Por ser no nível da rua, a luz dos faróis dos carros passava pela janela e iluminava o quarto durante a noite. Reservei como um hotel, mas não havia serviço de limpeza incluído.

Location of property was perfect for getting around the monuments, cafes, supermarket, public transport and taxis. The facilities are 100%. The communication was excellent from property management throughout my stay.

Noise carried from apartment above mine 2 days into a peaceful stay. Difficult to sleep. Maybe owners can advise other guests to keep the noise down. This was the only issue.

El apartamento está muy bien, el aire acondicionado era magnífico.. que tenga lavadora y secadora es súper útil. Y el personal de limpieza espectacular, súper atentos.

Good location

We didn't see anyone. We had enter with code. The air smelled of mold and dampness. Otherwise, the apartment looked like it does in the picture. We also did not like the fact that we had to ask for the towels to be replaced. Clean towels were simply brought in, while the dirty towels that had been left on the floor were not even collected and were left there in the apartment. We entered the clean apartment, but the apartment had not been cleaned at all when we arrived.

Apartment is well situated, beautifully constructed and furnished very comfortably.

The balconies are tiny.

Lovely cute apartment in the old town within easy walking distance to all of Seville along cobbled alleyways. Very chill, pretty clean city. Highly recommend visiting Seville. Easy 20 min walk from the train station. Instructions were sent for entry and apartment code, easy to understand. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and quiet at night. Supermarket is close by.

The apartment was well equiped, clean and very comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance to attractions.

When cars drive over a sewer plate outside on the street it creates a thudding noise which reverberates through the plumbing of the ground floor apartment. It is constant as there are many cars passing on the street. Suggest earplugs to sleep.

The apartment was really lovely and spacious. It was great having a kitchen and washing machine

the bedroom faces directly onto the street and you can hear the clunking of the cars going by during the night.

Het appartement was echt top, locatie ook. We hebben wel een fiets gehuurd zodat we makkelijk overal naartoe konden.

Beautiful space, lot of windows to get fresh air in. Pretty private space. Facilities are all updated and nice.

Although there is no reception the staff on the phone responded excellently and quickly to an issue I had and were extremely helpful to sort out a self inflicted problem.

Ein kleines Küchenmesser und ein Spültuch wäre schön. Die Türen der Küche klemmen und müssten nachgestellt werden. Salz und Klarspüler fehlt in der Spülmaschine.

Easy to access, walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see! Having a washer to do laundry was great as it was extremely hot while we were in Sevilla. Property manager checked in with us and was easily accessible.

The location is OK, the nearby Casa Pilatos is worth visiting. There is a nice cafe down the street.

The apartment is not "luxury". It was quite run down and didn't have any of the little touches that make a place comfortable. There was a horrible smell coming from the shower drain, we resorted to filling a zip lock bag with water to cover the drain when we were not using the shower to block the stink. We found the bed to be extremely firm and there was only one uncomfortable pillow each. The room was very bright at night and we didn't sleep well. Access to the room was very narrow from the lift. There was also construction across the road that was unfortunately very loud and dirty.

Mostly managed by AI Chatbot- we missed human attention. Not enough toilet paper for three days. It was our wedding accommodation and not a single gesture from the owner/company - not even The possibility of late check-out.

Logement spacieux et idéalement situé. Tous les lieux à visiter sont entre 15min et 30min à pieds. Même si l’appartement est situé au bord d’une petite rue passante, il est très bien isolé du bruit extérieur. Toutes les infos ont été communiquées quelques jours avant l’arrivée et une aide est possible pour réserver les billets d’entrées dans les monuments.

De fijne ligging, net buiten het drukke centrum maar centraal genoeg om alles te lopen.

Het dakterras was groot en fijn, maar niet echt lekkere stoelen om echt te relaxen.

Het was een mooie lokatie midden in het centrum van Sevilla. Mooi balkon grote opslaande deuren op de tweede verdieping. Van de hieronder omschreven overlast heb ik opnames met geluid.

