Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενέστατος και πολύ θερμός ,εξυπηρετικός σε όλες μας τις ανάγκες και οι παροχές οι Καλητερες Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο τις οιας και σαν μέρος είχε πολύ υσηχια ,κάτι που δύσκολα το βρίσκεις αυτό .

It is very quiet. The breakfast are is very enjoyable. Pool was also nice.

Todo muy bonito y muy cuidado, la zona de la piscina y desayuno con gusto y el juego de luces y las palmeras crean un ambiente mágico por la noche y enérgico por la mañana. El apartamento con una cama King Size espectacular para descansar de los paseos que hemos hecho casi todos los días. La terraza con el jacuzzi perfecto para estar en pareja y tomar una copa de forma privada. A pesar de que no usamos la cocina dispone de todo lujo para cocinar. Tmb un detalle que tuvieran plancha y demás usos para cuidado de ropa y personal. Toallas, albornoces, toallas de piscina, los detalles marcan la diferencia. A solo 7 minutos de OIA andando, nos hizo que aunque lo visitáramos el primer día, hubiera hasta 3 noches más que dimos un paseo más tranquilo aprovechando el atardecer en la zona más bonita de toda Santorini. Los desayunos súper abundantes y variados y casi que personalizados con varias opciones, el último desayuno con los crepes de nutella, banana y biscuit simplemente espectacular. Y lo mejor de todo, el personal, MR SOTIRIS( SOSA) nos recibió a las 23;00 cuando llegamos del vuelo y tuvo tiempo para mandarnos recomendaciones para todos los días de nuestra estancia y debo decir, que su presencia, atención, recomendaciones, y como nos hizo sentir sobretodo en la mañana a la hora del desayuno ha hecho mucho mejor la experiencia. 11 sobre 10, simplemente TODO ESPECTACULAR!!!

Pour 2 personnes, l'appartement avec petit jardin privé où se trouve le jacuzzi est parfait ! L'accueil de Sotiris est très amical et Kelly nous a préparé chaque matin un petit-déjeuner de roi ! Grand lit 180/200, douche spacieuse, très propre, calme. Emplacement à 5 mn à pied du centre historique (attention, ça grimpe !!!). Nous avons vraiment apprécié d'avoir choisi Oia car c'est le village que nous avons préféré. La station de bus pour Fira est à moins de 10 mn à pied ainsi que la vue sur la caldeira, nous n' avons pas eu besoin de louer de véhicule pour visiter cette île paradiasiaque. Mille mercis à Kelly et Sotiris qui prennent soin de nous ! Nos meilleurs souvenirs de Bretagne (France)

Otelimizde gerçekten çok keyifli bir konaklama geçirdik. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu, çalışanlar ise son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle Sotiris’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Bizimle o kadar güzel ilgilendi ki kendimizi adeta evimizde gibi hissettik. ❤️ Oia bölgesinde konaklayabileceğiniz en iyi yerlerden biri olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Votre séjour vous a-t-il plu ? Tout était extrêmement confortable à tous points de vue. Le propriétaire était très accueillant et professionnel ; il a veillé au moindre détail pour rendre notre séjour exceptionnel. Un grand merci à lui pour m’avoir aidée à porter mes bagages jusqu’à la gare routière. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ; vous ne le regretterez pas. Tout était excellent : le calme, la propreté, le petit-déjeuner, la piscine, le jacuzzi privé, l’emplacement… 10/10

Un accueil exceptionnel de Sotiris le propriétaire de ce petit hôtel familial ! Aux petits soins pour nous, il nous a donné tous les conseils pour visiter l’île sereinement. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse, les petits déjeuners copieux, le calme de l’hôtel tout était parfait !

Nous avons passé trois jours exceptionnel chez Sotiris qui est un hôte absolument exceptionnel de part sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité. Sa devise : No stress ! Son hôtel est superbe et très calme, nous avions une chambre avec jacuzzi très propre. La piscine est superbe et chaude. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Il y avait la maman chatte Paola et ses 5 bébés qui ont ravis notre séjour ! Pas besoin de voiture si vous restez sur Óia qui est à 5 minutes de marche (la côte est un peu raide).

Peut être le lit au confort extra ferme, mais c est un détail.

We had the most amazing stay here ! Sotiris and his mother were exceptional hosts, so welcoming and helpful and you could tell that they genuinely wanted you to have the best time on the island. They made a lovely varied breakfast for us each morning and were so friendly we didn’t want to leave ! The hotel was perfect - clean, a 10 minute walk into town, lovely pool area, beautiful bedroom and private hot tub and outdoor area, perfect for couples or families. The pool and jacuzzi are also cleaned daily. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or hosts and will hopefully be back one day!

