Nikon Boutique Hotel

Een fijn en rustig hotel dichtbij alle restaurants van Kalamaki. Warme ontvangst, schone kamers, top ontbijt en een heerlijk zwembad. Kortom een fijne plek om lekker bij te komen van de Nederlandse drukte.

Wij dachten dat het strand iets meer op loopafstand was. De poolbar was eerder gesloten dan aangegeven.

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und haben einen Willkommenssekt bekommen. Es wurde uns außerdem ein Gratis Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit privatem Pool gegeben 👏

The staff was very kind and welcoming, from the cleaning staff to the staff at the front desk. We got a really nice upgrade and enjoyed every bit of it. If we come back to Zakynthos we are for sure coming back to Nikon Boutique Hotel.

The only little downside was that it was a bit noisy. Nothing special just a little note.

Schönes, kleines und modernes Hotel. Das Personal ist so unfassbar nett, man hat sich direkt willkommen und wohl gefühlt! Wir haben sogar ein Zimmer Upgrade mit Jacuzzi bekommen! Das Frühstücksbüffet hatte eine tolle, vielfältige Auswahl und der Pool hat das ganze Angebot super abgerundet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, falls wir mal wieder in Zakynthos sein sollte. Es war das vielleicht beste Hotel/Unterkunft, in der wie je waren! Große Empfehlung :) Und an das Personal ein großes Dankeschön und Weiter so!! :)

A személyzet elképesztően kedves és aranyos volt. A szobákban nagyon kényelmesek az ágyak és minden megfelőlen működött. Csak pozitív tapasztalataim voltak a szállással kapcsolatban.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πραγματικά υπέροχο και η φιλοξενία ήταν εξαιρετική. Το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και πολύ βοηθητικό, πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Μας έδωσαν επίσης εξαιρετικές προτάσεις για φαγητό, παραλίες και μέρη που αξίζει να επισκεφτούμε. Το πιο όμορφο, όμως, ήταν ότι από την πρώτη στιγμή νιώσαμε σαν να είμαστε στο σπίτι μας. Οι άνθρωποι εκεί μας αγκάλιασαν με τη ζεστασιά και την καλοσύνη τους και μας φέρθηκαν σαν να είμαστε οικογένειά τους. Ήταν πάντα δίπλα μας και πραγματικά έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ξεχωριστή. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!

Tuvimos un upgrade de modo que la habitación tenía piscina privada.

El baño está hecho de tal modo que cuando te duchas se moja todo el suelo. Entiendo que es más cómodo para limpiar, pero a mí personalmente no me gusta

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der hervorragende Service und die angenehme Atmosphäre im ganzen Hotel. Auch die Lage war für uns perfekt. Das Frühstück war lecker und bot eine gute Auswahl. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Sauberkeit, Qualität und das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr wohlgefühlt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! ❤️

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vor allem das Reinigungspersonal ist uns sehr positiv aufgefallen. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt. Die Dame an der Rezeption sowie die Dame an der Bar/Frühstücksbuffet waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Poolbereich ist ausreichend groß und gemütlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb vom geschehen, was wir persönlich positiv fanden. Nach Kalamaki sind es nur einige Gehminuten. Parkplätze gibt es in der Nähe und sind ausreichend.

Das Frühstück war zwar ausreichend, kann jedoch noch ausgebaut werden. Vor allem die Eierspeisen könnten noch verbessert werden. Die Spiegeleier sind eher gekochte/gedämpfte Eier und haben schnell eine Haut die sich wie eine Plastikschicht anfühlt da die Eier längere Zeit warm gehalten werden. Die gekochten Eier sind viel zu hart gekocht. Das Rührei schmeckt leider auch nicht so gut, wahrscheinlich wurde es mit viel Wasser gestreckt. Wenn das noch verbessert werden würde, dann wäre das Frühstück wirklich sehr gut.

The staff were very welcoming and went above to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The rooms were lovely and clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was really nice. Would highly recommend staying here.

Personal und das Hotel an sich.

Bin kein Fan von den Badezimmern.

Ottima posizione e colazione abbondante e di qualità. Il personale è stato gentile e sempre disponibile, accogliendo con cortesia le nostre richieste di check-in anticipato e check-out posticipato. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto la possibilità di avere a disposizione i teli mare, un servizio davvero comodo e gradito. Sotto questo aspetto, il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole.