De hele dag sloopwerkzaamheden op vijf meter afstand ter hoogte van ons balkon. Luchthamers hakkend in beton. Conversatie op ons balkon niet mogelijk. Denk ongeveer 80 DB. Hoofdpijn. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter Séville à pied. Accès facile à l’appartement. Très bien équipé, même si nous n’avons pas utilisé ces équipements. Contact très professionnel et rapide avec la société de location.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was clean, luxurious and had a cute interior! The hosts were lovely and super easy to contact. Also location was perfect! Right next door to Casa de Pilatos, which was a standout for us! Highly recommend! Thank you so much for a lovely stay! :)

De plek was goed en prettig. We sliepen in een prima appartement op de begane grond, waar het heel rustig was. We zaten aan de straat maar hadden geen last van langskomend verkeer. Het was op een goede plek al was het wel even zoeken. Het code systeem is heel fijn gezien we geen pasjes of iets mee op pad hoefde te nemen.

Het is wel wat donker. We wilden onze bagage nog even achter laten, dat was helaas niet mogelijk.

Clean, very well located, good-sized and comfortable space. Host team was very attentive and helped organise a day trip prior to our visit, and was always there to answer our questions quickly.

Smell from shower drain due to old pipes - but they quickly offered to take a look. We were out and said it's fine to leave as is. The smell would reduce once the shower runs. This is pretty normal with older buildings but worth a note.

What an amazing apartment, near every spot we wanted to visit, and in a quiet neighbourhood. The outdoor patio was such a delight, allowing us to relax and watch the sunset after a long day of exploring. The team were amazing with contact before the trip, making sure we had everything we needed. Also, the bed was so comfortable!

A beautiful, modern and clean apartment in a great location. Everything went smoothly. Manuel was amazing, very helpful and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend it.

Gelegen op een top plek! ‘s avonds en ‘s nachts geen last van herrie op straat. Alles is te lopen, en er zijn huur fietsen om de hoek van het appartement.

Enige minpunt: konden niet onze koffers bij het uitchecken achterlaten omdat we een late vlucht terug hadden. En stipt om 11:00 wordt je verzocht te gaan.

Het appartement was keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Lekker ruim, mooi afgewerkt en alles was netjes en niets beschadigd. De locatie vlak naast Casa Pilatos is centraal, je kunt diverse delen van de stad makkelijk lopend bereiken, evenals het treinstation (15min). Maak vooral gebruik van de ligging door vroeg naar Casa Pilatos te gaan en daar te genieten van een rustige rondwandeling door het gebouw zonder dat je in de rij hoeft te staan.

De straat is behoorlijk druk en op piektijden komt er wel wat geluid het appartement binnen.

The apartment was in a great location with all of Seville's attractions within walking distance, plus there was a lovely square with a choice of restaurants just 5 minutes walk away. The apartment itself was lovely and felt recently decorated and furnished, with great kitchen facilities if you wanted to cook for yourself. The bathroom facilities were good with a great shower. The door code meant that access was really easy and the apartment was also in a lovely old building typical of Seville

The apartment above could be a bit noisy but wasn't really a problem. I think the issue was that the floors were all wooden and so sometimes you could here people walking around.

Tuvimos una incidencia con nuestra reserva, pero Nairi se encargó de proponernos una solución adecuada. Estamos muy agradecidos por su servicio de atención al cliente. La estancia fue agradable y el piso es céntrico. Esperamos poder alojarnos en otra ocasión en los apartamentos de piso superior con terraza.

Al ser un piso bajo había algo de ruido de la calle en el dormitorio.

Alles viel tegen,het was er vies,koud en donker. Uitzicht is er niet ,de in-en uitgang van het gebouw ligt 50 cm van de rijbaan af,dus dat is best spannend. De schimmel zat in de douche en op het plafond en de ventilatie roosters waren zo vies, dat er geen lucht meer doorheen kan.

La relación precio calidad es muy apropiada. Muy completo todos los utensilios y artefactos de cocina, para quien disfruta de cocinar mientras ciaja, como es nuestro caso, eso es un plus. Algo para destacar es la atención de Ana, si bien no tuvimos el privilegio de conocerla personalmente, ella siempre estuvo atenta y disposicion nuestra.

Was a little small & although it was called “apartment with balcony”, the balcony was in fact a Juliette balcony so there was no outside space which was a little disappointing