Tout était parfait. Accueil extraordinaire pendant tout le séjour. Le logement pour 4 avec vue sur la mer était très bien et très propre. Le jardin avec piscine est très joli et apporte un vrai moment de détente dès le petit déjeuner. Les ruelles de Oia sont à 7 minutes à pied. La proximité sans la foule quotidienne.

The owner Sotiris was so friendly and made us both feel so welcome. He was constantly going out of his way to make sure we had the best possible experience. We stayed for one week and every morning there was a huge spread for breakfast and the owner made alterations to what he served to cater to all guests dietary requirements. He also would ask in the morning what our plans were for the day and would give the best recommendations on directions, new foods to try, places to see and fun things to do. The stay itself was quiet and relaxing. The room was so spacious with cooking space, our own fridge, aircon, tv, hairdryer, hair straightener, safe, robes, plenty of towels, drying rack.. and most importantly we had our own private back yard with a jacuzzi that we made sure to make plenty of use of as well as the communal pool with loads of decking chairs so there was never any rush to save one. It’s also in the perfect location at the centre of Oia. Only a couple minutes walk from the bus station that brings you to Fira where you can get connecting buses to all other parts of the island of Santorini. The best stay! 100% recommend.

I loved the space, pretty, airy, clean and white. Could walk 5 minutes to town. 50 euro van sent to us from airport. Beautiful pool with comfortable lounge chairs, peaceful. Breakfast was abundant, lattes, fresh fruit, delicious greek yogurt and granola and omelettes and crepes. Sotiris and his mother were truly lovely and kind hosts who made our stay so comfortable and feel like home. I loved our jacuzzi which was shades and private. Other guests were lovely. It was a very easy walk to Oia.

No nos ha gustado nada.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Reservamos este alojamiento confiando en las fotografías y la descripción publicadas en Booking, pero la realidad no tenía nada que ver con lo anunciado. Al llegar nos encontramos con un alojamiento muy antiguo, con un olor desagradable, aspecto de suciedad y un mobiliario completamente diferente al que aparecía en las imágenes. La sensación fue de haber sido engañados, ya que las fotografías no reflejan el estado real del alojamiento. Pagamos 842 € por dos noches, un precio muy superior al de otros alojamientos de la zona, precisamente porque pensábamos que la calidad sería acorde con el importe y con lo que se mostraba en el anuncio. Lamentablemente, no fue así. Nos fuimos a la hora de estar allí alojados, en busca de algo digno. Lo más decepcionante fue la actitud del propietario. Al comunicarle que el alojamiento no se correspondía con lo contratado, su única respuesta fue que, si no estábamos conformes, podíamos marcharnos. En ningún momento nos ofreció una solución ni un reembolso, ni siquiera parcial. No recomendaría este alojamiento. Creo que el anuncio debería reflejar fielmente el estado real del establecimiento para que otros viajeros no se lleven la misma decepción.

Apanomeria Boutique Residence is a small hotel with 5 beautifully designed rooms/appartements. Sotiris, his mother, and Eleni make you feel welcome and special from the first to the last second. They are also great with kids. The pool area is calm and beautiful with lots of green and quiet. Definitely Greece at its best.

Sotiris et sa maman nous ont accueilli comme si nous étions de la famille. Nous avons adoré la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de cette famille. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai repas délicieux et varié tous les jours. La chambre est grande, très belle , repeinte en blanc et très propre. La terrasse avec le jacuzzi est intime et très jolie. Le jacuzzi est chaud .

Eigenaar Sotiris laat je meteen welkom voelen. Hij Informeert je over de beste plekjes in Santorini. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. De jacuzzi was 's avonds fantastisch omdat het dan al wat frisser werd. Centrum van Oia lag op 15 min. loopafstand..wel even een klim maar prima te doen. Wij raden dit verblijf zeker aan! .

Sotiris (the host) is incredible. He accommodated everything we needed when we were stuck in Santorini with high winds & no ferry out. From the very early check in accommodation to the incredible breakfast & atmosphere, there is nowhere better to go. Our only regret is that we didn’t book this for the three days we stayed elsewhere. Sotiris is filled with stories, jokes, knowledge, and has a very good spirit. I will recommend to everyone I know!

