Mengjing Xiyue Hotel

Location, helpful staff, comfortable room

Nothing

rien

Nice location (but quite difficult to find). Close to night market area. Very comfortable rooms.

Breakfast was good but mostly local food. Personnel doesn't speak any English (like most people in this region).

Tout. L emplacement, le personnel, le petit dej, la chambre. Vraiment tout.

위치,시설,가성비 good !

Idéalement situé, les chambres sont très belles et le personnel très sympathique, même s’ils ne parlent pas anglais.

Staff super helpful. We arrived during a thunderstorm and they came with umbrellas to the taxi and picked all the luggage. Many options for breakfast. Family room was ok size. Beds very comfortable

Quite a nice place with friendly and welcoming staff. The room was clean and comfortable and very pleasant. We had a great stay and would happily recommend it.

There is no fridge in the room

Really helpful & friendly staff, superb location. Delicious breakfast. Amazing deco with attention to details. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel.

Nothing.

Beautiful room and great location.

All good

Service was impeccable. Staff went the extra mile to make a difference in our stay

Only drawback was the road leading to the hotel where u have to drag your luggage out on stone path.

Clean and friendly staff

Perfect place for a stay in Kunming. The neighborhood is wonderful. The staff is really helpful and the rooftop was so cozy. The beds were really comfy as well. Thanks!

Polite staff, free use of washing machine

Other inconsiderate guests just stopped our wash before completion and dumped our clothes outside so that they could wadh thrir clothes without waiting.

Hotel is located near the old street which makes shopping convenient. Rooms are big enough and clean

Nothing we dont like about the property, but just a note that it will be a short walk from where cars can alight you to the hotel location, the flooring is stone tiles which makes dragging luggage difficult. the hotel staff is nice and will offer to help with luggage. as it is a short walk, it is not a major concern for us

Friendly staff

Limited choice of breakfast set

Friendly staffs.

Limited choice for breakfast set.

Breakfast was fine. Like the fact they offered tea and night dessert. We did not have the chance to try the tea dessert but did try the night dessert once. Nothing fancy but liked the idea! Room was clean and layout was good - better than we expected. The staffs were excellent! Helped with our luggage especially when it was raining as we left the hotel.

Guess the only disadvantage is that vehicles cannot approach the hotel directly due to its location but the staffs helped with our luggage. That made up for it.

Location is great and staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable

The location ,staffs, food include healthy drinking.

Some people smoking in the lobby

Room so clean

Extremely clean and new facilities. DIY washing machine and dryer. Housekeeping staff who paid attention to details and little touches like snacks at the lobby and even a footbath in the room!

Not a big issue but cars are not advise to stop right at the front of the lobby

Very helpful and friendly personal. Centrally located.

It was so comfortable and convenient. The staff were wonderful - thoughtful, friendly and helpful. We had a king bed room - it had everything, down to humidifier, charger, and even a foot bath one day.

Nothing. We loved everything
