Reviewed Jul 7, 2026The location is right in the center of the city so it is very convenient. It is a city view, the rooms are nice and spacious and comfortable. I had an issue with the water pressure and hot water in my bathroom and they changed the room. I appreciate that they did that.
The breakfast can be improved with more prompt service and more fruit options.

The location is fine if you are looking for a place within the city. Or else, a place with proper entrance, a good car parking, good surroundings and a good running restaurant would be preferable.

Reviewed May 21, 2026My family and I had a very pleasant stay at Palcastle Regency. The property and rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff were professional, polite and helpful. Breakfast options were sufficient and satisfying. While the basement parking is a bit tight on space, I could park my SUV there with some careful maneuvering. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026It was simple. Great location. Creative and artsy. Staff responded quite quickly. Especially with our need for toilet paper which wasn't in the room.
International credit cards were not accepted. For a hotel that accepts Booking.com, I would have expected credit cards from the US or Japan to be accepted. This was the only location in India that my credit cards were not expected.

Reviewed Dec 15, 2025this is very nice hotel located in the sultanpet area of palakkad, only a short distance from the bus stop and a short auto ride from palakkad junction ( rs 120/- ).we found our rooms to be well appointed, very comfortable and spacious.the interiors were pleasingly designed particularly the ceiling and the lighting.staff were polite and helpful - gibeesh and ajay at the reception desk need to be commended.breakfast very good & we enjoyed all the items that were being served.fasamori resto cafe - on the ground level - we found tasty food and a pleasant ambience. overall we would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
