Panmanee Hotel-Newly Renovated

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Panmanee Hotel Newly Renovated. El hotel está recién renovado, todo se veía moderno, limpio y muy cuidado. La habitación era cómoda y agradable, perfecta para descansar después de un día explorando Phi Phi. El personal fue muy amable y atento, y la ubicación nos pareció excelente, cerca de todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la isla. Sin duda, una opción estupenda para alojarse en Phi Phi. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo!

Lo único que echamos en falta fue disponer de un pequeño balcón o terraza, o algún espacio específico donde poder tender la ropa húmeda después de ir a la playa.

Very modern with air-con, polite staff and a comfy bed!

I think it’s an issue in general on Phi Phi but the drains really smell in the room. We saw this on so many reviews for other hotels as well. There was also a tannoy speaker right next to our window that would go off at 5am during prayer to Allah. We were warned of this when checking in and were provided with earplugs.

The hotel is in a central location—just a short walk from the pier and close to everything in town. The rooms are modern, and when my initial AC malfunctioned, the staff immediately moved me to a new room with powerful air conditioning. It is the perfect base if you just need a convenient place to sleep while spending your days out exploring. All in all, I was happy with my stay and would recommend it!

While there was no loud street noise, the external AC units created a noticeable, constant rumbling sound. Additionally, many rooms face inside the roofed bazaar so there isn't much of a view, and the property could use a bit of minor ongoing maintenance despite being listed as "newly renovated." Pro tip: if you turn on the bathroom ventilation fan, definitely open a window first—trust me, you'll want fresh air coming in from outside rather than where the fan forces air to pull from!

It’s centralized and a few minutes walk from everything. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. There’s daily housekeeping. The water pressure from the shower was great and with hot and cold water (It seems they saw previously reviews and worked on it).

The lady working the night shift was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable. The location was good, close to everything but the rooms were very quiet.

Shower was hard to get warm, was either hot or cold.

The location is good, and the room is fairly clean.

Our room number is 110, and we can always smell a pungent marijuana odor; it's disgusting. Also, is there a mosque nearby? The three daily prayer broadcasts are very noisy; the ones at noon and evening are fine, but they start around 5 AM.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are modern, spotless, and feel brand new. A special thank you to Jai at the front reception. She was so kind, welcoming, and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated after our journey. All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, including the lovely receptionist who assisted us during check-out the next day. The excellent service and comfortable room made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The location is great - it is totally central, so the main spots are easily reachable by a short walking distance. The hotel is modern, clean and aesthetic.

Since the hotel is a little bit hidden when coming from Ton Sai Pier, it was a little hard to find going beyond several street (food) shops. Also, the marketing slang „newly renovated“ does not really fulfill the criteria. It is modern and good, but there are some aspects that rather have to be still renovated (water spots/leakage spots on the ceiling, scratched wooden futniture etc.). One thing that really disturbed us was that the hotel is situated directly next to a speaker, where the muslim prayers (muezzin) were played very loudly. Since it was noticeable several times a day (also in the night and early morning) this was a little uncomfortable as non-muslim to be woken up several times by that noise. We aknowledge the religion, but would have definitely an otjer hotel, which is situated not exactly near a speaker if we knew that before.

Accueil, sympathique du personnel, m'ont placé dans une chambre au rhc pour mon handicape car il y a des escaliers, merci pour ce geste, de l’eau à disposition tous les jours, proche de tout et du phérie à 5 mn.

+ Es liegt sehr zentral, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Pier entfernt was sehr praktisch ist + Viele Restaurants, Cafés und auch ein 7 Eleven in unmittelbarer Nähe + Es ist sehr ruhig, wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts nichts hören! Keine Musik oder Ähnliches + Sehr modern (während unserer Thailandreise mit Abstand das allerbeste Hotel gewesen) + Sehr bequeme Betten + Sehr sauberes Hotel und für Thailand extrem gute Ausstattung vor allem für den bezahlten Preis Viele Reviews erwähnten einen schlechten Geruch im Badezimmer. Unser Zimmer war im oberen Stockwerk und wir konnten während des gesamten Aufenthalts keinerlei Gerüche feststellen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Klimaanlage konnten wir irgendwie nicht steuern, Ich hatte das Gefühl, es automatisch läuft. Kein Fahrstuhl aber es gibt nun Erdgeschoss und erste Etage. Sie helfen beim Tragen sonst.

The property was beautiful and in such a lovely location. The reception area and relaxation area were amazing when you had a bit of time to wait around before your departure. And plus the mattress was anti bed bug which is amazing. You could tell all the furnishings were brand new. I unfortunately had a safety incident with the guest I was travelling with during my stay and the staff were so amazing when looking after me. I’ll never forget. Thank you panmanee!

The location of this property is brilliant, recently renovated and very comfortable.

There can sometimes be a smell from the drains but that is expected of phi phi and the hotel/room was spotless otherwise! When we were leaving the hotel, the staff were questioning if we should be charged a damage charge for the bed sheets as there were a few stains from eating food, they checked if it could be washed out which it did and there wasn’t an issue but it did put a bit of a downer on the stay.

The room was very spacious, extremely clean, and the shower had great water pressure. The bed was also very comfortable.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.

Lovely hotel located 3 minutes from the pier. Ideal location which is right next to a small food market. The room was spacious with the comfiest bed. There was a smart Tv which is always a plus! Nice modern bathroom and great air conditioning. Lovely staff who will collect your luggage from the pier and bring to the hotel in a trolley if you would like.

Great place to stay in phi phi. Literally 2-3 min walking distance from ton sai pier. Very helpful hotel team as well. Would definitely recommend.

The room was nice and the reception is nice, as it the location. Unfortunately the room had a very bad smell of damp and an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom extractor which made the stay not as enjoyable

Newly renovated, so very modern, spacious and comfortable rooms. Great location! It was surprisingly quiet for being this central. We would surely visit again.

Posizione perfetta. L'hotel è attaccato alla zona del caos serale, tuttavia si trova in una vietta tranquilla e silenziosa. Le camere sono molto belle, spaziose ed eleganti, anche se forse un po' troppo minimal. Ottimo, ottimo il ragazzo di nome Huey alla reception (scusa, l'ho scritto all'inglese ma è sicuramente sbagliato).

Le stanze sono un po' troppo minimal perché non hanno spazio per i vestiti. A parte alcune stampelle mancano spazi e cassetti, perfino i comodini sono privi di cassetti. Inoltre, purtroppo il bagno, che è anche molto bello e spazioso, ha un problema di odore di fogna da risolvere.

La chambre était très propre, la salle de bain grande et fonctionnelle. Les lits étaient très confortable. Notre chambre donnait à l’arrière de l’hôtel, donc niveau bruit c’était correct.

Сам отель оставил приятное впечатление: чисто, уютно, всё продумано для удобства гостей. Атмосфера спокойная и располагающая к отдыху. Спасибо всему коллективу за тёплый приём и высокий уровень сервиса. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и буду рекомендовать этот отель другим!
