Good stay overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent with enough options. Everything was mostly positive, with a smooth and pleasant experience.

Nice place to stay. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. Staff behavior was very good and professional. Food was decent and served on time. Special thanks for allowing early check in and a flexible late check-out, it really helped us manage our schedule easily.”

Comfortable stay with both standard and luxury room options. Rooms are clean and well maintained, staff is courteous and helpful, and the location is excellent for easy access to nearby attractions.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. Everything was tidy and organized, and the overall cleanliness was definitely a highlight. It created a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout the visit.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and the room had all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was attentive and ensured everything stayed neat during my visit. One thing I appreciated the most was the peaceful environment of the hotel, which made it perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. The service was quick, and the staff made sure guests felt comfortable throughout their stay. Overall, Hotel Kaca Inn offers great value for money with good service, clean rooms, and a friendly atmosphere.

Hotel Kaca Inn offers a comfortable stay with well maintained, moderately luxurious rooms. The staff is courteous and responsive to guest needs. Breakfast quality is satisfactory with a decent selection. The property is conveniently located on the main road, providing easy access to nearby areas. Both the metro station and New Delhi Railway Station are within close proximity. Overall, a practical and convenient choice for travelers visiting Delhi.”

Nothing to mention, everything was good,

My experience at Hotel Kaca Inn was overall balanced. The staff maintained a professional approach throughout the stay. Food services were adequate, and hygiene standards were properly followed. The rooms were clean and offered a simple, comfortable luxury feel.”

Stayed here during a business trip. The staff was polite and handled things in a straightforward way. The location is decent and works well if you have meetings nearby or need easy access to the city. The room had a modern, luxury-style design and was comfortable enough for work and rest. The washroom was clean and properly maintained. Overall, the pricing seemed reasonable for what was provided. Nothing exceptional, but a practical and comfortable option for business travel.

Polite staff, good location, clean room, fair price. No complaints.

The breakfast was good! Nice selection of Indian breakfast options. The downside was that you had to eat it in your already small room, no dining area in the hotel.

It wasn’t clean and the room was rather small. The neighborhood wasn’t the best. No hot water in the shower, only lukewarm. The staff wasn’t very friendly either, also not unkind. Just not very hospitable.

The property location was good.

It can’t be 4star level . So many things was not clean , like Bed, Towel , Toilet and so on . They didn’t gave house show . They don’t have TV Channels. With this price I am not satisfied. Thanks

Breakfast is served in another hotel

No OFFICIAL Channels in TV.

Friendly staff

Price was very reasonable.

You needed to go to a different hotel to get the breakfast although it was included in the price. It was clean but they missed several areas.

Very good location and clean rooms

Very clean room, staff very good and

Wonderful Experience at Hotel Kaca Inn! I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kaca Inn. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was taken care of. I also hired a car through the hotel for a trip covering Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra. The entire journey was smooth and enjoyable. The car was in great condition, and the driver was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about the routes and tourist spots. It truly made the trip memorable! Overall, I’m really happy with the service and hospitality at Hotel Kaca Inn. Whether you're staying for a night or planning a longer journey like I did, I highly recommend this place!

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Hote staff behaviour and respect for their customers

Welcoming, polite and helpful staff. Good in house atmosphere. The hotel is surprisingly quite as it is tucked in an alley away from the main busy road. The hotel arranged an airport pickup which worked out very well. The driver was punctual and already waiting for me at the exit gate with my sign board. Very convenient for us arriving during the night time after a long flight. Will recomend the hotel as well as the airport transfer!

No dining, breakfast was served in the room.

1. Location, value, Room amenities 2. Staff support

1. Huge noise from both hotel inside and outside , some days it hampered sleep. Hotel authority is reluctant.

Great location, close to the main Railway station and the city centre. Clean and stylish. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The city tour and a day trip to the Taj Mahal arranged by the tour desk worked perfectly well.

Very friendly environment. The room was large enough for the two of us and our luggage fitted inn very well. Clean and comfortable room with all the basic facilities. Breakfast was provided in their sister hotel a few blocks away and was fairly good. We initially booked for one night only and ended up booking the 2nd night directly with them. Recommended!!

Breakfast choice could be improved but couldn’t ask for more within the price range.

Location and picture everything is fake!

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Kaca Inn. The atmosphere is calm, the service is quick, and the rooms are very well-maintained. The staff made sure all our needs were taken care of.

Bardzo ładny i czysty pokój. Miły personel i dobra lokalizacja. Polecam!

Breakfast in the different building.

Very good and clean rooms

Really nice location and beautiful rooms

Location, convenience, staff was helpful, overall great service

Bit more emphasis on cleaning, rest team was up to the mark

Best location and very clean room

Overall good. According to the price they are giving you more facilities and respect. You feel like home . cleaning is excellent. The staff is too polite. The location is reachable 20 mtr from the main road.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Very clean and comfortable rooms, polite staff, tasty food, and great location. Had a pleasant stay, highly recommended.

Everything was fine.

Very good stay

it exceeded my expectations

Hotel is very neat and clean Cozy rooms and staff very helpful location wise hotel is very close to New Delhi railway station

New, clean hotel with very nice staff The hotel is new and was the best hotel in this price category that we stayed at during our India travels. It looks li ke in the pictures, is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. They even let us use one room to shower and freshen up after checkout, before we had to go to the airport at night. This was an amazing service and we were very grateful. The location of the hotel is very central and close to the railway station.

Awesome hotel and best location

Staff accogliente e disponibile.

Nice and tasty breakfast Best service
