Wir haben drei Nächte in der Eton Villa verbracht. Es ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt Liegen zum verweilen am Pool. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Strand kann zu Fuß innerhalb von ca. 3min erreicht werden und es gibt viel Restaurantes in der Nähe. Auch das Personal ist sehr herzlich, aufmerksam und macht alles möglich. Deshalb können wir die Eton Villa nur empfehlen.

Lovely little 3 room property, very clean, quiet and responsive. Would be perfect for a group, but also worked well with other people staying there.

All polished concrete so not ideal for a baby / toddler, but still an excellent place to stay.

Location, 5 minutes to town but very private and away from the noise. Small scale, only 3 rooms but great decor, and private pool. Great atmosphere. Staff were extremely communicative and helpful. Great experience!

Sehr sauber, schöne Anlage und ruhige Umgebung. Man hat alles, was man braucht und das Personal ist sehr nett. Der Pool wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht und die Zimmer werden jeden 2. Tag gereinigt. Die Küche darf man auch mit benutzen.

Eigentlich nichts, die Unterkunft ist nur nicht ganz so zentral, aber man ist trotzdem in 5-10 min an der Buch von Hiriketiya und Dickwella.

Had the most amazing stay here at Eton Villa. The property is perfect with everything you could possibly need and the location is ideal! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and they really go above and beyond! Would highly recommend :)

Clean, well kept place with a lovely pool to cool off in.

Didn’t realise that it was a shared villa, but lucky enough we were the only people to have rooms at the time.

Its a beautiful setting, and the rooms are very nice, but that should also be expected given the price.

The host was not communicating very proactively with us, and cleaning had to be requested and only every second day, which is a bit surprising given the price.

Great location! Only 500m walk to both Hiriketiya & Dikwella beaches. Room was large, clean, wifi worked great & we really appreciated having our own fridge to keep cold water. There are only 3 rooms so it's quiet and feels private. There is a shared outdoor kitchen with fridge, toaster, hot plate & cooking utensils available. The pool area & kitchen were cleaned daily. There is no office/desk so we had to whatsapp the villa on arrival to ask how to check in, though we did arrive early at 10am. They had someone meet us within 1min to take our bags, and supplied us with pool towels to use at the beach while we waited until check-in at 1pm. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

We feel like we hit the jackpot with this find in Hiriketiya. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to do, including the beach and restaurants. The decor is high quality and super clean - ideal for a hot and sandy stay! The bed was probably the comfiest of our 3 week trip to Sri Lanka. The pool is absolute bliss, it’s so quiet. Definitely book here if you’re visiting!

We had a wonderful stay at Eton Villa and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The property is peaceful and beautifully maintained. The room truly exceeded our expectations — it felt incredibly luxurious and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect: just a short 7-minute walk to the beach as promised, yet tucked away enough to enjoy complete peace and quiet away from the crowds. We especially loved having access to the little kitchen and the pool, which made our stay even more relaxing and convenient. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, while still offering the comfort and elegance of a luxury villa. A special mention to our host/caretaker Malshan, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. His hospitality made our stay even more memorable.

Die beste Unterkunft in der wir in Sri Lanka waren. Wir haben sogar eine Nacht verlängert weil es so gut war. Wirklich schöner Pool & Außenbereich. Sonnenliegen vor der Tür. Strand & Poolhandtücher werden gestellt. Badezimmer wirklich schön und neu. Dusche guter Wasserdruck. Sehr gutes Restaurant wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Personal unfassbar freundlich. Alles in allem absolut Empfehlenswert.

Etwas außerhalb dadurch aber deutlich ruhiger & kein Partylärm.

We loved everything about it. Mal really took care of the place and anything we needed he helped us. The place was so lovely to have a pool as you walked out our room. You can sit in the shade or the pool is in the sun all day. It’s quiet and 10 min walk to either beach. Or a short tuktuk. The bed was massive and the pillows were so comfy i am searching online to see where I can buy one! Nice air con room always lovely walking in after a hot walk. Pool was kept in a great condition no bugs or monkeys. Would stay here again. Possibly our favourite room during our 2 week Sri Lanka stay!

