Riad lunja

We absolutely loved our stay at Riad Lunja. The property itself is beautiful, extremely well kept and full of wonderful greenery, giving it a peaceful and authentic atmosphere that made it a pleasure to return to each day. Breakfast was particularly special, beautifully prepared, generous and one of the highlights of our stay. What really makes Riad Lunja stand out, however, is the people. It is run by a wonderful family and supported by an amazing team who were warm, welcoming and genuinely interested in making sure we had a great stay. You really feel the personal touch throughout. A lovely place, managed by genuinely great people. We would happily recommend Riad Lunja to anyone visiting Marrakech and would certainly stay again.

EVERYTHING! From the ease of communication with Marco, the pick up by Lamia, the attention to detail, the property, really everything was just perfect. We LOVED the entire house. We are a family of 5 (including 2 adult children and one teen) and so having rooms to ourselves was just amazing. Each room is so tastefully decorated and laid out without being artificial. It felt like home but in an extra special way. The small pool and the amazing rooftop where we enjoyed breakfasts prepared on site by our exceptional hosts Atika and Badji were just stunning. The lighting was warm and having an open air space where we could come together as a family was just so refreshing. The air conditioning was great, many charging ports, a refrigerator filled with soft drinks - all details were covered. There was no need that was not cared for. Even before we asked, it was delivered. We felt very safe and comfortable even returning home quite late. The entire area is safe. And we were right at Jemaa el-Fnaa! What's not to like?? I would recommend Riad Lunja anytime. An extra special thank you to Atika and Badji who are just exceptional human beings - so gentle, kind and efficient. We can't wait to come back!

Everything was just amazing!

The riad was beautiful , comfortable and in a great location in the medina. The facilities and the bedrooms are very clean. Silvio was a good host who welcomed us and was available for all our needs. Badji was exceptional, very kind, friendly and made delicious breakfast catering to our needs and kept the riad looking perfect.

I liked everything about the property. Specifically Badji and Atika. They provided us with a clean environment and delicious breakfast. Their kidness is immensely appreciated and we will never forget our stay thanks to them.

Excellente expérience au Riad Lunja ! Tout était parfait : de l’accueil à la propreté, en passant par l’emplacement et le petit-déjeuner, qui était excellent. Akita et Badzi ont été aux petits soins avec nous, sans parler de leur incroyable gentillesse. Ce fut un réel plaisir de séjourner dans ce riad. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Le Riad Lunja a toutes les qualités d’un lieu de séjour exceptionnel, la beauté des lieux, la déco et les plantes, la piscine chauffée, la grande terrasse, le calme, le confort des chambres et la propreté. La cerise sur le gâteau? l’équipe qui gère la maison au quotidien est formidable, sourire, accueil et professionnalisme. Merci à Atika, Badji et Sylvio et tous ceux qui travaillent avec eux.

Every corner of the riad is filled with charm, warmth, and thoughtful details that make it feel like home. Attica is truly the heart and soul of the riad. Her kindness, attention, and genuine hospitality made our stay deeply special and memorable. The location is excellent, offering the perfect refuge to relax and unwind away from the vibrant energy of the medina. We left with full hearts and can’t wait to return.

Parfaitement situé au cœur de la Médina, à proximité du Palais Bahia, le Riad Lunja est un oasis de paix. Tout est pensé pour s’y sentir comme chez soi, la décoration et l’agencement y sont très soignés, et Atika et Bahjia sont aux petits soins tout en discrétion et gentillesse. Les petits déjeuners sont fraîchement préparés pour nous régaler… et tant Silvio sur place pour nous accueillir, que Coralie et Pierre par téléphone nous ont conseillé et communiqué les bonnes adresses pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Nuestra experiencia en el Riad Lunja fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es precioso, muy bien cuidado y con un ambiente tranquilo perfecto para desconectar. Silvio fue un anfitrión excepcional: atento, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con recomendaciones y cualquier detalle que necesitáramos. Nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Y una mención muy especial para Atika, cuya cocina fue espectacular. Cada comida estaba preparada con mimo, llena de sabor y con ese toque casero que hace que todo sea aún más especial. Sin duda, uno de los grandes recuerdos de nuestra estancia. Recomendamos el Riad Lunja al 100%. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo

La comunicación fue muy fácil desde el primer momento. Atika, la persona encargada de cocinarnos y atendernos, fue un 10: amable, atenta y siempre con una sonrisa. Nos recogieron para entregarnos las llaves y nos acompañaron hasta el riad, todo muy bien organizado. Las instalaciones estaban súper bien cuidadas, y la piscina fue ideal para los niños. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva. ¡Gracias por todo!

Riad Lunja is absolutely beautiful in design and staffed by equally beautiful people. The breakfast is perfect (and served with smiles by the lovely staff Atika and Banje) The location is very convenient and quiet.

The only reasons we rated it a 9 of 10 were 2 minor items: the shower pressure falls off when multiple people are showering and a couple of my family found the lighting not bright enough to read in spots. But, we were there on cloudy days so didn’t have the benefit of full sunshine. Neither of these would stop us from staying again, we would stay at Riad Lunja again in a heart beat!

The riad is close to some of the souks and Bahia Palace but lovely and quiet at night. We liked having the place to ourselves. The staff were great, special mention to Silvio who met us and escorted us in and gave us some good tips and also arranged airport transfers. Ateka is a lovely lady, she couldn't do enough for us and even took me personally to a hammam for a really authentic experience. She helped make our stay memorable! You won't be disappointed if you book this Riad. The roof top terrace is beautiful and the riad was immaculate.

There was building work directly next door, so it was really noisy during the day when we came back to rest up and chill out between excursions. Not the fault of the riad though.

La lumière , le confort et la décoration . La gentillesse des personnes …. Beaucoup d’attention ! Le Riad est magnifique, proche du centre et l’atmosphère est très reposante. La terrasse est superbe et le petit déjeuner maison est délicieux !

The riad was incredibly tastefully appointed and we had it all to ourselves. Sylvio, Attica and Badji looked after us so well and we couldn’t have asked for better. Located just near to the Bahia Palace in a nice quiet part of the Medina. Highly recommend!

Accueil et le service de qualité. Toute l'équipe était au petit soin par Silvio, Attika et Badji. Vraiment merci pour tout. Le riad est superbe le petit déjeuner parfait et le riad très bien entretenu. On va revenir parce que l'équipe nous on bien accueilli.

La possibilità di disporre dell'intero Riad, se si affittano tutte le camere.

Difficile a dirlo, in una struttura ottima. Forse per.il.periodo caldo come questo, si potrebbero aggiungere, negli ambienti comuni, qualche ventilatore?

We loved renting the entire riad for our stay. We especially loved the sweet staff, Atika, and the other ladies. They were so helpful and kind.

We had some fantastic days in this lovely riad. The location was great and the rooftop terrace was absolutely amazing. A special thanks to Atika, who took great care of us and made delicious food – and a big thank you to Silvio, who was very kind and helpful, and assisted with booking transport and guide. We hope to come back one day!

Absolutely gorgeous riad well located in the crazy and crowded medina ! Very clean and beautifully decorated riad with 4 spacious rooms We had dinner and breakfast served on the roof top and we really loved it Homemade food was excellent and service was very good - all house staff is so adorable We have been welcomed and picked up by Silvio directly at the car park and he was very attentive to our needs during our stay

Nothing - maybe add some shower gel and shampoo in every bathroom and add a rug near the pool as the floor is slippery when wet

We had the most wonderful stay at Riad Lunja. The property itself is beautiful, clean and airy. A real oasis from a few hours in the Medina. Silvio was absolutely brilliant as our contact, and we had two really lovely staff members who made sure we wanted nothing and have us lovely breakfasts and a very Moroccan dinner. 10/10. We will rebook without a shadow of a doubt.
