チェックインの時間に行ったら大行列でロビーの椅子は多くはないので立ったまま結構長い時間待っていました。 荷物を預けるだけもチェックインの列に並ばないといけないのでお急ぎではない場合はチェックインの時間をずらした方がスムーズだと感じました。

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026地點超近，JR站內二三樓都有專屬通道直接進飯店，逛很累或是從外縣市回來時可以搭末班車然後直接進飯店超讚！標準雙人床其實還是算小，兩個成年人一起睡有點擠。房間備品給很足，選擇環保不打掃專案還是會給一堆毛巾跟備品。房間安靜隔音不錯
床有點小，日本的房間都這樣

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026仙台駅直結でお土産屋さんやレストラン街に行きやすいのが凄くありがたい！ バストイレ別で、お風呂が綺麗なので湯船に浸かるのも抵抗がなくて良かったです。 テレビも大きくて見やすく、YouTubeなどの動画も視聴できました。
私が見つけられなかっただけかもしれないけど、ホテル内や直結の商業施設内には24時間営業のコンビニがないのが少し不便でした…

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Excellent location if travelling by train - directly connected to JR mall, easy access with luggage, plenty of restaurants and shops. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, bathroom well equiped. Staff was friendly. There is a lounge with free coffee and newspaper. Check in and check out efficient.
The entrance was a little tricky to find upon arrival by JR - Followed signs from train station, but missed the door. Only 2 coin laundry machines in the entire hotel. Had to wait a long time to use it. Wash & dry programme did not dry enough. Had to add coins and dry until 2am. Very tiring.

The lounge had nice windows and was spacious. However there was not a comfortable seat in the place.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026這是一次絕對值得滿分的完美住宿體驗！櫃台不僅態度無比親切，還極其細心地為我們說明飯店設施與周邊超商的營業時間。一出電梯就能回到房間；對於每天逛街逛累的我們來說便利真的無比療癒。 飯店的位置優越至極，就直通仙台車站樓上。從 S-PAL 3 樓餐廳區走到底（鼎泰豐旁）就能看到飯店入口並前往 4 樓大廳。若初次造訪，建議從車站中央口出來後，直接順著指標往左後方尋找會更加順暢。 一旦熟悉路線後，這裡真的是非常方便的地段！下樓 3 分鐘即可搭乘機場線，周邊又有 S-PAL、Yodobashi、Parco 與牛舌一條街，能開心逛街，非常推薦!值得一住。

The room was slightly small—the inclusion of both a small desk with chair AND a separate small table with chair gave the room less space around the bed than I’d have preferred.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026先說結論：這間會是我以後再訪仙台入住的首選！ 1. 地點超優，就在仙台車站樓上。白天跑行程，晚上回來吃飯逛街，買了東西後不用提著大包小包走太遠就可以回飯店。 仙台車站周邊是購物集中地，有各家百貨公司、商店街和yodobashi，買寶可夢、買文具、買電器、買免稅品都非常方便。 2. 房間空間配置不錯，桌椅稍微挪動一下可以同時打開兩個29吋行李箱。如果像我們一樣帶到第3個，在確定不出門的住況下也可以在門口打開。 3. 浴室很大，面盆跟馬桶在浴室外間，不會有一人在洗澡另一人無法上廁所的情況。淋浴跟浴缸是分開的，小孩晚上泡澡很開心。 4. 備品是雪肌精！飲料是膠囊咖啡、茶包和礦泉水。值得一提的是飯店備品給得很大方，房務不會每天進來打掃，如果希望更換毛巾，有大提袋可以裝，隔天晚上我們返回，發現除了毛巾之外，所有的東西都再給2份！最後帶了一大堆飯店備品回家好滿足。 5. 飯店大廳有lounge提供免費的飲水機、咖啡機和飲料，我們出門前都來這裡裝一杯，小孩喜歡這裡的可爾必思+冰塊。
第一天來的時候我們還搞不清楚，仙台大都會酒店有兩間，我們住的這間多了一個「東」字，拖著行李按照地圖指示疲憊的抵達，被告知走錯了！幸好兩間沒有離很遠。如果搭新幹線到，指標會更明確。因為我們是搭地鐵抵達的，樓層不同，錯過了指標。

