Reviewed Feb 3, 2025I liked the location of the place, as it's near the Rama Krishna Ashram and metro station. Basically, we don't really need to go out much to do shopping as there are many eateries and various shops surrounded the hotel.
I was little upset with the hotel management as they don't act quickly for any complaints. I was disturbed by loud noise (playing songs)from occupants beside my room. Complained to the workers and manager of the hotel but action wasn't immediate at all. It finally stopped after an hour of power cut off. Besides, the whole night I couldn't sleep well due to hammering and other noises.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2024Location worst Staff worst Food is worse and feels like a day old. Service is worst and untrained. THERE IS NOTHING THAT I LIKE THERE. OYO ARE BETTER THAN THIS.
The staff wasn't professional. a. The cleaning staff was demanding TIP for every service they provided. b. A simple order for cold water was served after 3 4 reminders. c. Lifts were not working and renovations were going on so it was very noisy. Why do you open when your renovations are in progress.? d. Appliances are not working (fridge was non operating) and we were not provided any replacement or any support. e. Beddings were very dirty and replaced were also seemingly unwashed. f. While checkout we were asked to find the clening guy overself on the floor. If this is the right way, you can release all the staff. We can check in over self, pay from the QR code, fill over details, get keys from board, pick our bag and go to our room. Why you need staff for all this.?? In one line you are representing TATA. PLEASE DO NOT DEMEAN HIS NAME and LEGACY.