Das war wirklich das mit Abstand schönste und sauberste Zimmer und die schönste Unterkunft die wir auf unserer Sri Lanka Reise hatten. + Perfekte Lage (5 min zum Strand) + Ruhige Seitenstraße + alles super sauber, toll und mit Liebe gepflegte Gartenanlage/ Pflanzen + schöner sauberer Pool, eigene Schattenplätze am Pool + voll ausgestattet gemeinsame Küchenecke draußen + Wäscheservice + Welcomedrink + bequeme Betten + neue AC Super Kontakt über WhatsApp. Vielen Dank für den wundervollen Aufenthalt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

La experiencia fue muy buena, la habitacion un 10, todo super limpio y comodo. Piscina limpia y jardin precioso.

El chico que lo gestiona es muy atento y tiene todo muy limpio, siempre le verás limpiando las instalaciones y lo tiene todo impoluto. Las instalaciones muy nuevas y bonitas, la habitación grande y cómoda (con nevera que se agradece) y el baño también muy cómodo. Solo 4 habitaciones. Nosotros alquilamos un tuktuk y pudimos aparcarlo dentro, nos resultó súper cómodo. Tiene buena ubicación con Hiriketiya muy cerca.

El precio lo veo elevado, pero lo demás perfecto.

Hele fijne accommodatie! De ligging is perfect, je bent zo bij het strand. Daarnaast is de accommodatie zelf een en al rust en comfort. Bijkomend iets is het personeel, ik werd super goed geholpen toen ik ziek was, hij had medicatie gebracht en regelde een tuk tuk naar de apotheek, dit werd heel erg gewaardeerd!

Wat een heerlijke kamer, super schoon. Het zijn maar drie kamers, maar degene die hier werkt staat de hele dag te boenen en dat is te zien. Hotel is dichtbij het centrum en heeft als een van de weinige accomodaties in Hiriketiya een zwembad.

We loved this villa so much, the rooms were so comfortable and clean and the pillows were delightful. Hiriketya town is just a short walk from the villa with great places to eat. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again!!

There’s no reception

The villa was clean, modern and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The pool was beautiful and each villa had its own sun loungers. Malshan looked after us superbly and was always on hand if we needed anything. We’d highly recommend staying at Eton Villa.

Ubicado a dos minutos de la calle principal de Hiriketiya, ofrece un lugar espléndido para alojarse. Nos encantó alojarnos en la Eton Villa. El entorno es muy bonito y acogedor. La habitación estaba impecable, la cama muy cómoda y el baño perfectamente equipado. Se agradece la piscina para poder refrescarse, la qual también mantenían muy limpia.

Aún ser temporada baja, el precio nos pareció un poco excesivo.

Ontzettend fijn verblijf, waarbij tot in detail na is gedacht over de inrichting van het hotel. Mooie, ruime kamers en een fijne zithoek buiten. Het onderkomen ligt net buiten de hoofdstraat van Hiriketiya, wat zorgde voor een rustige omgeving bij de accommodatie. Tegelijkertijd ben je met 2 minuten lopen bij leuke eettentjes en het strand. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad.

Sehr schöne große Zimmer, toller Garten mit Pool zum Entspannen. Jeweils zwei Liegen vor dem Zimmer. Sehr sauber, genügend Stauraum für alles, großes Bad mit guter Ausstattung (Seife, Shampoo, Föhn, Handtücher). Im Zimmer Klimaanlage, Ventilator, angenehmes Licht und ein Kühlschrank mit Wasserflaschen. Draußen gibt es eine Mini-Gemeinschaftsküche. Das Personal ist sehr höflich!

We loved how spacious and modern the room and whole property was. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and we appreciated the shared kitchen to make tea and coffee in the morning.

Beautiful villa that was spotlessly clean. Beautiful pool and very well maintained. We spent 2 weeks travelling through Sri Lanka and this place was one of the best we stayed at. Lovely property and the boys who look after it could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful and super clean rooms. Little terrace with pool was also very relaxing. The manager was very responsive and helped book a taxi to the airport. Convenient location just up the Main Street.

