Riad Jolie

Wij voelde ons door het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel van het riad héél erg welkom. Het voelde als een bezoek aan familie in het familiehuis. Alles was tot in de puntjes georganiseerd. Het contact met de taxi chauffeur die ons bracht was al gelegd em de muntthee stond klaar. Het riad ligt perfect gelegen en binnen is het heerlijk rustig en zen. De mannen helpen je met alles! Wij voelde ons princessen! Hartelijk dank voor het fijne verblijf dat als ons thuis voelde heren! Een hele dikke aanrader om bij riad Jolie te boeken!

L établissement dispose d une localisation parfaite à deux pas de la place Jemaa el fna . La décoration est soignée . Mais surtout le personnel est aux petits soins et d une gentillesse exceptionnelle . Les propriétaires sont adorables. Un grand merci à eux et à Mohamed , hassan et Mustafa qui ont tout fait pour que notre séjour soit mémorable .

Riad bellissimo, pulito e camera quadrupla spaziosa con doccia comoda. Molto disponibile e gentile tutto il personale, ed in particolare il ragazzo della reception e della colazione.. Lo consiglio senza dubbio!

Riad molto carino, personale squisito super disponibile, il vero punto di forza di questa struttura. Posizione comodissima vicino a piazza Jemaa El Fna ma lontana dal frastuono in un luogo tranquillissimo. Sonno perfetto. Aria condizionata in camera e pulizia perfetta. Colazione abbondante e molto buona, sono disponibili anche a preparare extra e fornire pranzo al sacco per le escursioni. Super consigliato.

Il Riad Jolie è stata una piacevole sorpresa.Un ragazzo ci è venuto a prendere dal taxi e ci ha accompagnati al Riad ,appena siamo entrati ci hanno accolto con the alla menta e biscotti .Hassan e’ una persona splendida ed è pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta ,la prima cosa che mi ha detto “la mia casa è la tua casa “e mi sono veramente sentita a casa,coccolata .Il Riad è curato nei minimi dettagli ,con una bella piscina ,arredamento molto bello,la nostra camera da 4 era enorme.La colazione è varia e abbondante e soprattutto molto buona!La gentilezza l’hanno dimostrata anche tenendoci le valige fino al nostro rientro dal deserto e preparandoci una sportina di cibo per fare colazione visto che siamo partiti presto!

La struttura si trova all’interno della Medina, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale. Le stanze ampie e ben arredate con materassi molto comodi , bagno grande con ampia doccia. Colazione fantastica e varia servita in terrazza direttamente al tavolo con prodotti tipici sia salata che dolce. Il vero punto di forza del Riad Jolie è il personale, Hassan , Mohamed ,Mustafa e il nostro super autista Noureddine ci hanno trattate come delle regine, sempre gentili e disponibili nel soddisfare le nostre richieste. Attenti ai particolari, si sono accorti che una di noi compiva gli anni e a sorpresa sono arrivati con torta e candelina😃 Consigliamo vivamente questo Riad

La habitación preciosa y muy limpia. Cama cómoda y almohadas también. La terraza también me gustó mucho, pero le faltaban unas tumbonas para el sol. Después de tantos años viajando a Marruecos, me parece que tiene una ubicación excelente en la parte antigua de la ciudad, que el personal es encantador( basso y Mohamed), el desayuno, bastante completo, las instalaciones nuevas , limpias, y decorado con mucho gusto. volveremos seguro.

La piscina está muy desaprovechada porque tienen tapado el techo con un toldo y no da el sol, y demasiado cerca de la puerta de otras habitaciones.

El trato del personal, nos sentimos como en casa, la habitación y la terraza.

Ubicación excepcional. Basou y Mohamed nos atendieron estupendamente, nos ayudaron en lo que necesitamos, muy simpáticos. El desayuno estupendo.

Añadiria una cajonera o atmario en la habitación, el resto perfecto

La hospitalidad de Basou y Mohammed, hacen que te sientas como en casa, siempre atentos y dándonos recomendaciones prácticas. El riad está fenomenal, muy cuidado, tranquilo, silencioso y muy bien ubicado. La habitación para 4 personas es muy cómoda y de buen tamaño. Y el desayuno buenísimo. Muchas gracias por todo!!

O melhor do alojamento são os dois recepcionistas, principalmente o Bassou que esteve sempre disponível para nos ajudar com compras, jantares e passeios. O pequeno almoço foi sempre maravilhoso.

Abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo di 10 persone per un weekend! Che dire, è stato tutto perfetto, a partire da Hassan e i suoi collaboratori che sono stati sempre Attenti alle nostre esigenze e ci hanno aiutato in qualsiasi richiesta avessimo. La struttura è bellissima, centrale e pulita. Le stanze sono molto comode e la colazione buonissima! Super consigliato

Nulla, ha superato le mie aspettative

Soggiorno meraviglioso! Il vero valore aggiunto sono Basso e Mohamed: due persone straordinarie che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e ci hanno trasmesso tutta la bellezza della cultura locale con estrema gentilezza. ​Un consiglio per i futuri ospiti: non limitatevi a passare di qua, ma fermatevi assolutamente a prendere un tè con loro. Sono questi i momenti di vera condivisione che rendono il viaggio indimenticabile.

We had a wonderful family stay at this riad and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. From the very beginning, the experience was excellent. Before we even arrived, the team contacted us with helpful advice and supported us in finding the riad, which made our arrival much easier and made us feel well looked after. A very special thank you goes to Bassou, who was truly an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Throughout our stay he regularly checked in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. He went out of his way to help us with recommendations, booking taxis and restaurants, and even helped us buy dates when we were struggling to find them ourselves. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him. His warmth, kindness and genuine enthusiasm made our stay feel very personal, and thanks to him we felt much more connected to the culture and local experience. Our trip would not have been the same without his hospitality. We would also like to thank the waiter who served us breakfast each morning and the ladies in the kitchen. They were all very kind and attentive, especially when we mentioned that we preferred more savoury options rather than sweet. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely recommend this riad to friends and would happily stay here again.

Además de su buena ubicación y de sus instalaciones acogedoras y tradicionales, lo mejor sin duda es el excelente trato humana recibido por Mohamed y sobretodo por Basou. Nos hemos sentido como en casa, en familia. Te aconsejan desde el primer momento que llegas y no te tratan como un cliente sino como un amigo. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100% y si volvemos repetirrmod sin pensarlo.

Basou en Mohammed waren super vriendelijke medewerkers. We werden uitstekend door hun geholpen. Basou gaf ons goede tips over Marrakech. Wij als 4 meiden hebben ons erg veilig en prettig gevoeld in de Riad. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen!

Riad molto bello e accogliente, esattamente come dalle foto. Appena arrivati ci hanno accolti con il tea alla menta e dolcetti tipici marocchini. La stanza, per 4 persone, era molto grande e spaziosa. Letti comodissimi e lenzuola di qualità. Ascigamani in abbondanza grandi e confortevoli. Tutti i giorni hanno sistemato la nostra camera. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Posizione strategica, vicinissima alla piazza principale ma in una via tranquilla e facile da raggiungere. Vicino anche alle fermate degli autobus e taxi. Il riad offre vari servizi e organizza escursioni. Un ringraziamento speciale a Hassan, Basso e Mohamed che ci hanno coccolati per tutto il soggiorno. Gentilissimi, hanno sottisfatto tutte nostre necessità mostrandosi sempre accoglienti e disponibili. Sicuramente un' ottima scelta.

L' unico suggerimento che possiamo dare è di aumentare l' illuminazione della stanza.

Nuestra estancia en el Riad ha sido inmejorable. Tanto Hassan como Basso y Mohamed te hacen sentir en tu propia casa y te dan todas las facilidades y atenciones que necesitas en todo momento. El desayuno maravilloso y completo. Tienen una terraza exterior muy agradable que nosotros no pudimos disfrutar por el tiempo. El Riad está ubicado muy cerca de una calle principal donde puedes llegar en coche/taxi. Además estuvieron pendientes de cuando llegábamos y salieron a recogernos para ayudarnos con nuestro equipaje Repetiría sin ninguna duda

Quizás falta luz natural en la habitación.

La ubicación, las instalaciones, muy bonito, y el excelente servicio del personal, muy amables.

We spend in Riad two nights and it was our first experience in Morocco, everybody was so kind and helpful, especially Muhammad and Basso, they made our arrival to Morocco very beautiful. Riad is clean, cozy and good located in medina. Very recommended! ✨

Todo el personal súper amable, especialmente Muhammad y Basso y las dos mujeres encargadas de la limpieza y cocina, un 10+ para todos ellos🤩. Te ayudan y facilitan todo y te hacen sentir como en casa. El Riad de primera, excepcional👍🏼, precioso, limpio, seguro y excelente ubicación. Volveré a repetir. La bomba de calor no calentaba el cuarto de baño.