La camera era dotata di una piccola piscina privata, ma purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. La piscina ci è sembrata poco pulita, tanto che abbiamo preferito non utilizzarla. Anche la doccia è risultata poco funzionale: esteticamente gradevole, ma ad ogni utilizzo finiva per allagare completamente il bagno. La pulizia è un aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato. A prima vista gli ambienti sembravano puliti, ma veniva utilizzato un prodotto che lasciava tutte le superfici con una sensazione oleosa e unta, poco piacevole.

The location was perfect, nice and quiet so you can relax during the day without noise. Then a nice walk to the restaurants and bars in the evening. The design of the hotel is beautiful, and the pool area is lovely. Rooms were also very clean. Staff were so friendly as well, especially the female receptionist and the lady who looks after breakfast. Lovely selection of food at breakfast.

Our safe wasn’t working and we asked reception to get it fixed a few times. They tried a couple of times during the first two days of our stay with no luck, then it was just kind of “left” and forgotten about.

Le personnel était incroyablement gentil et a l’écoute. Les chambres avec piscine privé étaient ouf avec les cheveaux au bout du jardin.

Le personnel, la personne ( femme ) présente dans la récéption est d’une gentillesse du jamais vu. Grâce à elle mon séjour a été excellent sur tous les plans, je ne peux jamais la remercierai assez ! Merci bcp à toi 🩷

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spotless and spacious. The location is in the quiet end of town which is perfect and even though it’s quieter you have lovely restaurants nearby. The pool area is gorgeous and you must sit on the terrace to watch sunset. The staff are lovely -notably the lady who does the amazing breakfast! (It is 5*) and the cleaners.

We loved the hotel - the only thing we noticed is that because the pool bar isn’t really manned guests don’t really get as many drinks or snacks as they probably would.

Les chambres pourraient être mieux insonorisées : on entend parfois les portes claquer ainsi que les conversations dans les couloirs. Cependant, la manager, très aimable et attentive, nous a gentiment proposé de changer de chambre afin de nous satisfaire.

Amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The buffet was delicious, with fresh and tasty options every day. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I truly enjoyed every moment. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Everything was perfect

We had such a lovely stay here! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. We were even kindly upgraded, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the whole hotel had a really relaxed, comfortable feel. The reception staff were fantastic. The girls were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and just brought such a positive energy.

Wonderful staff, so helpful and considerate, especially Marilee who gave us a late checkout, arranged for us to be in adjacent rooms, and provided breakfast options for one guest with a food allergy. The place was spotlessly clean, good breakfast selection, and lovely pool area.

Das Hotel ist 2024 eröffnet worden. Alles ist sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. Es ist rundherum an alles gedacht. Super Management und Personal. Wir haben beim Check in ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit privaten Pool bekommen. Frühstück war grandios, es fehlte an nichts. Zu 100 Prozent weiter zu empfehlen.

Alles perfekt

Alles was echt super. De service van het hotel, wij hadden een gratis upgrade gehad naar een kamer met een zwembad. Het ontbijt was heel divers en genoeg keuzes. Ligging is top. Maar de hotelmanager (Marilee) is echt fantastisch, ze helpt je waar ze kan, geeft goede tips en is echt heel vriendelijk. En kers op de taart; Wanneer je op de kamer komt, liggen er allemaal kleine kadotjes en wanneer je uitcheckt, krijg je nog een kadotje.

Iets grotere badkamer of een afscheiding dat als je doucht niet alles nat wordt. Maar is niet storend.

Property was amazing. 6 minute drive with our car rental from the airport. I booked the budget room and they upgraded us to the one with a private pool as a result of the time of year. Staff was amazing. Reception was so welcoming and cleaning ladies kept our room so clean every single day.

Ons verblijf bij Nikon Boutique was boven onze verwachting! Het personeel is zo vriendelijk, het ontbijt is heerlijk, het is schoon, de locatie is goed.. We kregen een strandtasje met iedere dag schone strandhanddoeken. Er was een welkomstdrankje en een klein afscheidscadeautje. Een fles wijn in de koelkast, iedere dag nieuwe flesjes water! Bedankt Nikon! Door jullie was onze vakantie mede zo geslaagd. Ps: die heerlijke geur die je bij aankomst al ruikt, vergeet je nooit meer :)

The best hotel we have stayed at in Europe! The staff were lovely, they even allowed us to have a breakfast as we had an early flight into Zakinthos! The breaky was also absolutely amazing. The balcony view was gorgeous. Pool was amazing. We even got a surprise parting gift from the hotel which I have never recieved anywhere before. I don’t ever write reviews but this place I had to because it really was the best!

