Parking très loin et difficile d accès pour personne âgés

Everything was great! The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the rooftop was amazing. The location was perfect just 1 minute away from Ras El Maa and about 4 minutes from Outa El Hammam.

There was a little noise outside, but the windows were well insulated and blocked most of it, so there was really nothing to complain about.

Located in the major tourist area. A little bit quiet area from the tourist spots. Great breakfast. The rooftop has a great view of Chefchaouen. Clean room and strong AC.

Only thing I didn't like was it was far from the bus station, about 30 mins walk uphill. And the hand washing soap was empty.

Very nice staff, a beautiful view, a good breakfast, a comfortable bed, and effective air conditioning. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus, tolle Dachterrasse mit schöner Aussicht auf die Stadt. Parkplatz in der Nähe, Altstadt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Die Hauswirt war zwar sehr freundlich aber kaum verfügbar z.B. bei Rückfragen beim Frühstück oder be der Abreise. IN der Nacht war eine Party auf der Straße und im Nachbarhaus, dadurch war es laut (dafür kann die Unterkunft selbst natürlich nichts)

La gentilezza di madame Fatima. La struttura si trova nella parte alta di Chafchauen. È a pochi passi dal fiume con le cascatelle e all'inizio del percorso per il forte spagnolo. A pochi passi dal Dar si dipanano tutte le stradine della Medina, tutte in discesa, ma poi bisogna risalirle! Ottima la colazione con prodotti locali (poche cose ma, buone e abbondanti).

Il letto un po' duro. Niente saponi o prodotti da bagno. Niente comodino vicino al letto. Niente di grave... Per il prezzo pagato è concessa qualche piccola mancanza

J'ai passé trois nuits ici, donc j'ai déja répondu. super accueil, personnel sympathique et très serviable, petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Belle chambre et maison, terrasse, situation proche de très bons restaurants et du souk, j'ai tout aimé! Bon si on a de l'arthrose comme moi, les déplacements ne sont pas faciles vu l'endroit, mais asi es!

Un petit bureau dans la chambre pour l'ordinateur, une chaise en plus. J'ai oublié mon bandana Harley Davidson Panama dans la chambre, j'y tiens beaucoup, j'ai envoyé une question à la propriétaire mais j'attends toujours une réponse

C'est bien situé dans la médina. Le personnel est charmant, serviable et discret. La propreté est impeccable et le petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Le WiFi est correct pour récupérer ses mails. Le parking gardé à proximité est un plus.

Tout est très bien mais j'aurais aimé un petit bureau avec une chaise pour l'ordinateur. Pour la position il faut être en bonne santé, pas avec de l'arthrose comme moi car ça grimpe ou descend sévère.

L’accueil du gérant et de la dame qui s’occupait aussi des petits-déjeuners ! 👍🏻 Le gérant est de bon conseil pour les restos, transports, visites ! Chambre propre et au calme, en dehors des zones touristiques, mais tout accessible à pied. Très bon petit-déjeuner sur le toit-terrasse.

The family running Dar Fatima is absolutely wonderful. Othman had lots of good information about what to do and how to do it. Breakfast was lovely in the morning. The room was stunning and the rooftop was the best!

We had an amazing stay at Dar Fatima. The location is perfect, close to Ras El Ma and convenient parking nearby. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It truly offers excellent value for money. What made the experience even more special was the warm family atmosphere — everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. We also enjoyed generous and delicious breakfasts throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Живописное расположение, без толп туристов, рядом источник, рядом красивый променад как по городу и на природе, номер светлый, чистый. Душевая сепарирована от туалета, такое трудно найти! Ковать удобная. Завтрак достойный. Я рекомендую. Хорошо бы было установить диспенсеры с мылом.

Плохо помыли туалет, вернее не помыли. Ободок туалета был видимо грязный.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, calm and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rooftop terrace provides an amazing view of Chefchaouen, which I enjoyed whilst eating the delicious Moroccan breakfast provided. The staff were also very kind - I had an issue with my transport out of Chefchaouen and the manager met with me several times to help me which I was extremely grateful for. Overall, excellent value for money.

