Great pool and atmosphere, but room standards need improvement. The hotel makes a very good first impression: lively vibes, attractive common areas, a large beautiful pool and a convenient location.

The room, however, did not match the design shown on Booking.com and had poor soundproofing. The bed moved noticeably when sitting on it. A worn towel, no towel replacement, used glasses left uncleaned, and tea/coffee supplied only on the first day. The concept is appealing, but room quality and service need more attention.

Personnels très gentils et accueillant ! L’hôtel est super beau. Petit déjeuner très bien. Séjour trop court pour moi, c’était une belle surprise. Au personnels de l’hôtel, n’hésitez pas nous rentre visites à Paris ☺️

Very modern, breakfast was great and so was the bar. I didn’t realise it was a party hotel before booking and is predominantly German guests. Fine by me but might not be what everyone else is after. Room was a good size with new fixtures and fittings, also had a nice balcony.

The area is notorious for thriving. It really really bad. I was mugged. Staff didn’t really seem bothered or much help. It had happened to tons of people in the area. So be extra extra careful out and around the hotel. There’s a huge problem with it in the area the police had told me. This is also a VERY noisy hotel. All nightlong people coming in from partying, they gave me earplugs at checking and now I know why. Again, I can manage but I’m sure for some people it would have ruined the trip. The walls are paper thin so just be weary.

Het beviel totaal niet. De accommodatie lijkt totaal niet op het beeld dat jullie (en zij) tonen. De oordoppen staan al klaar naast t bed, de vloer in de badkamer had gaten. Het eten(apart van het ontbijt) haal je op met een pieper (alsof je bij de Mac Donalds zit. Normaal check ik reviews maar nu niet gedaan omdat wij er van overtuigd waren (door online) dat Caramelo deel uit maakt van een keten, waar we vorig jaar waren in Griekenland. Dat was hartstikke tof. Dit was echt absoluut niet wat we hadden verwacht. Super teleurgesteld, we zijn uit ellende eerder vertrokken.

Zie online versus realiteit. Je zit midden tussen de betonblokken. Het groen en het lichte interieur klopt niet.

Badezimmertür war eine Holzverschlagtür wie im Wilden Westen. Frühstück mit inbegriffen aber Latte musste man extra zahlen.

DJ direkt am Pool. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal.

I could write a book but why bother. My rating and comments may only apply to this one room, it's possible the others were better (I didn't see any others). It was brutally overpriced due to the eclipse crowd which only may the poor quality of this room even more painful to stay in.

Bad mit Baulichen Mängeln, falsch montierter Abfluss der Duschemalie, dadurch wurde das Zimmer unter Wasser gesetzt. Kein Kaltwasseranschluss am Waschbecken

Good location, nice staff. The rooms are clean.

The apartment faces the pool area, where music is played until quite late in the evening, although after some time it did stop. The beds are located close to the entrance door, so you can often hear people walking past the apartment. The beds themselves are comfortable, but unfortunately, the bed frames make a lot of creaking noises with every movement, which can be quite disturbing during the night.

Das Zimmer wurde leider nur mäßig gereinigt. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass sich die Staubschicht auf den Kleiderbügeln am Folgetag nach der angeblichen Reinigung noch exakt in gleicher Stärke befand. Das Zimmer selbst war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, was grundsätzlich noch verkraftbar gewesen wäre, wenn es zumindest sauber gewesen wäre. Das absolute I-Tüpfelchen unseres Aufenthalts waren jedoch zwei Schaben, die am Vorabend unserer Abreise aus dem Abfluss der Dusche geklettert sind. Das war für uns leider der endgültige Tiefpunkt des Aufenthalts. Insgesamt waren wir daher von der Sauberkeit und dem Zustand des Zimmers sehr enttäuscht.

Das Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein. Für eine Nacht ok, aber nicht für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Der Pool ist ab 19 Uhr gesperrt. Preisleistung hat hier leider nicht gestimmt.

Le petit déjeuner était complet et varié. L’accès à la piscine et les transat.

Les chambres sont petite. L’hôtel a uniquement des lits simples qui ne sont pas confortable. Les chambres sont mal insonorisé. (On entend le réveil de la chambre voisine)

Location was good

I had a very bad experience here. It was full of German teens / young 20s having massive parties so it was super busy and noisy. When I arrived I asked for a room not on lower floor because of the noise as I had an early flight. They said they were full. When I turned the shower on in the room, it immediately floods the very tiny room. The cleaners then came and opened the drains which stank. The man at reception then finally gave me a different room after I complained and some credit at the bar for a drink which was kind but the whole experience was a bit traumatic.

das hotel hatte mehrere stromausfälle. diverse wasserschäden mehrere tage. 1 Lift ist komplett ausgefallen Von zwei Lifte also lange wartezeit musste oft in den 5Stock laufen.Durch den stromausfall gab es auch keine getränke zum kaufen deswegen mussten wir dies auswärts kaufen und an den pool nehmen und wurden dan von badmeister dumm angemacht. Im 5 stock war alles komplett nass decken ,boden und Wänden. Der boden war extrem rutschig dadurch, an der decke hat sich schon schimmel gebildet.