Naprosto fantastický hotel! neuvěřitelně milý personál, vyhověli mi s upgradováním pokoje zdarma. Všude neskutečně čisto, uklízečky konstantně uklízely celý hotel. A protože jsem měla v období pobytu narozeniny, čekal na mě krásně nazdobený pokoj s velkou kytický, neskutečné. Hotel můžu určitě moc doporučit!

Me and my boyfriend loved everything! Best thing was breakfast with plenty of alternatives to choose from (they were able to accommodate my needs since I’m celiac and I need gluten free items). Bed and pillows were super comfortable! There’s free parking next to the building so it’s very convenient. Last but not least we loved the girls at the reception, everyone was super nice and friendly.

This hotel deserves all the praise and accolades it has received in the reviews. As above, so below; the owner is obviously a conscientious professional. Every single member of the staff was kind, generous, charismatic, and knew how to resolve any an all issues immediately. I wish they weren't closing for the season the day after I arrived or else I would have spent my entire vacation in Zakynthos with them. (I stayed at five different places in my time in Zakynthos and no other place even came CLOSE to the quality and value.)

Uns hat besonders das freundliche Personal, das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet und das moderne, ansprechende Design des Hotels gefallen. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer und rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Coole Zimmer, tolle Lage, herzliches Personal

Sehr entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel und sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Alle Probleme wurden zeitnah gelöst. Bei Ankunft hab es ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade, darüber habe ich mich sehr gefreut. Für mich alleine waren die Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer vollkommen ausreichend. Sehr gutes Frühstück, perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag. Fußläufig sind zahlreiche Restaurants zu erreichen. Ich habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank auch für die Aufmerksamkeiten🍷💐 auf dem Zimmer.

Überdurchschnittlich viele rauchende Gäste, teilweise leider rücksichtslos. Dafür kann das Hotel an sich aber nichts und ich hatte sicher auch einfach Pech. Evtl. könnte aber auf Aschenbecher auf den Frühstückstischen verzichtet werden? Weiterer Verbesserungsvorschlag: eine geschlossene Tür am Waschkeller, damit Gäste nicht mitbekommen wann die nächste Ladung Wäsche fertig ist 😉

Mooi hotel op een prima locatie. Strand, winkels en horeca op loopafstand. Kamer wordt iedere dag schoongemaakt. Prima ontbijt. Paar leuke en prima restaurants om de hoek. Het personeel is echt geweldig ! Mochten ivm late terugvlucht zelfs nog een dag op de kamer blijven ! Dank jullie wel !

Really nice stylish hotel. Very clean. Friendly attentive staff throughout. Room was modern and nicely decorated, and the king-size bed was very comfortable. We slept really well. Tasty and varied breakfast was also high standard. Pool area looked great. there were plenty of sunbeds available and also many nice beaches nearby. Obliged us with late check out, much appreciated. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt absolutely wonderful - like a spa. The staff work so hard and cannot do enough to help you. Our room was tidied so beautifully every day and every little thing had been considered - from the beach bag with towels and the complementary waters and coffee pods replaced daily - to the champagne on arrival and complementary bottle of wine in the room. The breakfast was so varied - I have never seen such a wide choice of delicious foods in such a space and the area where you eat is beautiful and right by the pool. Oh and the sun beds were so padded and comfortable. I stayed earlier in the month with my partner but this time returned with my mum - a first time visitor to Zakynthos. She loved the hotel as much as I do. Oh and on our departure, we received the most thoughtful gift to take with us - local olive oil, olives and herbs for cooking. Thank you for the most wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect!!! One thing to note - it’s cashless so bring a card to pay for any extras. There is a bar and the cocktails and drinks were lovely and very reasonable. You can charge extras to the room and settle up at the end which is useful.

Luxe hotel. Wij kozen een kamer met eigen pool en terras. Wat een luxe! Ontbijt is erg goed.

Beds were a bit too small!

Beautifully clean and in a great location. Fantastic staff. Lovely private pool behind our room plus a nice communal one. As there are only 24 rooms there is always a sunbed available.

The rooms are quite small, also the breakfast buffet area is snug so a bit of a squeeze sometimes with several people there. Food not available after 2.00 PM and the bar shut early at 10.00 which seemed odd as it’s manned by the receptionist who is obviously still there.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat viel Auswahl geboten und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Man konnte sämtliche Touren direkt im Hotel buchen inklusive Abholung und Rücktransport - hat alles wunderbar funktioniert.