The only downside was that I could hear the street noise from the room at night quite vividly, but that is to be expected in a place like Chefchaouen (and I also stayed during Eid Al-Adha).

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und die Lage ist traumhaft. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man konnte Dachterrasse über die Stadt schauen. Der Parkplatz ist 2 min Fußweg entfernt. Die Leute sind super freundlich vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This place is so special! I stayed in the double-room with private bathroom and it was very cosy and comfortable, with plenty of space, nice hot shower and a beautiful rooftop to relax in. The place is in a quiet alley at the top of the Medina with beautiful views and a few locals and kids hanging at the shop nearby. The people running dar fatima are all incredibly kind and helpful, they even helped me out with medicine while recovering from food poisoning - also, the breakfast they serve is huge and delicious! I felt right at home here.

Boiler takes some time to heat up.

Molto nuova, la stanza spaziosa e il letto comodo. È situata in una delle strade più in alto di Chefchaouen e per chi arriva in auto si può parcheggiare a 5 minuti a piedi. Colazione buona sulla terrazza! Gentilezza del proprietario.

Il boiler per l’acqua calda non scaldava.. La notte anche se le finestre sono a doppi vetri non si insonorizzavano molto i rumori della strada, ma la fatica e la stanchezza delle salite hanno avuto la meglio sugli schiamazzi !

Die Lage war gut. Als Wanderer die Berge im Hintergrund und von der Dachterasse einen schönen Ausblick auf die Medina..es gab ein reichhaltiges, marokkanisches leckeres Frühstück !!

It was situated right up against the mountains- lovely views from the roof terrace. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and welcoming. The Moroccan breakfast on the terrace was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and the shower nice and hot. It was amazingly good value.

Only that the room was a little dark and dank feeling.

Frisch renovierte Zimmer, die zweckmäßig und auch liebevoll eingerichtet sind. Die Lage ist unschlagbar und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort ist hervorragend.

Très bien situé, hôtes à l’écoute et très gentils, et Mohamed est réactif via Booking.com quand il n’est pas sur place. On se comprend bien avec les traducteurs sur téléphone lorsque l’on a des demandes particulières. Mohamed nous a accompagnés à la pharmacie et donné tout le nécessaire lorsque j’ai été malade. Merci pour l’accueil ainsi qu’à sa maman Fatima.

I enjoyed my stay at Dar Fatima. The room was comfortable, the staff were lovely, breakfast served every day at your time of request, view from the rooftop terrace was stunning. Very pleasant stay.

My original room had a bad smell in the bathroom but they moved me to a new room as soon as I mentioned it.

Les chambres étaient très propres et confortables. L'endroit est bien situé, tout en haut de la médina avec une belle vue sur les montagnes et le village. Le déjeuner était très copieu. Vraiment un endroit bien pour le prix!

Not long after booking I recieved very detailed instructions on how to get to the property. This was really useful. The hosts, Ottman and Fatima, were so kind and helpful. The location at the top of the medina was ideal. My room was big and light and airy with two windows. The room was scrupulously clean and even had air-con, which I've never come across before on my travels around Morocco! Also, en-suite bathroom with shower. Breakfast was a beautifully presented traditional moroccon breakfast. Fatima asked what time I wanted breakfast, which I had on the Terrace. The terrace is lovely with fantastic views. Dar Fatima is exceptional and great value for money.

Hand soap in the bathroom would have been nice.

The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of items to choose from. Fatima was very cordial and kind, ensuring that breakfast was served on time. The dar is conveniently located close to the nearest gate, which made it easy to navigate. Otman was extremely helpful and even offered support during my very early morning checkout, which was truly helpful and comforting. I recommend this place for solo female travellers.