JR仙台駅からのルートが初めての人はわかりにくいのではないか？と思いました。 2人で行ったので本当はシングル2つが希望でしたが、ダブル（しかとれなかった？）だったのが残念です。

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026絕對是地點，初入住時由於尚未熟悉仙台站周邊結構，對於多種進入飯店的路線感到有一點點小複雜，但很快就能克服並且非常滿意於飯店的地理位置，大採購過後都能快速回飯店卸貨之後再繼續購物🤩 飯店周圍可以說是應有盡有，例如超市、百貨公司、各式伴手禮店以及餐廳，下次再訪仙台時絕對會再次選擇此住宿地點。
飯店浴室較不透氣，對於潮濕氣味敏感者會有一點點不適，但在沐浴前事先開門通風即可，是完全可以忽略小問題。

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026The location is perfect. Super convenient! However I had hard time to find it at the first time, but once it got it, I think it’s very convenient to find food, to get the train, and to go shopping. I would stay here again for sure.

Reviewed Jul 6, 20261. 飯店附設休息區可以自取飲品觀賞城市景休息 2.房型也很舒適，也喜歡☕️機還不錯喝 3.空間設置也足夠 可以打開30.27.26吋行李箱 （不會很擁擠） 4.地點位置優越 （如搭乘 新幹線🚄同在3F抵達仙台站往 另一端方向到底即可找到🏨） （如是搭乘 前往空港或是其餘JR線搭乘可以通行2F) （如搭乘轉運站的巴士看好搭乘月台從空橋中間下通往） 部分都有手扶梯和電梯 5.逛街區域也超便利 可以通往空橋找妳想逛的商店或mall唷

*The entrance from 2F was not easy to find. We passed by the door once and we wwre not the only ones. *I heard someone singing Karaoke from my room for a while. *Breakfast restaurant opened at 6:25 but the stuff did not invite us, so I have waited till 6:30. I expected better service.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026飯店緊鄰仙台車站，搭乘新幹線還是各類交通工具相當方便，附近購物或是用餐也相當方便。櫃檯服務親切，清潔人員也是相當細心盡責，給予高度好評。

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026備品很充足，幾本的毛巾、浴巾、小方巾、牙刷、睡袍；雪肌精小包裝的洗臉、卸妝、化妝水、乳液；還有髮油、小梳子、刮鬍刀、髮帶，備品相當齊全。早餐選項有牛舌，味噌湯、白粥、咖哩飯等，還有自動鬆餅機，可以吃到熱熱現烤的鬆餅，早一點去好像還有芒果果昔/慕斯可以喝，但我沒喝到。房間蠻整潔的，在11樓連落地窗都超乾淨。
房間蠻小的，就是日本商旅的大小。其中一天冷氣冒出酸酸的味道味道，但只有一天。

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Perfecte locatie om Sendai en omgeving te ontdekken. Hele nette kamers, schoon en ruim (voor Japanse begrippen). De bedden waren prima. Vanuit het hotel ben je snel in de stad met winkels, restaurants en izakaya's.
De kussen in het bed waren niet zo goed. Ontbijtbuffet viel ook wat tegen.

Reviewed Jun 21, 20261. 地點非常好，從仙台車站到飯店不需要淋到雨/曬到太陽，首推大行李箱也能輕鬆優雅抵達。 2. 房間隔音良好，完全沒聽到外面走動或隔壁的聲音！ 3. 備品很用心（尤其那個沐浴巾，能製作出綿密泡泡！） 4. 房間空間寬敞，打開一大一小的行李箱不是問題。
1. 每天提供的水如果能大瓶一點會更好，一下子就喝完了。 2. Eco cleaning的選項還是提供了全套備品，似乎沒有必要，建議考慮更換毛巾跟提供水即可。另外希望每天都提供水（若當天沒打掃也能夠提供） 3. 枕頭跟床都太軟了，睡醒有點腰酸背痛⋯
