Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und punktet vor allem durch die gute Lage. Sauberkeit war super und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Von uns auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
Leider nur 2 große Handtücher für 7 Tage.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions and landmarks. There is an excellent restaurant on the ground floor of the building, and the square where the apartment is located has, in my opinion, the best pizza in town. Just a few steps away is the famous Mercato del Capo market, which makes the stay even more authentic and convenient. The apartment was excellent, and the host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2024This flat is in a wonderful location to explore all of Palermo, and the view from the balcony is exceptional. The photos do not capture it. It is well cared for and extremely clean. The host is a very nice, personable, and helpful gentleman who goes out of his way for his guests. He gave us many suggestions not just for Palermo, but for all our time in Sicily. And when we had a last minute problem with a rental car from the city center, he appeared a half hour later to give us a ride to the airport. We feel lucky to have stayed here and to have met Massimo. We hope to visit again soon

Reviewed May 29, 2024Massimo is amazing host. We were having trouble finding the place, but he was very gracious and waited for us. He was super friendly and explained all of the sights and restaurants that were within walking distance, which there were a lot of. The apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable.
I did not do enough research on this apartment to realize that it had no elevator and was four floors up and we had two large heavy pieces of luggage with us. That was my fault for not looking. Other than that everything was great.

Reviewed May 30, 2023Centrally located, Capo House is perfectly situated to allow you to see all Palermo has to offer. The vicinity of the car park was a god send and the host was exceptional. He took the time to meet us, show us to the apartment and then recommended good places to visit and eat. The apartment was clean and comfortable with the most amazing views from the balcony.
Wish there was a small washing machine.