La posizione e la colazione ottima compresa nel prezzo e la gentilezza dello staff sono un tocco in più alla struttura accogliente.Noi avevamo la camera quadrupla che era molto grande e arredata con gusto e dava direttamente sulla piscina che era molto bella da vedere anche se non l'abbiamo sfruttata.

Se devo dire qualcosa l'illuminazione della camera potrebbe essere migliorata

Estaba ubicado en buen sitio, muy cerca a la plaza, los chicos que nos atendieron en el riad fueron muy atentos desde principio a fin, ayudándonos con recomendaciones y demás cosas.

En general todo es perfecto: la ubicación, habitaciones amplias, limpias y confortables. Gran desayuno típico marroquí y personal muy amable y atento. Mohamed y Basó fueron muy atentos y profesionales

Het personeel dat is is een woord gewoon geweldig! Mohamed en Yousef zijn echt de beste wij zijn daar behandeld als koningin en dan niet te vergeten onze taxi chauffeur nordin die ook werk voor het hotel . Beter en liever kon gewoon niet . Wij zijn van ze gaan houden . Ook hassan de baas mag niet vergeten worden zo lief en zo behulpzaam met echt alles wij hebben zorgeloos genoten omdat alles voor ons geregeld werd wat we maar wilden .

Well located for exploring the Medina, 5 minutes from the main square. Tastefully decorated, with all home from home comforts. Great rest areas in the inside courtyard as well as the rooftop were the breakfast is served every morning. We used it for relaxing in the evenings too. Great setting to take in the day and escape the hustle and bustle of the Medina. The staff were beyond amazing- warm, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, caring, attentive. Nothing was too much. Everyone went above and beyond. We had such a good time and unforgettable experience. Thank you all. The breakfast served each morning was fresh and delicious with plenty of options to cater for all tastes. On the day we went on a day trip, we had a packed/take away breakfast that the team have happily prepared and had it ready for us early in the morning; same for our departure to the airport. What a great touch. We felt very well looked after. We also had a traditional menu dinner on the first evening (the soup, salad, tagine, dessert, tea). If you get a chance, give it a go - well worth it and excellent example of fresh home cooking. All in all - what a gem and we will be recommending it for anyone visiting Marrakech and if we get an opportunity to return, we will not hesitate to stay again. The Riad made our stay and we are cannot thank enough the whole Team working there.

The location is good, very close to Djemaa el FNA. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The bedroom is a good size, but bathroom is very small. There is no shower curtain so the water splashes outside every time one showers. There is no closet or place to hang clothes in the bedroom. I booked the hotel through Bookings.com. Instead of charging the price given to me by Bookings, they added Bookings' commission to the final price. I have never had this in any other place. Usually once checked in, Bookings would just charge the credit card used to make the reservation at the quoted price.

Good valuta for the money and central location. Also located to a quiet street which was nice. Good serviceminded staff who were also helpfull with arranging local tours.

Pool could have been more clean. Smelled like cloak in the bathroom if it wasn't freshly aired (however it probably does in most Riads since it is old buildings and sewer systems).

We loved staying at Riad Jolie. You can’t beat the location and price. The staff were so kind and helpful with anything we needed - cabs, food, recommendations. Someone in our group had food poisoning and they brought her rice and a banana to help her feel better. The breakfast was such a highlight as well! We couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

The people is really good, well service and helpfull all the time with no limite. Make you feel at home.

The space at the room and at the bathroom will be a little bit better. They changed us to a bigger room. Thanks for that.

The place was so clean and beautiful, and it was located just a minute away from the big square which made it very easy to get around. The breakfast was also excellent and the staff was very nice :)

The riad is very well situated; very close to all the places to visit in Marrakesh. The staff is extremely pleasant and really goes out of their way to please the guests.

My 2 college best friends and I stayed here (we are 20/21 years old) and we felt so safe and had the most amazing experience!! Yassine and Hassan are so kind and thoughtful. Everyone made us feel so cared for and welcome! They even brought us an umbrella to use because we didn’t have one and it was raining! Really went the extra mile!

This riad was a great jumping off spot for exploring Marrakesh. We slept comfortably. The amenities and breakfast were good. The staff was very accommodating!
