Unser Zimmer war nicht bezugsfertig zum Check In und es war 02.30 Uhr in der Nacht. Uns wurde kein anderes Zimmer gegeben und uns wurde angeboten, das Bett selber zu beziehen oder in der Lobby zu schlafen. Dann wurde unser Zimmer am nächsten Morgen immer noch nicht sauber gemacht und wir mussten nochmal nachfragen. Wir haben die Nacht zu 4. in einem Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten verbringen müssen. Als wir nach einer Entschädigung fragten, wurde uns gesagt, dass der Mann erzählte, er hätte uns ein Zimmer angeboten, wir wollten es aber nicht. Das war dann auch noch gelogen, was die 4 Personen unserer Gruppe bezeugen können. Kein einziger Mensch würde, wenn er mitten in der Nacht feststellt, dass sein Zimmer vergessen wurde zu reinigen, bevorzugen, zu 4. in zwei Einzelbetten zu schlafen, als ein sauberes zweites Zimmer zu bekommen.

Щодня прибирали ,завжди було чисто і охайно,не дивлячись на те ,що номери не дуже нові,за свою ціну все було прекрасно,кондиціонер працював,сніданки одноманітні,але за 5 днів перебування,всеодно була змога скомбінувати собі смачний сніданок,є можливість пообідати на території готелю,все було свіже і смачне,жінка яка заселяла нас була дуже приємною і інший персонал також.

Stendino con fili per stendere la roba - Pranzo molto buono e con prezzi nella media, anche i drink sono buoni - Possibilità di noleggiare la macchina direttamente dall’hotel, parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Se decidete di alloggiare qui, considerate di doverlo fare. - Vicinanza all’aeroporto, 9 min di macchina circa €20/23 in taxi, chiamato direttamente da loro

- Manca il frigo nella camera, considerate di spendere €6/7 in due al giorno per avere dell’acqua fresca, errore mio che non ho controllato - Camere con allestimento economy da 2 stelle e non 3, hanno solo letti singoli e non è previsto comunque l’allestimento matrimoniale su due letti uniti. I cuscini sono bassissimi, ho dovuto chiederne altri per dormire se rischiare la cervicale. - Muri di carta pesta: in bagno potete sentire chiaramente i discorsi, i canti e la musica dei vicini. In camera invece sentite tutto dalle camere accanto e dal corridoio. Non è un problema se avete vicini educati, per me lo è stato per 7 notti su 9 dove avevo una comitiva che se la raccontava alle h2.30 di notte nei corridoi e scherzava bussandosi a vicenda sulle porte, peccato che sembrasse che stessero bussando a me. - Bagno: il soffione (che non funzionava) spesso si staccava dal muro inclinandosi in avanti, il doccino arrivava ad un altezza tale da non poter rimanere in posizione eretta, scomodissima. - Pulizia camere: una volta mi hanno aperto la porta alle 8 del mattino, bussando leggermente. Dalla notte successiva ho iniziato a mettere il tagliando in anticipo. - 1 solo ascensore per gestire tutto l’hotel, lento e con sistema di chiamata discutibile - Zona: il mare non è cristallino come vedevo dalle foto e la zona è piena di locali tedeschi, non pensavo fosse un problema ma questo comporta: strade sporche, locali prettamente turistici e poco tipici, pieno di ragazzini alcolizzati già dall’orario di cena. Con il senno di poi avrei scelto un’altra zona.

The breakfast was good, although it could have been a little more varied from day to day. We also had dinner at the hotel across the street, which was absolutely excellent! The beach is only about an 8–10 minute walk away, the pool was clean and nice, and the rooms were kept clean. The bus stop right in front of the hotel is also a big advantage, making it easy to get around and reach different places.

However, the hotel is quite outdated and definitely needs some renovation. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. This is a serious issue, especially in such hot weather — you can’t even keep a bottle of water cold! A small fridge in every room would make a huge difference. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but these are definitely areas that could be improved.

Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to the price of the hotel. In my opinion, the hotel was significantly overpriced and did not offer enough for what we paid. The double beds kept separating during the night, which was quite uncomfortable. Towels are changed only every three days, with the explanation that we were staying on an island. If you want a fresh towel before then, you have to pay an additional €1, which I find unnecessary, especially considering the price of the accommodation. The hotel also has a gym, but unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, and the whole area looked as if it had not been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. This left a rather poor impression. I probably would not have had as many complaints if the hotel had not been so expensive. When a hotel charges such a high price, I expect a higher standard of comfort, cleanliness, and service.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was below our expectations, and we encountered several disappointing issues during our stay. When we arrived at the hotel from the airport, the reception was very poor, and we did not feel welcomed or properly treated by the reception staff. We also had an unpleasant experience with a staff member named Daniel. His attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional, and the way he spoke to us was rude and inappropriate. This made us feel very uncomfortable. The beds were very light and unstable, and they moved and shook easily. They did not feel solid or comfortable at all. The breakfast was very basic and below average, with limited variety and quality. It was much less than what we expected from a hotel of this standard. On the positive side, the pool was quite nice, although this was one of the few positive aspects of our stay. Finally, there was no sea view, which was also disappointing. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience and expected a much better level of service, hospitality, and quality.

El personal del hotel en general es amable y colaborador, me gustó que está cerca a la playa 10 minutos caminando, hay muy cerca parada de bus a 3 minutos caminando, es una zona tranquila y tiene algunos negocios cercanos, en general todo estuvo bien.

DON’T GO THERE!!! This hotel alone can ruin your entire vacation. It turned what should have been a relaxing trip into the worst vacation I’ve ever had. Considering how expensive it is, the experience was completely unacceptable. On our last day, the hotel lost power completely. We were unable to sleep because the air conditioning stopped working, and the room became unbearably hot. At breakfast, many basic amenities, including tea, coffee, and several other items, were unavailable due to the power outage. In addition, the elevators were not working, so we had to walk up and down three or four flights of stairs every time. On top of that, the hotel’s cleanliness and overall condition did not match the photos or the description shown on Booking.com. Because of the power outage, we were unable to use many of the hotel’s facilities. We couldn’t even charge our phones. Even worse, the water supply was also cut off, meaning we couldn’t flush the toilet or even take a shower. For the price this hotel charges, this level of service is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Klimaanlage hat 2 mal nicht funktioniert und es kam sofort jemand zur Hilfe.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Vor allem die Churros haben mein Herz erobert. Zum Abendessen sind wir in das benachbarte Hotel gegangen, und auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal hat uns gut gefallen – alle waren sehr freundlich und halfen uns, wenn es irgendwelche Probleme gab. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Atmosphäre war toll und hat uns gut gefallen.

Im Zimmer fehlten kleine Details wie beispielsweise ein Zahnbürstenhalter oder eine Seifenschale. Auch wenn das Zimmer an sich sauber war, wirkte es doch sehr nüchtern und es fehlten Details, die es gemütlich gemacht hätten.

La posizione della struttura è molto buona per la movida serale e i ragazzi della reception sono stati molto cordiali, mi hanno rilasciato anche un omaggio finale ,ma questo non ripaga mezza vacanza buttata.

Su un soggiorno totale di 4 giorni, per ben due giornate siamo rimasti totalmente al buio a causa di un prolungato blackout (dalle 17:00 a tarda serata). Risultato: niente aria condizionata, niente TV e, cosa gravissima, niente doccia né acqua calda. A questo si aggiunge una scarsa manutenzione generale, con pezzi di intonaco staccati lungo le scale. Ma la cosa peggiore è stata la gestione: la struttura se ne è completamente fregata della nostra condizione, rifiutando qualsiasi rimborso economico per i due giorni di invivibilità della stanza. Un disagio assoluto gestito con totale indifferenza commerciale.

A very big disadvantage was the noise that was in the hotel in the evening even after midnight, many teenagers or over 18 years old which made it absolutely impossible to sleep, which is a big disadvantage. the pool bazin has a very bad schedule it only works from 11:00/to 20:00 very short. The prices in the hotel bar are a bit high.

Jestem bardzo miło zaskoczona pobytem w tym hotelu. Śniadania były pyszne i oferowały bardzo duży wybór – każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie i na pewno nikt nie wyjdzie głodny. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa baru przy basenie. Kolacje również były bardzo smaczne, mimo że serwowane były w restauracji oddalonej o zaledwie kilka metrów od hotelu. Dodatkowym atutem jest świetna lokalizacja – do plaży można dojść spacerem w kilka minut. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel!

Abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo con un festival crucco quindi atmosfera rumorosa. Siamo stati disturbati in piena notte da tedeschi ubriachi che ci hanno quasi sfondato la porta ( con la camera accanto ci sono riusciti ) abbiamo chiamato in reception ma nessuno ha fatto niente, il giorno dopo lo abbiamo comunicato nuovamente, chi aveva preso servizio non aveva avuto feedback ,si è limitato a controllare i danni al piano ma nessuno ha fatto qualcosa in nostro favore. A qualunque ora si sentiva vomitare ,quindi camere con pareti sottili. La tv funziona male.

Wir waren nun schon das 11.Mal [ seit 11 Jahren ausser Coronajahr] in diesem Hotel. Preis /Leistung stimmt.

Jedes Mal müssen wir die quitschenden Räder unten an den Betten abmontieren lassen. Wir mussten auch Tag und Nacht die Balkontür auflassen, da sonst ein stockender Geruch aufstieg.

Frühstück war gut, Lage ok, Sauberkeit prima, Personal zuvorkommend.

Restaurant hatte abends geschlossen!! Daher musste ich mit meinem gehbehinderten (Schwerbehinderung) Ehemann abends ein Restaurant sucheen und unter Schwierigkeiten dort hin gehen. Nicht so erholsam!

We were extremely disappointed by our experience around the pool area. As a group of four, our intention was to spend our days by the pool, enjoying drinks, food, and making full use of the hotel’s facilities. Unfortunately, that changed after an unnecessary and unpleasant interaction with a member of staff. I was told by the pool bar attendant that I could not finish my ice cream, despite having only a few bites left. Rather than applying a bit of common sense and customer service, the situation was handled in a rude and abrupt manner. It wasn’t the rule itself that bothered us most, but the tone and lack of judgement shown. The encounter left such a negative impression that we chose to take our business elsewhere for the remainder of our holiday. As a result, the hotel lost out on several days’ worth of food and drink purchases from our group. Good customer service is about communication and discretion. Sadly, on this occasion, both were lacking. A little courtesy and common sense would have gone a long way.

Das einzig gute war die Lage!

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Don Miguel Playa vom 21.05. bis 26.05. war eine einzige Enttäuschung und geprägt von mangelnder Organisation, unfreundlichem Personal und einem völlig inakzeptablen Umgang mit berechtigten Beschwerden. Bereits Monate vor unserer Anreise hatte ich über Booking.com sowie zusätzlich per E-Mail mit dem Hotel abgeklärt, dass eine dritte Person mit uns reisen wird und wir ein Zustellbett benötigen. Am 16.01. erhielt ich vom Hotel die schriftliche Bestätigung, dass dies möglich sei. Die zusätzlichen Kosten wurden mir mitgeteilt, ich stimmte diesen zu und erhielt daraufhin die Bestätigung. Für mich war die Angelegenheit damit eindeutig geklärt. Als wir jedoch in der Nacht vom 21. auf den 22.05. gegen 1 Uhr im Hotel ankamen, behauptete der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption plötzlich, von all dem nichts zu wissen. Trotz Vorlage der E-Mails interessierte ihn das überhaupt nicht. Statt nach einer Lösung zu suchen, bekamen wir lediglich die Aussage, dass wir das am nächsten Morgen mit der Chefin klären müssten. Auf die berechtigte Frage, wo die dritte Person in dieser Nacht schlafen solle, zuckte er lediglich mit den Schultern. Weder ein Zustellbett noch zusätzliche Bettwäsche konnten angeblich organisiert werden. Besonders erschreckend war dabei nicht nur die völlige Gleichgültigkeit gegenüber dem Problem, sondern auch die herablassende Art des Mitarbeiters. Statt Verständnis zu zeigen, machte er spöttische Bemerkungen über unsere Verärgerung. Letztendlich stellte sich heraus, dass wir tatsächlich ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer erhalten hatten. Das Problem lag also offensichtlich in der internen Organisation des Hotels. Anstatt sich für die entstandene Situation zu entschuldigen, wurden wir jedoch behandelt, als hätten wir etwas falsch gemacht. Der nächste Vorfall war noch gravierender. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren täglich Reinigungskräfte im Zimmer.