A localização para mim foi excelente. Não era no meio do centro de Santorini (graças a Deus, pq vi um monte de gente carregando malas nas escadarias da cidade e não queria isso para mim), mas era bem próximo (apesar que subíamos uma ladeira, mas tudo bem, o que não falta é ladeira em Santorini). Estávamos com uma criança de 2a6m e fomos muito bem recebidos, inclusive tive dificuldade de encontrar hospedagem que aceitavam crianças e essa especificamente foi uma escolha acertada. O quarto que escolhemos tinha uma jacuzzi, o que foi maravilho para entreter a criança sempre que precisamos estar no hotel. Para nós, foi uma decisão acertada dadas as condições.

Não é que não gostei, mas o café da manhã não é servido em buffet livre, mas sim com as quantidades certas na mesa da piscina. Isso não é nada demais, foi super tranquilo para nós, mas é um ponto a ser considerado.

What a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ask what we wanted for breakfast and making the entire experience feel so personal. My husband and I had never experienced hospitality like this before—it was truly a delight and a beautiful reflection of Greek warmth. He also provided thoughtful recommendations and tips about the island, which we greatly appreciated. Our room was spacious and spotless, the pool was lovely, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet. The only minor drawback was that the walk to downtown Oia, while short, was a bit uphill and not the safest path, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we are so grateful for the outstanding hospitality.

Fantastico! Abbiamo trascorso 5 indimenticabili giorni. Posizione ottimale e ben servita, vicino al centro ma lontano dal caos. Ambiente raffinato, pulitissimo, superaccessoriato e dotato di vasca jacuzzi privata sul terrazzo. Colazione ricca, varia ed abbondante, servita nel grazioso giardino a bordo piscina. Il gestore Sotiris sorridente e simpaticissimo ci ha accolto sempre con estrema cordialità, ci ha fornito consigli preziosi sulle mete da visitare, sui tour in barca e sui locali migliori ed è stato sempre disponibilissimo rendendo ancora più piacevole la nostra permanenza. Esperienza super!

El alojamiento era de los mejores que he estado en toda mi vida. Muy elegante, cómodo, súper bien ubicado. No faltaba un detalle. Desayuno espectacular. Que decir de Sosa? Una persona atenta y amable. Te hace sentir como en casa. Muchísimas gracias por la experiencia.

Nous avons eu dés notre arrivée, un accueil fantastique de Sotiris, il nous a installé dans sa résidence et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils pour visiter et trouver les bonnes adresses sur l'Ile. Dés le lendemain nous avons pu prendre un déjeuner gargantuesque ! Beaucoup de variétés et chaque jour, une belle attention (Crêpes bananes chocolat, œufs avec du bacon, des Pancake....). Un magnifiques espace piscine où nous avons pu nous détendre après les visites de la journée. Les serviettes de douche, les peignoirs et les serviettes pour le jacuzzi changés tous les 2 jours, Le ménage fait à fond chaque jour, et notre petite terrasse pour passer un moment entre le jacuzzi et l'apéritif ! Merci encore pour cette merveilleuse semaine, je recommande cette résidence sans hésiter.

The jacuzzi experience was excellent. Cleaned every morning, warm at all times, in a private garden - amazing. We loved how clean and well tended the place was in general. Breakfast was also magnificent, as we would have freshly prepared food everyday. We were most impressed by the host, Sotiris, who with much personal work and care runs the place. He made our stay special, we felt as if we have visited a friend. He made us laugh, helped with anything we would ask, even woke up at 0530 to make a last coffee for us before we left. He is the soul of this place and we hope that we will be able to go back!

This property far exceeded my expectations the rooms were spacious and the garden areas beautifully maintained. Sotoris is an excellent host delivering a varied delicious breakfast each morning. The breakfast area is well landscaped and so comfortable. He offers excellent recommendations and advice making our stay in Santorini effortless. The location is excellent making Oia easy to visit even during busy times. A short walk to the heart of the village with its beautiful views, restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket close by.

From start to finish it was just absolutely perfect, Sotiris and Yula both did everything and even more for us, my Debbie is has to eat gluten free food and they went above and beyond to make sure she had all we needed everyday and was always full and satisfied, gorgeous breakfast! The apartments are beautiful and got everything that you need, the most perfect location as it’s quiet enough to have a relaxing day by the pool in peace and also been a small walk into the main centre where it’s lively with all the restaurants and bars, would recommend to anyone and definitely stay here again next time we come to Santorini!