Das Hotel arbeitet mit Autovermietungen zusammen. Wir waren mit dem Service der Firma Papadatos nicht zufrieden und würden diese auch nicht weiter empfehlen. Sonst war das Service des Hotels top.

Café da manhã e estrutura do hotel

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt, sowohl außen als auch innen. Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat immer gern geholfen und Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. Es wurde sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt, es wurde regelmäßig am Tag alles frisch gemacht.

Einerseits gab es dort ein Wespenproblem, aber ich denke, dass das ein allgemeines Problem auf der Insel war. Das Frühstück war ausschließlich draußen, sodass man immer viele Wespen um sich herum hatte. Vielleicht gibt es dort eine Möglichkeit das in Zukunft zu verbessern. Andererseits war der Parkplatz für uns nicht so schön, da wir mit unserem eigenen Auto vor Ort waren. Es ist ein kleiner unbefestigter Parkplatz (Schotter/Rasen mit Bäumen und Wurzeln), auf dem Hühner und Katzen herumliefen.

The breakfast was great with so many options. The room was well equipped. Having showers available once you ve checked out is wonderful. The service was excellent and the parting gift was a lovely touch. Would stay here again.

Albergo molto bello a Kalamaki. Il senso è quello del relax assoluto, bellissima la piscina e buonissima la colazione. Cosa ha fatto la differenza? Marilee la manager dell'hotel e il suo staff. Accoglienza, dedizione e passione per i clienti. Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati. Vicino.ci sono anche due ottimi taverne tipiche ma in ogni caso la posizione permette di raggiungere velocemente spiagge e vita notturna per chi ne è alla ricerca.

De locatie is ideaal: rustig gelegen, maar toch op loopafstand van het strand en gezellige eet- en drinkgelegenheden. Het hotelpersoneel was ontzettend aardig, beleefd en erg behulpzaam! De schoonmaak was perfect, alles goed onderhouden. Leuk detail: het hotel geeft een strandtas met strandlakens mee voor gebruik, heel handig en scheelt zelf spullen meenemen.

Staff molto accogliente e disponibile, posizione ottima vicino aeroporto e spiaggia bellissima. Parcheggio gratuito per i clienti, camera dotata di tutti i comfort ( stendino, acqua naturale sempre disponibile e gratutita, dental kit, shaving kit, teli grandi-medi e piccoli, accappatoi, ciabattine). Ci hanno anche regalato una bottiglia di vino come benvenuto e offerto la colazione al check in poiché arrivati presto.

Uniche pecche le vespe in area colazione e la doccia in camera con vetri corti. Per le vespe capisco che non è “colpa” della struttura, ma è stato davvero complicato fare colazione con le vespe che ronzavano intorno tutto il tempo.

The staff were super nice and friendly. Rooms are very modern and full of all the accessories you can think of, all included in the price. The pool area is lovely too. The whole hotel has a nice smell. Perfect experience from beginning to the end! Free large parking lot 30 second walk away.

Sehr familiär

Die Philosophie des Hotels ist toll, wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen, wir durften länger am Abreisetag im Zimmer bleiben, alles gratis. Wenn es möglich für das Hotel ist, ermöglichen sie einem unentgeltlich diese kleinen Annehmlichkeiten. Alle waren super freundlich, das Frühstück war gut und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και εξυπηρετικό.. Έκαναν και σε εμας αλλά και στο ζευγάρι φίλων μας Upgrade στα δωμάτια, με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε ιδιωτική πισίνα στο δωμάτιο... Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα και με όλες τις παροχές όπως νερά, κρασί, καφέ κτλ.. Πανέμορφο ξενοδοχειο κοντά στη χώρα της Ζακύνθου, ήσυχο και με πλούσιο πρωινό.. Κατά την αναχώρηση μας, μας δόθηκε και ενα δωράκι με τοπικά προϊόντα του νησιού.. Η Marilee μας εξυπηρετησε ετσι ώστε να οργανώσουμε το Tour μας για να δούμε τα πιο ωραία μέρη του νησιού.. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον ταξιδέψει στο νησί!!

De accommodatie was top, maar als ik dan wat kleine minpunten moest geven: - Kamer en badkamer zijn erg klein - Na douchen staat de badkamer onder water door open douche concept - Het strand is de buurt (Kalamaki beach) is niet heel mooi en schoon. Het is beter om een auto te huren en verder weg te gaan. - Veel wespen, ze doen hun best om deze zo veel mogelijk weg te lokken tijdens het ontbijt
