The hotel had no proper booking system. I went to reception first, and they told me my reservation wasn't registered in their system. After a long wait, I went to the reservations office, where an employee told me there were no rooms available. It was a terrible experience and a complete waste of my vacation time, and all that waiting at reception was without air conditioning. My reservation was listed on Booking.com, but they didn't understand this and were doing all this to get me to book through them at a higher price.

It's *Total waste of money and time* , The worst place place i went ever Not recommended at all

1 the personal force me to take two rooms totally far from each other and I have small kids ; told them anyways will use only one they insist so two days we use only one, other not used at all . 2 Air-conditioning not working properly;and out side the room extremely hot and No elevators . 3 food tasteless not clean ; The guy handling the eggs accidentally dropped one with its shell into the bowl, but he just removed the shell and continued making the omelet like it was nothing. the person cleaning the tables is using the same gloves to place the fork and knife — no change of gloves at all. The food is inedible. Personal eating next to us in the tables The juices were water and powder not a juice and extremely hot drinks by the pool . 4 no entertainment, there's no entertainment team by the pool no music no vibe . It was monotonous and boring ; no night show , worn out slide that opened only few hours . The pool was extremely dirty especially the kids one when asking why it's yellow and with bubbles they said that from 3days ago foam party there. 5 while checking out we call for concierge to handle the baggage as there's no elevators; we waited more than 30 min in the heat we have to call again and again, 6 after checking out I requested from reception agent name < islam> to assist us with the taxi as we dont have the application; he replied we have to go out the hotel stand in the street at midday time with temperature exceeding 38° and wait for taxi to pass by and ask with a baby one year old,It's was extremely ridiculous. 7 the hotel location it's far from centre neema bay ; as its in kind of mountain ; it's very tiring to walk.

I had an amazing experience at this resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable with a massive bed, rooms were cleaned daily, upon arrival they gave us water, cups, fruit, coffee and tea satches The pool areas were beautiful, swim up bar in the quiet pool and two slides in the larger pool. Pools were cleaned daily and newly maintained. If you want to relax then definitely use the quieter pool, it was also a lot deeper than the pool with the slides so you could get a proper swim Breakfast was nice. I didn’t eat a lot at dinner time and opted to go out, if you ate at these buffet hotels before then you know what to expect when it comes to the food, jts not necessarily bad, does the job I guess. The food from room service was pretty decent though Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with professional staff who go out their way in every aspect

No WIFI in the rooms, only in the reception

clean rooms beach locations are very good helpful stuff I had to travel early due to work conditions, and the crew was cooperative and the rest of the money was refunded
