The caretaker doesn't speak English but tried, not enough bath towels for a 2 bedroom, could be cleaner.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025It was located just across the Haramain railway station. However, the road is very busy and there is no crissing, no tunnel or no bridge. One can cross by foot without luggage, but with lots of baggage it is impossible and one needs either a taxi or a walk that is 10 times longer than the distance across the road.
There was lots of hair laying around from previous guests.

Reviewed Dec 23, 2024We enjoyed the quietness of the building and surrounding area, as well as the proximity to Al-Ansar Mosque. The pre-cleaning of the apartment was appreciated, and the communication and flexibility in payment were excellent.
A bit far from facilities within walking distance, but Uber is easily accessible and can quickly get you anywhere in Madina.
