The water in the shower was very difficult and took some time to get the hot and cold water taps to blend the water correctly. Apartment needs a little TLC - cupboards worn and damaged. Toilet water reservoir broken and badly repaired, etc.

Kitchen & bathroom/ toilet were practically one room, as a self catering unit it failed, the shower had a broken soap/ shampoo holder, no place to put soap except on the shower floor, tiles are slippery/ dangerous in the shower . Parking was limited. The items that were advertised that the had, was not in the unit unit we asked. Disappointed

If anyone is going to Durban and you going to Bayete I recommend you specifically require the upstairs apartment apartment 1. In fact it's the apartment that appears on the bayete profile

Everything looked clean until we used the bathroom, it had a smell of urine - I would suggest using domestos,it not only cleans but refreshes. Pillows were hard and the smell was not pleasant- I would suggest regular wash, use of pillowcase & fabric linen spray(you can get it at Clicks,Dischem or even TakeAlot for R50 or more). It takes away oder and it can be used on the matress and certains. Staff at the back were making noise around 12am that was not nice. Morning before 7am next door guest were speaking so loudly we ended up waking up - we understand that the host doesn't have control over this, please consider placing it on your rule book the neighbors need to be considerate of others.
