La Comodidad Y la tranquilidad

Me encantó la preocupación antes de llegar, el apoyo y cuidado de la persona a cargo de recibirme en el departamento. Mucha cordialidad y buen trato. Siempre viajo, y sin duda este es uno de los lugares a los que espero volver. Gracias Magda por su amable forma de tratar a sus huéspedes.

EXCLENTE UBICACIÓN. A UNA CUADRA DEL METRO, LO QUE ME FACILITÓ EL DES´PLAZAMIENTO POR SANTIAGO.

Localização excelente, o apartamento fica em um condomínio muito tranquilo e silencioso.

A limpeza deixou a desejar. O chão estava sujo, as louças dos armários estavam engorduradas e as toalhas que nós entregaram ainda estavam úmidas.

La cama un poco dura.

* We felt very safe thanks to the gated complex with a key tag and door code access. * Close to the city center, about a 20-25 minute walk to a large supermarket, with two smaller ones directly across from the apartment. * Two separate bathrooms. * Nicely decorated apartment. * Comfortable beds and a cozy couch. * A pleasant location — it doesn’t feel like you’re staying right in the city center. * Good washing machine; laundry was done quickly and came out very clean. * The rooms warmed up quickly with the portable heaters.

* Check-in was quite unclear & disorganized, there is no reception and we did not see our host our stay. We had asked in advance if we could check in at 12 PM instead of 3 PM, which was confirmed. However, when we arrived at the address, nobody was there to meet us (although according to the host, someone should have been). Due to personal circumstances, the person who was supposed to meet us arrived later, but this was never communicated to us. As a result, we had to wait outside on a bench with our luggage for about 30 minutes. And after we found out the appartment number and checked it, the previous guest was still in the apartment at 12 PM (checkout is at 10am). He let us in so we could store our luggage and after we contacted the host and the person we were supposed to wait, we then had to wait another 30-40 minutes inside the apartment before someone arrived. Both the host and the person who explained everything to us, apologized for the situation. * The payment process for the apartment was somewhat unclear. We had booked using a credit card reservation, but were later asked to pay via PayPal or bank transfer instead. * The shower temperature was difficult to get warm, adjust and keep consistent. During every shower, the water heater stopped working after a very short while and we had to turn on the kitchen tap to get hot water running again in the shower. (It may be time for a replacement of the heating element in the kitchen?) * The bedroom curtains let in quite a lot of light, so a sleep mask is recommended. * The WiFi was ok, but sometimes cut out shortly and then it came back. The router was right next to the bed. * Parts of the floor were loose and moved when walked on. * We missed having a plug for the kitchen sink drain. * The plants really needed some love and especially water, some plants were almost dead.

Location was great. It was also quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The flat could have been a bit cleaner, the floor was quite dusty and the kitchen not very clean. The shower was quite old and not so easy to handle with low water pressure The wifi connection was also not very good, the last two days it didn’t work at all.

La seguriad del espacio y estaba cerca de centros comerciales, movilización, centros de salud, bancos y restaurantes, es excelente.

No hubo nada que no me gustara.

Es un departamento muy luminoso y soleado con verde todo alrededor. Con habitaciones cómodas. Cercano a lugares de interés.

No posee acondicionador de aire y se deben subir escaleras

La douche de la petite salle de bain n'avait jamais de l'eau chaude. Nous avons essayé tous les trucs mais sans bons résultats.

A localização do apartamento é excelente, fica a poucos metros do metrô, em um bairro tranquilo e com todas as comodidades necessárias. Há um mercado ao lado, o que facilita muito o dia a dia. O condomínio é composto por prédios baixos com uma praça central, o que proporciona um clima muito agradável e silencioso. O apartamento é extremamente limpo, bem decorado, aconchegante e confortável. Conta com máquina de lavar, ferro de passar, varal de chão e uma varanda charmosa com mesinha, perfeita para relaxar. O anfitrião, Manuel, foi extremamente simpático, atencioso e prestativo. Ele mora ao lado e sempre que precisamos de algo, nos ajudou prontamente. A experiência foi excelente, recomendamos muito! Excelentes instalaciones. La atención del anfitrión es genial, preocupado por todos los detalles. Un lugar cómodo, entorno muy agradable y tranquilo. Totalmente recomendable.

La ubicación y la tranquilidad del sector.

La recepción del anfitrión mucha espera para tener acceso al departamento,y el uso del agua caliente de la ducha no funciono.

Sitio tranquilo y muy bien ubicado, limpieza excelente.

Dificultades en la comunicación para concretar la entrega de las llaves al momento del ingreso y la salida, podría mejorarse.

Tenía un calefactor en cada habitación. Las camas muy cómodas. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Muy buena ubicación.

Solo podría darle unos consejos para que a los otros pasajeros no les pase. La entrada al edificio no es por la dirección que aparece en Booking. Nos hicieron ingresar por Alfredo Barros. La entrada era a las 15hrs. El anfitrión no respondía su teléfono ni los mensajes, al final nos dió el números de su hermana, ella nos recibió cerca de las 16hrs. Y Podría poner shampoo, la gran mayoría de las personas que viajan solo por un finde no llevan equipaje de bodega ni de cabina. En el aeropuerto no dejan pasar frascos grandes, el shampoo no viene en pequeñas presentaciones. Es muy incómodo recorrer los alrededores buscando solo ese útil de aseo personal, sobre todo cuando tienes poco tiempo.

Me encantó el lugar, y el departamento es muy lindo, con todas las comodidades para una estadía en Santiago, volvería de todas maneras.
