¡Superó completamente mis expectativas! Nuestra estancia en este ryokan fue maravillosa. Desde el momento del check-in hasta el check-out, el personal fue extremadamente amable, atento y servicial. Incluso nos ayudaron con el envío de nuestro equipaje, lo cual fue de gran ayuda durante nuestro viaje. La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos metros de la estación de Kyoto, por lo que es muy fácil desplazarse y conocer la ciudad. La habitación estaba impecable de limpia y muy bien cuidada. Los baños públicos también estaban muy limpios y fue una experiencia increíble poder disfrutarlos. Además, proporcionan todo lo necesario para la estancia, incluso yukata, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera todavía más especial y auténtica. Sin duda, este ryokan superó mis expectativas y lo recomendaría totalmente a cualquiera que visite Kyoto. ¡Me encantaría volver!

The staff were pretty kind, and the rooms were great!

We had 8 people in our reservation and turned in 7 keycards as one of our guests lost one. They made us pay for it which was fair, but they insisted we actually had 9 keycards in total when we had only been given 8 (one for each person), and they made us pay for two keycards instead of one because they mistakenly thought we had an extra. This was frustrating, but other than that the staff were kind. The public bath itself was also quite disappointing, with just a singular hot bath and wash area. I wish there was a sauna and cold pool. Overall, I am disappointed based on the expensive price of the hotel, and I wish my family's ryokan experience that we saved up for could have been better. The rooms also do not get colder than 22 degrees celcius.

They are very thoughtful down to the finest details. They bring up your luggage for you if you decide to leave it there before check in, they make sure to have towels ready if you decide to take a dip in the private bath, and so on.

Not much to say about what is not to like about the property.

Pulita bella, letti tradizionali preparati davanti a noi. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa. Bagni maschili e femminili dove immergersi in piscine di acqua calda. Attenti alla pulizia della persona e della struttura.

Colazione: non adatta per nulla a clientela internazionale. Siamo usciti dalla struttura per far colazione perché qui servono solo zuppe pesce e cibi giapponesi senza altra offerta

The location Nice shower

The hotel is beautiful, and the shower was excellent. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The room didn't have blackout curtains, so it became very bright early in the morning, and there wasn't a comfortable place to sit and relax. In addition, the beds weren't made until around 6:30 p.m., which felt unusually late. Addressing these small details would make the experience even better.

Room was too expensive! Very unforgiving if accidentally made error of your reservation, booked 2 instead of 3, not to mentioned it was suppose to be a graduation present. I felt scammed since I couldn’t talked Japenesese to present my case or some compromising offer from the hotel.

Everything was clean, the staff were professional and it was really nice to sleep on the tatami and the beds were arranged neatly before I even come to the room.

I guess the onsen is smaller compared to a what they could have done as I have seen much cheaper hotels in kiso Fukushima having a bigger onsen. I guess if I have to be really picky I couldn’t find a sauna. It would have been definitely nice to have it. But maybe I missed it and couldn’t find it.

The breakfast was mot marvelous surprise. It was an absolute delight. Quantity and quality. The staff was totally attentive and solved a particular need of mine. The whole venue is really beautiful and well taken care of. The location is great and lovely.

Ryokan for people who want to stay at an ryokan but not quite, it's a hotel in a ryokan form. Spacious beautiful room, every thing is very clean, location just across the station, and staffs are lovely and helpful too 🥰 Noted that there is no curtain (i think?) so yeah not for those who want to sleep in, but otherwise it's amazing for its price range

The welcome tea was a pleasant surprise. The vibe was excellent, exceeded our expectations. The staff were very polite, friendly and tried their very best to make our stay comfortable. One of the ladies even took great care to dry our luggage as it was raining on our way to check in.

The TV network was only available in Japanese.

1. 아침식사는 신청을 했었고, 2층에서 매우 정갈하고 깔끔하게 한국인 입맛에 딱 맞게 준비가 되어 있었습니다. 2. 추가적으로 밥이 굉장히 고슬고슬하게 정성을 들여 준비한 느낌이 있었습니다. 3. 방안에 공기는 3월 말 기준으로 서늘한 편이었고, 에어컨을 따로 틀지 않아도 내부 공기가 매우 쾌적했습니다. 4. 아이 2명 (5세, 2세)를 동반하고 숙박하였는데 너무 편안했고 직원들도 생글생글 웃으면서 대해줘서 너무 좋았습니다. 5. 마지막 긴카쿠 상점에서 10% 할인 티켓으로 기념품을 구매했고, 가격도 싸고 맛도 좋았습니다!

1. 딱 한 가지 아쉬웠던점은 아침 식사 장소를 정확하게 안내받지 못해 한 차례 확인 했던 부분입니다. 그 외에는 정말 모든게 만족스러웠습니다.

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. Japanese breakfast was tasty but would suggest having it for one morning. Both of my teenagers didn’t fancy in the second day.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with the usual ryokan perks (yukata provided, futon is prepared by the staff everyday), the bathroom was clean and comfortable as well. The staff was very nice and the onsen was a great add on.

Incroyable ! Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel pour notre lune de miel. Malgré une réservation tardive, nous avons eu une chambre magnifique, spacieuse, typique ryokan avec une belle vue sur une partie de Kyoto Le petit déjeuner est dépaysant et le service est top! Petit plus nous recommandons la privation du osen !

Quartos bem tradicionais e achei a experiência de dormir no chão muito mais confortável do que eu esperava! As privadas japonesas são maravilhosas e a banheira e chuveiro separados facilitam o uso pela família de 4 pessoas. Eu usei a estrutura do Sentō e amei!!!! Imperdível! O café da manhã tradicional é uma viagem cultural. Vale a pena!

O cofre atrapalha pendurar roupas nos cabides do armário que já é bem pequeno. Sentimos muita falta de cabides nas paredes para pendurar casacos. Como estávamos em um quarto para família de 4 pessoas e no inverno, tornou tudo mais confuso para nós organizarmos.