Zu der Zeit war es sehr heiß auf Mallorca und die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert. Zudem gab es schwarzen Schimmel im Badezimmer und die Toilette war im ganzen locker, sodass man sie verrücken konnte. Im allgemeinen war es auch nicht sauber.

La blatta enorme in bagno, l'assenza di insonorizzazione (si sentiva starnutire il vicino distintamente), il prezzo alto, un solo ascensore per una struttura di sei piani

Die Lage ist sehr gut 5 Minuten zum Strand und 5 Minuten und man ist direkt in der Schinkenstrasse, trotzdem sehr ruhig im Hotel. Super tolles Frühstücksbuffet und sehr abwechslungsreich.

Hotel leek absoluut niet op de foto’s. Kamer was heel verouderd. Echt een “catfish hotel”.

Apesar de se notar que o hotel é antigo nota se tambem que sofreu uma drástica remodelação para tornar o mesmo mais moderno, o que acho que foi bem sucedida. A zona da piscina é espectacular, varias camas e a piscina esta sempre limpa e é muito grande, o que é um ponto favorável dado o numero de hospedes. O pequeno almoco é de uma qualidade muito boa para um hotel de 3*, tem muita variedade, tem imensas comidas feitas na hora a pedido e é muito completo. Destaco tambem a simpatia dos funcionários, especialmente da receção do turno da manha, pois tivemos alguns contratempos e arranjaram logo soluções e uma compensação dado o episódio. Destaco o funcionário Brandon do turno da noite na rececao pois foi impecavel a ajudar na mudanca de quarto, na questao das baratas e arranjar uma ventoinha para o novo quarto apesar de ser insuficiente

A limpeza nos quartos deixa um pouco a desejar, mas apos reclamarmos o nosso quarto esteve sempre limpo e arrumado, devido a senhora loira do housekeeping que nao sei o nome, do piso 6 que apos fazermos as nossas queixas, deixava sempre o nosso quarto limpo e arrumado. Na primeira noite encontramos baratas no quarto, mudamos de quarto, no quarto seguinte o ac nao funcionava e a falta de limpeza era notória, com a ajuda da booking e do pessoal da rececao da manha mudamos novamente de quarto. Acho importante uma desbaratizacao no hotel, pois ouvimos mais queixas e manutenção nos ac, pois dado o calor é impossível estar no quarto sem ele.

Breakfast with good choice; location good - close to the beach and on the way out to get out quickly too.

Well, Temperatures in Mallorca were highest of the season so far and air conditioning couldn't cope, I get it however I don't believe its the first time and not willing to sort the problem was disappointing; Room temperature was 28C all day and night constantly which was making not enjoyable at all specifically at night. Presence of loud song guests didn't helped either. Had to ask for a fan which should be provided without asking but it didn't make any difference. Nice weather and closing the pool at 7 ?! No parking, find yourself a place on the street which is hit and miss. I'll not be back for sure. And overall this area of island is rather to avoid unless you 16 and enjoy tat (benidorm combined with Blackpool and on steroids all together ) - never again :)

die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig aber stylish eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem, im Bad gibt es Pflegemittel und einen Föhn, es gibt eine Klimaanlage, TV und einen Safe im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist sensationell es bleibt kein Wunsch offen.

Die Klimaanlage war nicht so easy zu regulieren, es ist etwas hellhörig, wenn die Türen geschmissen werden. Der Badehandtuchtausch wird mit 2,00 Euro berechnet.

Une seule nuit très courte passée dans cette établissement, difficile de juger en dehors de l' emplacement qui est très bien et de la soi disant climatisation qui est quasi inexistante !

La climatisation qui n'en est pas une ! Impossible de dormir tellement il faisait chaud dans la chambre !

Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut und frisch. Der Pool war sehr schön und die Liegen dort auch sehr bequem und es war insgesamt eine gut Abwechslung zum Meer. Auch die tagsüber erhältlichen Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr gut und es gab eine tolle Auswahl.

Es gab lediglich ein kleines Kissen und leider haben wir auf Nachfrage auch kein weiteres erhalten. Zudem waren die anderen Gäste leider manchmal nachts laut.

