Reviewed May 28, 2026.انقطعت الكهرباء أكثر من مره ومع انقطاع الكهرباء تنقطع المياه .يوجد شباب علي مدار الساعه يلعبون خارج الفندق لاتستطيع ان تنام .حاولت ان امشي من المكان ذهبت الي المسؤل قلت له لا اريد ان اكمل اعطني باقي الحجز رفض يعطيني باقي الحساب قال لي ليس عند كاش قولت له بعطيك رقم حسابي حولي رفض للاسف .لايوجد ثلاجه .بعض الشباب ياكل في الغرفه وبسبب ذلك يترك رائحة الاكل في المكان

Nothing except the location which I was aware of before booking. The trekking distance is around 20 minutes to the Mashid Nabawi

Reviewed May 26, 2026Das Personal war sehr willkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aufgrund meiner Krankheit vor Ort gab es sofort Schmerztabletten und jederzeit kostenfrei Wasser.. Die Sauberkeit war im Großen und Ganzen ganz gut. Es wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. Natürlich muss man daran denken, dass es sich um ein Hostel handelt und nicht jeder auf die Regeln achtet, aber das Personal ist dem Job sehr gut nachgegangen. Vielleicht sollte ich hier erwähnen, dass es nicht unbedingt der Standard wie in Europa/Deutschland ist, aber man sollte realistische Vorstellungen haben. Checkout war auch super. Man kann seine Koffer in der Unterkunft lassen und sogar noch nach Check Out Duschen gehen. Die Outdoor Terrasse war auch sehr authentisch. Preis Leistung ist für mich ganz fair gewesen, in Anbetracht dessen, dass es Ramadan war.
Die Entfernung ist eigentlich das einzige wirkliche Problem. Es ist zu Fuß 20-25 min von Haustür bis zum Haram entfernt. Ausserdem war es bei mir leider katastrophal mit den anderen Brüdern zu schlafen, da jeder sehr laut am schnarchen war. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts, aber ich wollte es erwähnt haben. Auch da sollte man aber realistisch sein und wissen, dass es ein Hostel ist und so etwas vorkommen kann. Dafür kann das Hostel nichts.

1. Location is far away from Haram ( use uber or taxi) 2. I chose shared room, so one has to prepare to accommodate others 3. There are no rules, everyone enter the room & turn ON the lights despite others are sleeping

Reviewed May 10, 2026The staff receptionist and amazing cleanliness. Washrooms were super clean and 4 washrooms for 3 rooms. All amenities available and it looked like my Gym washroom. Rooms were also super clean. Daily staff meking our beds. Truly felt like home.
Due to construction walking distance yo Haram is slightly increased. If its summer, then not possible to walk in this heat. You can easily get Taxis

Shahata et Salah Proche du Haram Proche pour Raouda et Salam Rassoul Proche du Baqia Proximité facilités (épiceries, laverie pour le linge, taxis,...) 20 à 25 minutes de marche vers Haram Nabawi Le personnel est compréhensif. Même si vous arrivez très tôt et sue vous partez trop tard. Je suis arrivé à 3h00 du matin. J'ai déposé mes affaires, pris une douche et parti pour Fajr à la mosquée Nabawi. Merci Shahata pour cette facilité que je n'oublierai jamais