Stayed here for six nights and got a great price booking direct with the hotel. Check in was excellent and handed taxi receipt and fare was refunded to us (more on this later). Hotel itself and room was spotless and throughout our stay staff although had limited English were great and the other reviews moaning about it being very German didn’t bother us at all as the other guests were very polite to us as well. We stayed B&B and every morning the breakfasts had a good selection of hot and cold food and a cracking coffee machine as well. On checking out the hotel ordered and pre paid our taxi to the airport which arrived promptly and we thanked reception for a nice stay. Now for the bad bits! There are A4 posters everywhere about this and that ( see photos ) which I get due to hotel policies but we do like to lounge around the pool on our stays but the restriction on bringing in food and drink from outside the hotel around the pool meant we didn’t sit round the pool much as at 4.5 euros for a beer seemed a bit too much but I do agree with the policy of people not taking food and drinks from the restaurant because that really impacts on the cost to the hotel. Now coming back to the taxi fare our booking direct with the hotel stated that return fares would be paid by the hotel upon receipts didn’t make sense to me. We booked the six nights for 255 euros bed and breakfast and our taxis cost 45 euros so our stay cost to the hotel was 210 euros, I would suggest the hotel ditches the free taxis option but instead probably introduce a 10% maybe 20% discount on food and drink from the bar area to be consumed around the pool as we would have spent more in the hotel and around the pool. Overall a good stay and would probably stay again if these changes were implemented.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war nachts, als wir angereist sind sehr freundlich.

Die Zimmer waren leider sehr heruntergekommen und teilweise stark beschädigt. Das gesamte Hotel ist extrem hellhörig und wirkt insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig. Auch der Türrahmen im Zimmer war komplett beschädigt. Das Personal am Pool war teilweise unfreundlich. Absolutes No-Go war jedoch, dass man sein eigenes Wasser am Pool nicht trinken durfte und stattdessen gezwungen wurde, Getränke ausschließlich an der Hotelbar zu kaufen. Für den günstigen Preis ist das Hotel zwar akzeptabel, allerdings findet man direkt am Ballermann für wenig mehr Geld deutlich bessere Hotels.

Hotel molto bello, colazione a buffet con scelta varia e tutto molto buono (presente anche latte senza lattosio o avena). Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Zona ricca di ristoranti e bar. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale.

Terrible place. Staff are really rude and it’s so unclean. I would never go back here. The room was crawling with bed bugs and we had to move hotels.

Die beiden Damen am Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl ich die Zimmer versehentlich nur für eine Person gebucht hatte, konnten wir die zweite Person ohne Aufpreis hinzufügen, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Für einen Partyurlaub ist das Hotel insgesamt in Ordnung.

Die Zimmer sind allerdings eher schlicht, nicht besonders schön und nur einfach ausgestattet. Das Bett ist äußerst unkomfortabel. Besonders negativ aufgefallen ist uns jedoch das Verhalten eines etwas älteren Mitarbeiters des Frühstücksbuffets. Wir wurden dort äußerst respektlos und in keiner Weise gastfreundlich behandelt. Der Tonfall und die Art des Umgangs waren unangemessen und haben bei uns einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen. Gerade in einem Hotel (auch, wenn es eher als Partyhotel genutzt wird) erwartet man einen höflichen und professionellen Umgang mit Gästen, was hier leider überhaupt nicht der Fall war. Zusätzlich fanden wir die Regel, dass keine mitgebrachten Getränke mit aufs Zimmer genommen werden dürfen, unnötig und wenig kundenfreundlich. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel daher absolut nicht weiterempfehlen und auf keinen Fall wiederkommen!

Très mauvaise literie, les murs trop fin car on entend tout un tas de bruits la nuit..... les chambres sont propres. Beaucoup d'allemand qui font la fête et ne s'occupent pas des autres. Dommage aussi qu'il faille aller dîner dans l'hôtel d'en face et peu diversifié.
