Aplai Dome

This property was amazing! It was nicely set back off the road which meant that you could barely hear any of the traffic. All of this made the venue very tranquil and relaxing, especially by the pool which was very clean. The staff were very attentive and we spent lots of time by the pool area ordering cocktails. The property was less than a 10 minute walk to the main walkway on Oia’s coast and a 5 minute walk to some a supermarket. The breakfast was tasty, it provided a good range of food such as meats, eggs, cheese, Greek salad, pastries, yogurt and fruit. Personally, I prefer a buffet style of breakfast but I do admit this style of breakfast prevents waste which I equally appreciate.

Très bel hôtel avec un emplacement idéal à l'écart de la foule et à quelques pas de la rue commerçante. Une piscine avec une vue sur le large très relaxante. Mention spéciale pour le jaccuzi aux pieds de notre chambre idéal pour se détendre après une journée de marche. Enfin, le personnel est adorable et réactif, suite à un quiproquo de taxi une solution a été trouvée et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Je recommande allez y les yeux fermés !

Ha sido una decepción. Las fotos de las habitaciones no concuerdan con como son realmente. Reservamos una habitación con jacuzzi “privado” y se veía desde cualquier sitio. Además, el jacuzzi era muy pequeño. La habitación estaba vieja, salía agua del aire acondicionado, la ducha tenia un agujero en la pared con el suelo desnivelado (se acumulaba el agua) y salía poca agua. Las almohadas eran muy incómodas. El desayuno daba vergüenza. No se puede llamar buffet. El café y la comida estaban muy malos. Hay poca cantidad y la calidad es mala.

We are an Italian couple, and we had a truly wonderful stay at Aplai Dome! The property is beautiful, well maintained, spotless, and perfectly located for visiting Oia and exploring the rest of the island. The rooms are very welcoming, the pool is fantastic—perfect for relaxing—and the breakfast is delicious and incredibly generous, with plenty of choices. They also helped us rent a car through their trusted partners. We arranged everything directly with them and didn’t have to worry about a thing. The same goes for the excursions: we simply told them what we wanted to do, and they organised everything perfectly, taking care of every little detail. A special thank you to Elena and the entire staff: they were always incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive to all our needs, making us feel completely at home. Their wonderful hospitality made our holiday in Santorini even more special. We highly recommend Aplai Dome to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Santorini. Frokosten var veldig bra, men kunne variert litt da vi var der i 5 netter. Rolige omgivelser, fine kvelder med solnedgang. Ryddig og ordentlig. Bassenget var topp. Imøtekommende personale...datter og familie kunne være der hele avreisedagen da flyet gikk på natten, bruke basseng og liggestoler.

Rommet var greitt, men litt lite, selv om sengen var opp en trapp. Kunne vært bedre sittecomfort og litt dekorert på vegger, var litt sterilt. Men vi var jo mest ute og der var det bra, med to sittestoler utenfor rommet og basseng og forkostsal like ved.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The accommodation was beautiful, modern and very comfortable, with a fantastic location just a 5-minute walk from town while still feeling quiet and peaceful. The pool was amazing and a great place to relax, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Santorini!

It was very close to Oia town centre , within good walking distance, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool area with the view was really good.

O hotel é fantástico. A pisicina é linda, e os quartos tem a vista do pôr do sol. Fica há 05 minutos há pé do centro de Oia. O serviço e a limpeza são excelentes. O café da manhã é muito bom, possui um buffet de pães. bolos, iogurtes e bebidas e na mesa são servidos frutas, salada grega, ovos mexidos, frios, bacon e croissant e outros doces. No dia em que saimos antes do horário um funcionário deixou na noite anterior um café completo no quarto do hotel. Há serviço de sorvetes e lanches rápidos na psicina. O hotel proporciona uma estadia realmente agradável!

Está súper bien ubicado, a 5 minutos andando del centro de Oia, parking para clientes, con una piscina infinita y vistas desde las habitaciones preciosas al mar y al atardecer tan mágico que tiene esta zona de la isla. Es un hotel muy tranquilo y acogedor. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y con todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia perfecta, el baño súper completo y la habitación cuenta con un pequeño office y nevera de buen tamaño para hacer de la estancia un lugar perfecto. El desayuno es muy completo y correcto, con muchas opciones; y todo el personal súper amable y atento. Un saludo especial a Elena y Haris que hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Un lugar mágico para volver sin dudarlo.

