We had a wonderful stay at this homestay with our family, and a big reason for that was the exceptional hospitality of the host. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The location is perfect, close to the town, making it very convenient to visit nearby attractions, shops, and markets while still enjoying a peaceful environment. The food was truly one of the highlights of our stay. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and made with great care. We loved the variety and the homely taste in every dish. The host offered great value and exceptional service throughout our stay. Every need was taken care of with kindness and attention, making us feel completely at home. The homestay was also extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were spotless and comfortable, which added greatly to our overall experience. Thank you to the host for making our family trip so enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. We truly appreciate the warmth and hospitality, and we would love to come back again.

We had a comfortable and convenient stay at this accommodation. Everything was spacious, well arranged and made our stay easy and relaxing. The home cooked food was very good and added to the overall experience. Overall, a pleasant place to stay.

Considering i had injured my leg, i was looking for something on the ground floor, however this property is on the first floor. It was difficult going up the stairs. However shouldn't be a problem for folks who aren't injured. The premise doesn't have a kitchen, however the staff is accomdating enough to clean your utensils every time.

Heavily dosed with naphthalene balls. The smell was literally unbearable. Please note that naphthalene is toxic at higher levels. We woke up with headaches and nausea. There is a fitness center above the apartment. There is reverberation and repetitive sound through the ceiling in the late evening and the morning at 6.15 am approximately.

You can stay but don't expect supporting staff in this property you have to handle everything by your own, you can contact owner through your phone pantry is there no accessories there, no intercom to order food so Swiggy yourself

Het was een geweldig verblijf. De host heeft heerlijk eten en ontbijt voor ons verzorgd. Ze stond de hele tijd voor ons klaar als we iets nodig hadden. Via haar konden we bijvoorbeeld een auto regelen om Palakkad te ontdekken. Het huis was erg groot en netjes. De bedden liggen lekker en het internet werkt goed.

De douch werd niet altijd warm, klein puntje.

Calm area with a very well-maintained ambience. The hospitality was also excellent. we enjoyed our stay there at EazyHomes. totally safe for women as well.

The listing was misleading—I expected to have the entire place to myself, but it felt more like renting a room in someone’s house. Staff entered the property without knocking or prior notice, even during dinner, which made my family and I very uncomfortable. Basic amenities were lacking—there was no fridge, kitchen, or a way to store or reheat food. I also had to constantly call for essentials like towels, and often received no response. What made the experience more stressful was the repeated and excessive calls from the host—over 19 times—demanding payment, even though the payment was only due the next day based on my booking. I never refused to pay and was following the proper process by reporting my concerns through Booking.com. Despite this, I was made to feel like I had run off without settling the bill, which was both unfair and distressing. Ironically, my messages via Booking.com and text went unanswered until after I had already checked out. I have since made the full payment and would like Booking.com to handle any further communication regarding potential refunds. While the property was clean, the overall experience was uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless significant improvements are made in guest communication, privacy, and basic hospitality.

The servant could have been more generous of providing the basic requirements for a good sleep for the driver. It's not a complaint but would be helpful in the future for providing others.

The rooms were very spacious and well furnished. The hall is huge and could accommodate a lot of people if needed. The place is relatively easy to access but private parking may not be possible or the host didn't care about it. Overall, very well worth the price paid.

While my travels have taken me to over 40 countries, I've found that the hospitality in India often falls short of expectations. In this particular instance, the host's approach could have been more welcoming and engaging. For example, a warm greeting and a brief introduction to the local area would have made me feel more at ease. Furthermore, as a light sleeper, I found the morning sounds from yoga practitioners in the neighboring rooms to be somewhat disruptive.

The owners reside on the ground floor, adding a touch of homely comfort to your experience. Breakfast options are a delight for vegetarians, offering homemade meals at reasonable prices, usually served on time (a small 15-minute buffer is advisable). Don't miss their Veg Kurma, Sambar for dosa/idli, and the flavorful homemade Podi – simply delicious! The accommodation is thoughtfully designed, with two bedrooms featuring attached baths, ideal for a family of four. The rooms are equipped with ample wardrobe space, air conditioning, good ventilation, and remote-controlled fans for added convenience. The dining area, which leads to a breezy balcony, is enclosed separately and connects seamlessly with the living area. The hall is cozy, featuring a swing, comfortable seating (a sofa, two single seaters, a table, and a footstool), and a Samsung TV equipped with Hotstar, YouTube, and Netflix for entertainment. Overall, it’s a warm and well-equipped stay that’s sure to make you feel at home!

The only minor drawback is the absence of a dedicated sink for cleaning utensils if you’re traveling with small kids and carrying food, but the household help is always ready to assist.

A kitchenette area could have been added. Plus a sink to wash dishes. We found that only one part of the wardrobes out of 4 in each bedroom were usable, and the rest were locked. We did not know what was in the locked cupboards, but if it contained the personal belongings of the owner, it could lead to issues in the future.

Excellent property which is beautifully maintained and super clean. Add in the most friendly hosts and support staff which makes it a truly wonderful place to stay while you’re visiting palakkad.

The house features large, spacious rooms, including king-sized washrooms. It was neat and clean. The homeowner, Ms. Lakshmi, was very nice. They also had battery backup. The living/drawing room, equipped with a swing and a TV with extra speakers, was wonderful.

There might have been a small kitchen. I believe there's a provision for it, but one room was locked, which I suspect is the kitchen.

The property is new and impeccably maintained, with high-speed WiFi and a large TV with a speaker for all our entertainment needs. The living room swing was a highlight for us! The breakfast was delicious and very affordable, and the cleanliness of the washrooms and public areas was top-notch. Although the parking is outdoor, it felt very safe, and we could easily see our car from the rooms. The location is excellent, situated near a school and an apartment complex, close to the city and main roads leading to different cities, ensuring a very safe and convenient stay. We highly recommend Eazy Homes for anyone visiting Palakkad. This place truly deserves to be recognized as a top-tier Airbnb property!
