property, but on Sunday morning the street was noisy from about 6am setting up for the annual Petit Doudou festival !

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Studio glaciale à l’arrivée le climatiseur ne marchait pas. Obligé de téléphoner au gérant qui selon moi a allumé la clim à distance. 3 h pour réchauffer une pièce humide sans ventilation ni même dans la salle de bain. Marteau piqueur le soir et le matin dernier le mur chez le voisin. Nous avons décidé d’écourter notre séjour. Mais aucun remboursement ni excuses. Circuler il n’y a rien à voir.

Bear in mind it was 7.00 pm. I messaged the management company and within two minutes they offered alternative accommodation which was superb MG at home were superb and special mention to Gwenolien

Reviewed Feb 27, 2026L'appartement est bien situé, proche de la ville. Le stationnement dans la rue est possible même avec un pic up. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité du gérant afin que l'on puisse se connecter à la box wifi. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
Nous avons été surpris de l'accès au logement par un escalier très étroit ; pas facile avec des valises. Il nous a manqué la possibilité de cuisiner. Nous restions 5 jours. (pas de four ni de plaque de cuisson). Sinon les équipements pour 2 personnes sont bien. Set d'accueil pour la cuisine et la salle de bain très apprécié. Un bémol également sur l'accès TV impossible sans se connecter à nos smart phone.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026The apartment is very close to the city centre, means of transportation, restaurants and shops. It is located in a very quiet area of the town. It was very clean and comfortable stay, mostly suitable for a short stay.
The room was smaller than expected and the access stairs are very narrow, making it pretty difficult to access the apartment with large luggage.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026We had a very pleasant stay in Mons. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was not disturbing and everything was well thought out. The interior was nicely decorated with great attention to detail, which made the room feel cozy and welcoming. The bathroom and shower area were clean, tidy, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the location — it was very easy to walk into the city center from here. During our stay, there was a Christmas market in town, which added a nice and cozy atmosphere to our visit. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back again in the future.

Bij aankomst zat er geen sleutel in het sleutelkastje waardoor we 25 minuten moesten wachten omdat de eigenaar de sleutels moest komen brengen., deze was erg vriendelijk en bood netjes zijn excuses aan voor het ongemak.

The city center of Mons is not large, and here you can walk to anywhere you want in 15 minutes. It only takes about 30 minutes to walk to the UCLouvain main campus.

Tiniest living space we’ve had in the last month of travelling - you could reach “kitchenette” from the bed. Kitchenette turned out to be a fridge a kettle and a microwave, so no chance of cooking a proper meal there which was what we were hoping to do very disappointed. Also claimed to have seating this turned out to be high bar stools. Bathroom door was too stiff to close so no privacy at all whilst in there. House rules requested that all the washing up will be done when leaving - pretty difficult when all you give us is some washing up liquid no scourer and no tea towels.

Troppo piccolo, veramente stretto! Non c'era quasi il posto per aprire le valigie. Per fortuna eravamo al pian terreno, per raggiungere gli altri appartamenti c'è una scala a chiocciola strettissima.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025La proximité du centre de Mons, on peut tout faire à pieds. La propreté du logement et le calme. La climatisation était bienvenue durant notre séjour car il faisait très chaud et nous étions sous les toits, ce qui est très charmant mais en cas de chaleur c'est compliqué.
le rideau de la salle de bains/WC qui est ajouré et qui manque d'intimité pour ce lieu, le manque de place pour manger à deux sur la partie repas, le manque de chaines télé classiques, seul chaine possible BFM et NETFLIX

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025Dicht bij het centrum van Bergen, voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de omgeving. Nette kamer met voldoende faciliteiten om een kleine maaltijd te nemen. Goede koelkast en een degelijke microgolfoven. De plaats is wat beperkt maar mits wat organisatie is het wel te doen. Nette badkamer.
Toegankelijkheid naar het eerste en tweede verdiep via een smalle draaitrap. Kan beperkingen geven voor grote bagage of minder mobiele mensen.