I liked the rooms, they are comfortable, very clean and beautiful. The staff is amazing, they are very gentle and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the view is stunning. The swimming pool is very good and clean. I loved the stay at Aplai Dome.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre per due notti. La struttura è molto accogliente, poco distante dal paese che è facilmente raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Per noi è stato bello soggiornare ad Oia lontane dalla grande confusione del paese e godere della piacevole tranquillità del posto. La piscina è davvero gradevole con una splendida vista e consente momenti di assoluto benessere!. La camera pulita e confortevole con un soppalco. I gestori sono stati sempre molto cordiali e capaci di soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Ottima la colazione sulla terrazza con affaccio sulla piscina

Breakfast was served to you, but you were not able to choose what you wanted. The pool area was much to small for the amount of rooms. There were multiple evenings where we couldn't get anywhere to sit and relax.

Really good service from Elena at the reception with everything from transfer to questions. A clean room with everything you need, a big pool and the best sunset view. Also a good breakfast to start the day, and good service from the guys at the hotel bar. Everything was super.

La calma, alejado del ruido del centro pero sin embargo muy cerca de él. El apartamento que tuvimos fue espacioso y todo correspondía en lo mostrado en las fotos. Elena en la recepción fue extremadamente amable. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el transfer del puerto al hotel y Elena resolvió el problema muy rápidamente y nos ofreció una generosa compensación a pesar de no haber sido su error, sino de parte de la empresa de taxis. También nos explicó a dónde ir a comer o qué actividades hacer durante nuestra estancia. Todo perfecto! Recomiendo este hotel al ciento por ciento, la relación calidad-precio es excelente pero sobretodo el componente humano es excepcional!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—just 300 meters from Oia, making it incredibly easy to walk to everything. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Helena is the best person we met in Greece. She is very kind, attentive, always welcoming us with a smile and providing excellent service, always mindful of our needs. We will definitely return to this place soon and will recommend it to family and friends. At the café, the breakfasts were fully complete and delicious. The pool was impeccable, the accommodation splendid. We are very happy to have been there.

Very luxurious. The views of the sea and sunset exceeded our expectations. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Elena and Harris were great. We were allowed to keep our room until 20:30 on our last day which was exceptional! Pool area is very peaceful and has a jacuzzi function.

The breakfast is good but not the most generous. You are served set portions of hot food and fruit i.e. one piece of bacon and one egg per person. The buffet is only for toast and cereal.

A luz de noite do router está sempre acesa e havia uma cadeira de verga, junto à cama, que fazia barulho toda a noite, deve ser do calor e do material.

We loved everything about our stay in Aplai Dome. Close enough to walk easily to Oia but so lovely and quiet away from the crowds and hot sun. Great room, beautiful views, fabulous pool, good bar area and an enjoyable breakfast topped with friendly and helpful hosts made for a really special couple of days in Santorini. Thank you!

- De locatie is perfect. 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Oia en uit de drukte. Het uitzicht is prachtig ook al is het niet op de caldera. Hier zie je ook een hele mooie zonsondergang met uitzicht op diverse Cycladen eilanden! - Her personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Erg behulpzaam met alles en we kregen zelfs een kleine attentie vlak voor vertrek. - Het zwembad is heerlijk en heeft een goede afmeting (zie foto 2). Het zwembad is, zeker voor in Oia (als je daar sommige zwembaden ziet), niet te klein.

-:Het ontbijt is prima, maar voor onze duur van het verblijf weinig variatie / keuze en elke dag hetzelfde (foto 1). Naast wat je op de foto ziet, kun je brood roosteren en is er nog zoet beleg (jam en nutella) en een soort van kwark met de goedkoopste muesli. - Wij verbleven in de massionette (kamer 10). De locatie is perfect, helemaal op de hoek, de kamer met de meeste privacy en het mooiste uitzicht. Echter vonden wij hoofdkussens persoonlijk aan de dikke kant. De tv is aan vervanging toe (slechte kwaliteit) en de salontafel is erg klein. De rugleuning van de bank vonden wij ook niet fijn zitten. Daarnaast is de indeling van de badkamer ook niet heel praktisch (zie foto 4). Het draaikiep raam aan de kant van de douche in plaats van boven de wc. Dit neemt onnodig veel ruimte in tijdens het douchen wanneer je het raam, juist dan, op de kiepstand zet. En de douchewand van de douche houdt ook weinig water tegen door de huidige indeling.