Hotel liegt gut und ruhig gelegen. Schönen Ambiente. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

Not much. The pool photos make the hotel look wayyyy nicer than it is. My room felt like a jail cell, I barely had space to open my luggage, the water was crazy hot, and the shower tiny. The hotel conversion was very very cheaply and poorly done.

Große Auswahl und vernünftige Qualität im hauseigenen Restaurant (Frühstück Buffet, Mittag und Abendessen a la carte). Sehr schöne Liegen am Pool. Barangebot groß und in absolut akzeptablen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand und Ballermann 6.

Keine Möglichkeit das Frühstück abzubestellen oder eher zu frühstücken (aufgrund CheckOut).

Einzelzimmer war echt vom Standard sehr „einfach“ eher Substandard

Alles könnte ein bisschen besser sein Im Vergleich zum Caramelo in Magaluf günstiger aber das spürt man auch

Zu teuer Habe auf ein DZ geupgradet da die Einzelzimmer viel zu klein sind.

La pisicina

El hotel es muy viejo y mal cuidado, las habitaciones son viejas, en mal estado y sin cuidar. Las paredes son muy delgadas, a parte del ruido de la calle y las fiestas, escuchábamos la televisión de la habitación de al lado. Luego a la hora de hacer la salida del hotel que era a las 11:00, estábamos desayunando y recibí 9 llamadas a mi móvil personal desde recepción diciendo que tenía que dejar la habitación ya de malas formas. Habían pasado 5 minutos de las 11:00h

Die Klimaanlage hat in 4 von 5 Zimmern nicht funktioniert an Schlaf bei 28 Grad Zimmertemperatur nicht zu denken. Viktor am Empfang hat ständig vertröstet ein Manager würde kommen und sich kümmern. Ist nicht passiert. Ein Techniker kam in ein Zimmer um zu bestätigen die Klimaanlage sei kaputt. Viktor erzählte uns dann dass das bei komplett allen Zimmern der Fall ist die weiter außen liegen da die Klimaanlage für das Objekt zu schwach ist. Was soll sowas? Zimmer und Flur wirklich ziemlich runtergekommen

- slechte hygiëne - betalen voor handdoeken aan het zwembad - onbeleefd personeel - heel veel lawaai in de gangen - geen nachtrust - je kan alles door de muren horen - kamers werden niet grondig gekuist - nog nooit zo moe geweest op vakantie door onvoldoende nachtrust door het kabaal - elke nacht ging er een alarm in de gangen af om 6u ‘s ochtends - catfish hotel - badkamer was niet proper - ligbedjes aan het zwembad waren niet proper - een hotel voor enkel Duitsers

Pool Area looked nice but didn’t stay long enough

It was a party hotel full of male football groups. We arrived to see groups of mainly German/dutch men drinking and smoking outside the entrance. All the rooms were directly off the corridor and paper thin walls and doors. Doors were banging and there was shouting singing in the corridors regularly through the night. No rest or sleep at all. The rooms were dated and the corridors and lifts were scruffy and dirty. We caught bad coughs from 1 night with the aircon. After complaining at reception at 3am we returned again at 7am The reception staff were apologetic and we cancelled the rest of our stay with refunds. There was no way we were staying there or staying in any of their sister hotels. On checking from the first night, another coach load of men checked in. The breakfast looked like the worst buffet breakfast I have ever seen. The pricing of this hotel is way too high. The reception staff were very kind and the manager was sympathetic. They did take the time with us to help us book another hotel and map us tourist destinations. We appreciated their hospitality with this.

Das Frühstück war bombastisch- eine Topauswahl. Großer Pool mit anständigen Liegen.

Nous avions pris un hôtel only adult pour avoir du calme mais finalement l'hôtel n'était pas adapté à nos attentes. DJ toute la journée au bord de la piscine et les jeunes adultes jouent au ballon dans la piscine impossible de nager. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Le réceptionniste nous a dépanné avec un ventilateur.

Si lo que se busca es desconectar y tener una estancia en Mallorca tranquila este no es el sitio adecuado. Hay que tener en cuenta que el hotel está plagado únicamente de jóvenes extranjeros escandalosos, las habitaciones no son para nada insonoras, cualquier mínimo ruido lo escuchas como si fuese en tu propia habitación, el aire acondicionado funciona muy de aquella manera y no es ajustable, las instalaciones no están limpias, ducha con moho y varios elementos rotos. Incluso ha habido un momento que nos han picado los de mantenimiento para preguntar que si nos estábamos duchando porque habían goteras abajo. La ubicación tampoco es la más acertada, en las calles no verás a los locales y al anochecer empieza una vida nocturna incluso en la misma calle del hotel que no es nada agradable a la vista. Podría seguir comentando muchos más detalles porque no ha tenido nada de bueno este hotel.