The hotel is close to the center of Oia and has a very nice pool and beautiful rooms. The owners, Sosa and his mom, are very friendly and helpful and they make the breakfast every day for the guests (different food every morning)!

my family of 4 had the ammoudi suite - it accommodated 4 people and had a private hot tub which was nice and warm. This establishment is a family owned business and has 5 units. Sotiris is the son and the one that greeted us. He is extremely personable. Provides great advice on where to go and what to do. This property is about a 5-7 min walk up a hilll to get into the center of Oia. Great location but away from the chaos. THey provide a breakfast in the morning which was amazing and full of variety. They also have a pool which was a welcome dip after a full day of walking and sight seeing. I used WhatsApp to communication with Sotiris - he was responsive anytime of day.

Amazing property just 7 min walk from Oia, unbelievable value- big room, jacuzzi at the garden, great pool and delicious breakfast! Our family ( 2 adults and a child) had a blast! The family who run this hotel made sure we had a fantastic time!

We enjoyed every aspect of the residence. The children spent hours having fun in the pool and spent the evenings in the jacuzzi. The breakfast was high-quality and delicious. The staff were extremely welcoming and ensured that our stay was incredible.

It was perfect

An absolutely fabulous stay. Our host Sotiris could not have done more for us and his apartments are perfect for a stay in Oia and are located very close to the main town. Sotiris was on hand to help us with every aspect of our holiday from the fantastic and personal breakfasts through to advice on what to do and see while we were staying with him. The pool area was lovely and private and the hot tubs in each apartment where lovely for the evenings. Will definetly be back in the future.

The property itself is spotless and cleaned every day. The owner is fantastic, he helped us plan our excursions, was involved in the hotel day to day works and clearly takes lots of pride in his hotel and it shows. I can’t stress enough how good the owner is, it was sad to leave him in the end.

Amazing host, fantastic breakfast and clean spacious rooms

The location was ideal for us - large family with a baby. Short uphill walk to Oia town centre and beyond. Satirios the owner was wonderful, made us feel like family, and his breakfasts were excellent. Really comfortable beds a great pool and loungers. Unlike many properties just outside Oia, you don’t have to have a car here. Excellent Value - we had two ground floor apartments with tubs!

Nothing to dislike - next time I’m going to push the boat out and go for one of the first floor apartments- they had an even nicer view.

Our family had a big and clean room with nice view to see sunset from the balcony. In addition, the room had an enormous hottube at the balcony which was luxury. The hotel had a beautiful garden where the breakfast was served. Hotel owner and staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel!

Staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble, extremely helpful in terms of advice for sightseeing etc Breakfasts were outstanding. The property is fantastic with pool and hot tubs.

Pretty much everything was great. No complaints.

The owner was very hospitable, gave us great advise regarding safety/restaurants/activities and places to visit.

Due to the high we were unable to sleep due to neighbouring shutters banging. The Air conditioner in the kitchen/living area did not work Had to run the shower for a while as brown water was running from it. Lighting fittings looked unsafe in kitchen and stairwell areas. Shutters would not close in master bedroom, causing lack of privacy & personal security. No safety chain or double lock on from door for safety reasons. Shower floor was very slippery and dangerous as the water splashed/leaked onto the floor causing it to be very wet and slippery surface. Shower head rusty and mildew. Kitchen sink area rusty. Kitchen cupboard handles rusty/dirty. Unable to use safe as it was locked and had no key access. Blood or red stain on master bedroom door. No hot water for shower, although we switched on the button as advised by owner. We’re offered to have an extra night accommodation to be used in next 5 years, but honestly, very unlikely to return to Santorini and would prefer cash refund.

Everything about this place is excellent but most of all the owner who goes out of his way to welcome and help you. The jacuzzi is a bonus. Also having the cooking facilities is great for light meals. The breakfast is also excellent with home cooked goodies everyday.

New, modern facility with swimming pool and private jacuzzi on the balcony. The manager Sortilis is also the owner and is obviously very invested in taking good care of his guests. He carried our luggage up and down on arrival and departure, ensured that we had all necessary supplies and gave us good information about local restaurants, stores and tourist areas. The property was just a short walk away from the main center of Oia including the bus station yet was away from all the hustle and bustle so we had a peaceful stay. This property, though an apartment, was more like a resort with several apartments in the same complex. It was nice to see other guests. The only downside for us was that the ‘ second bedroom ‘ was actually only a small loft with two single beds but it had AC and the beds were comfortable so it was okay. Overall, it was a 5-star stay for us and we have no hesitation in recommending it as a wonderful place to stay in Oia.