From the very first moment, everyone at the hotel made us feel welcome and cared for. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Whether it was arranging taxis, helping with buses, recommending places to visit, suggesting restaurants, or answering any questions we had, they were always happy to help with a smile. The service was exceptional everywhere – at reception, the bar, and throughout the hotel. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was also spotless, very comfortable, and had a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and honestly, we never wanted to leave. Our favorite thing about Santorini was this hotel! A special mention to the adorable cats, especially Cappuccino, who would come and visit us every day, particularly at mealtimes. They were so sweet and friendly, and added an extra charm to our stay. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini without hesitation. If we ever come back, we would stay here again in a heartbeat – not once, but a hundred times! Thank you for making our trip so special.

Quizás que se pudiera cocinar aunque sea algo básico, también que hubiera la posibilidad de poderse duchar después del check out para seguir disfrutando de la piscina, aún así fue todo bastante bien.

L'emplacement est parfait, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de Oia, un petit cocon au calme avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et les couchers de soleil. L'établissement est bien équipé et très propre. Un tout grand merci au personnel qui nous a accueilli avec le coeur, ils ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons!

Everything was just amazing. The terrace was very spacious to sit and grab in the view of the sea and horses grazing nearby. The view made me feel so relaxed. The pool area was very quiet and calm in the nights that we could sit on the bean bags and star gaze. Breakfast was just the perfect quantity with sea view. The hosts were super nice and very customer friendly. Mr. Xaris who welcomed us even gave us a quick guidance and useful tips about the island. The room was very clean every evening when we came back to it. The lady at the reception gifted us a tiny souvenir when we checked out. Overall we are super happy that we stayed here. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

We loved everything! The location is perfect, away enough from busy town but close enough to walk 10 minutes and being in Oia. The facilities look luxury and the rooms are perfect for privacy and relaxing. The staff were amazing and helped us when we needed. They helped us with our laundry, booked taxi and massage for us and everything was on time and with the best service ever. We had pizza over there for dinner and the breakfast was really good. Helena, the receptionist was amazing and very helpful and all people from there was always willing to help and make our stay perfect. I was afraid that the hotel was too far from town or difficult to reach, but it exceeded my expectations and we were able to create a little piece of paradise while in Santorini. It definitely served the purpose of our trip: to relax.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here in Santorini! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. We got in earlier than expected, and they were kind enough to store our bags at the front desk and even move our check-in time up to 12, which we really appreciated after traveling. The location is perfect — only about a five minute walk to the main street in Oia, but far enough away that the area around the hotel feels peaceful and serene. We were able to explore Oia main street in the morning, before it got crowded with tourists in the afternoon. One of our favorite little details was the overlook with the adorable donkeys nearby. It made the whole experience feel even more charming and authentic. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, and the room was spotless and beautiful. The private hot tub was warm, relaxing, and such a nice way to unwind after exploring the island. The infinity pool was also amazing — very refreshing with plenty of space to lounge and relax. The bartender was so friendly and made fantastic drinks, and breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. Everything about our stay felt thoughtful and welcoming. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! We would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Santorini.

We booked this based on the good reviews, but I have to say we were disappointed, the hotel is lovely to look at, and the room was clean and comfortable. We felt the breakfast was poor for the quality of the hotel, and ate in Oia after the first morning. We didn’t see the pool being cleaned at all (usually this is done daily in my experience of other hotels) And out of the hotels control I know, but just to warn any other animal lovers, there are donkeys in the field opposite the swimming pool, used for working at the port area, but they have no water or shade, and are tethered up all day in the hot sun. This spoilt my stay, as it’s so upsetting to see. I’m surprised other reviews haven’t mentioned this.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, à la fois proche du centre d'Oia pour s'y rendre à pied tout en étant au calme loin des va et vient des bus et de la foule. La vue dégagée sur la mer est tout simplement splendide et notre chambre (la 6) offrait chaque soir une première loge pour les couchers de soleil. La piscine à débordement donne sur un espace naturel encore vierge de toute habitation, très paisible avec quelques ânes. L'espace petit déjeuner situé juste au-dessus de la piscine constitue un point de vue magique sur la mer. Le personnel s'est montré disponible tout en restant discret, un excellent point.