Only stayed one night as we were passing through from East Coast back to Colombo - wish we could have stayed longer! Very spacious, clean and modern space; loved the outdoor terrace with pool. Very close to beach and restaurants on a quiet side road.

Very beautiful and clean villa! The juice and cold towels on arrival were such a treat. It's a 10/15 minutes to the main spots around Hiriketiya Beach. Staff were very helpful. There is a shared kitchenette area to make teas/coffees.

Eton Villa offered a beautiful stay! Tranquil surroundings, great location, friendly staff and villa neighbours, super clean and modern accommodation. On arrival we were offered a fresh juice and cold flannel. Great value for money, we would definitely return!

Beautiful room and property which is close to a nice street and restaurants and the beach. Clean pool and garden area. Attentive staff member who was available to help with whatever we needed.

For the price I believe that it would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities and a TV. Just a thought for the future. With these few extras the property would have been a five star all round!

Eton Villa is a serene retreat offering modern comfort and natural beauty. The spacious room was well-equipped, and the peaceful garden and pool area provide the perfect place to unwind. Ideally located near Hiriketiya and Dickwella beaches, it's great for surfing, dining, and exploring the area.

Such a nice place to get to after a long flight. The guy there was after anything we needed and super kind. The pool and decor is gorgeous. The bedrooms were beyond exceptional, with some of the most comfortable pillows and duvet, shower was incredible, aircon and fan was awesome, and welcoming lassies were delicious. The location is great to get to both Dikwella and hiriketiya beach.

Nice modern spot with only three rooms facing onto pool. Perfect having sunbeds in front of room next to pool. Staff member there during the day was great. Had two building issues that are hopefully resolved soon, sliding doors to room would bind up and not close easily and toilet seat was broken.

Beautifully furnished room, huge with very comfortable bed. Perfect location 7 minutes from the beach. Shared pool lovely and overall beautiful decor. Welcome drink on arrival.

It’s quite a small shared space so you’re quite close to other guests - but we found everyone really friendly so no real problem there!

On our last morning at the villa after renting the whole villa for $500 per night for 3 nights ($1500) - random people just walk in and drop their bags off?? Very unprofessional of the staff or owner to allow this to happen. The next guests should at the very least wait outside gate and staff take their luggage. Also as lovely and clean the villa is you want the villa to yourselves and do not want staff hanging around cleaning and sweeping and watering garden when you want to enjoy the villa on your own - this was irritating on our first day but luckily the next day staff did at least ask if was ok to come over.

This property is absolutely beautiful and just as you see it in the pictures. The location is perfect, just a five minute walk down to the beach and on a quiet off road. The owner was so attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. I can’t recommend this place more.

The owner was super helpful and friendly. The property was basically band new and i couldn't fault it.

Lovely big bedrooms with great en suites. Very clean and new. Outdoor kitchen is well equipped with necessities. Breakfast can be arranged at an extra cost - we had delicious fruit, juices, Sri Lankan breakfast which we chose. Lovely guys running the villa who helped arrange transport and advised on local places and activities

There is not indoor ‘living space’ so we had downtime when hot with kids playing in the bedrooms which worked for us

Perfection! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. And most importantly everything is very clean and in good state.

The owner made sure we were really well taken care of from the moment we arrived, he even prepared a fantastic Sri Lankan breakfast for us on arrival. The property itself is really well laid out and brand new. Its an ideal little holiday villa with three rooms and a little kitchen. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Villa with beautiful and comfortable and clean rooms and garden. The owner gave us the best hospitality on our vaccation. He Arranged tuk tuks and made reservations to the best lankesic restaurant in town. The place had everything, a big fantastic pool for the kids, after surf close to the fantastic beach. A well equiped kitchen, easy to make breakfast. A quite and calm, private place where we could relax and spend our time in the best place in the south of sri lanka.

As the property was brand new, the paint smell in one of the rooms was overpowering.

The property is in a perfect location close to all the surf sports, bars and beach restaurants. It’s central and spacious. It was beautifully built and looked amazing. The owner and staff were friendly, exceptionally hospitable and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They made the BEST breakfast kiribath. Highly recommend you try it. I will always stay at Eton Villa whenever I visit Hiriketiya. Great work on the villa.