Posizionato in cima alla Medina vicino ad un ampio parcheggio (costo 2€/24h). Ci hanno fornito tramite booking le informazioni per raggiungerlo in modo semplice. Tutta la casa sembra appena ristrutturata, ampia camera e spazioso bagno. Ottima colazione, purtroppo non abbiamo potuto farla in terrazzo perché pioveva.

My stay at Dar Fatima in Chefchaouen was truly special. From the first moment, I noticed how very clean, quiet, and beautiful the room and the entire dar were. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The view is absolutely amazing — you can see both the mountains and the city, and the sunset from there is unforgettable. One of the highlights was the breakfast on the rooftop; it’s something you should definitely try. Osman, Yunis, and Haja Fatima were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend Dar Fatima to anyone looking for a calm, clean, and beautiful place to stay in Chefchaouen.

De B&B is totaal onbekend, ook voor de 'petit taxi'. Je wordt tot aan de verkeerde, dus verre, ingang van de Medina gebracht. Daarna te voet bergop in het doolhof van de smalle straatjes. Oplossing ? Met 'petit taxi' tot aan stalplaats ter hoogte van de waterval.

Comfortable stay in Chefchaouen. Lovely staff, highlight was certainly the rooftop terrace! Such a lovely view over the town.

Das Zimmer war schön und gemütlich und über die Klimaanlage gut beheizbar. Es gab jederzeit heißes Wasser und ich hatte einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt und in die Berge (im Dezember war es mir aber zu kalt, um mich länger dort aufzuhalten). Das wunderbare Frühstück wurde mir zur Uhrzeit meiner Wahl aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Berge beginnen direkt hinterm Haus – ideal zum Wandern.

Très bonne expérience chez Fatima, qui est très accueillante et qui veille à ce qu'on soit bien Le Parking situé en haut de la ville (à l'entrée Bab El Mahrouk) est à 5 min à pied et coûte 20 Dhr/jour Chez Fatima, les lieux sont soignés et propres. 高台の上に位置するため旧市街全体がテラスから見渡せて景色がとても良いです。 私が泊まった部屋も青一色でとても素敵でした。 清掃された部屋と綺麗なシーツ、ハンドソープありの広い洗面台が良かったです。

高台にあるためタクシー代もしくは歩行力が必要(旧市街内は階段ばかりです) Wifiが弱かったり切れることありました。

I loved everything! Great location, my room was spacious, a bright room,silent because soundproof windows, great shower, very clean, comfort bed and cotton sheets. The hosts, Fatima and Otman super kind and always there to help whatever I needed. Super recommend it 🥰 Thank you beautiful people!

It was absolutely worth staying at the riad. Getting to the location was a bit tricky, but it’s perfect – in the most convenient and beautiful part of Chefchaouen. The view from the terrace is amazing. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend it!

This riad is beautiful traditional accommodation that you want to stay at whenever in Chefchaouen. It’s manager, Otman - very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful man. It is his family run riad and you will meet authentic people of this place. The place was very clean with all that you need and the breakfast for serve outside on the terrace overlooking the whole blue city from the top down. I definitely recommend this react for Chefchaouen experience.

La camera aveva un letto matrimoniale ed uno singolo e due finestre con vista montagne. Il bagno era pulito e la doccia ricavata in una nicchia che quando veniva usata non sporcava per terra. Era presente un bollitore con te e caffè a disposizione. Infine, la collezione era molto ricca.

The two gentlemen taking care of the place are so helpful, respectful and kind. I had to leave before breakfast time and one of them put together a bag of fruit, delicious bread and a bottle of water. MUCHAS GRACIAS.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Am Rand der Medina. Man ist gleich bei allen sehenswerten Plätzen und trotzdem ist ein Parkplatz gleich in der Nähe. Die Eigentümer waren sehr zuvorkommend und die Dachterrasse ist toll. Das Zimmer war prinzipiell sauber. Leider war unser Bettlaken etwas fleckig, obwohl wir das Gefühl hatten, dass es frisch gewaschen war..das war nicht so angenehm. Alles in allem waren wir gerne in der Unterkunft.
