Totalmente recomendable.

Lokalita a čistota.

Personnel efficace.

Great service, room and location

The feel from the minute you walked in - welcoming

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station, ideal for exploring Kyoto and day trips outside the city. Very clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast, and plenty of free amenities at reception. Kind and helpful staff. We would definitely stay again!

The only minor issue was that not everyone at reception was comfortable communicating in English, which we would expect from an international hotel. This made extending our stay a little complicated, as we had to discuss it several times with different staff members over three days. Nothing that affected our overall experience, though — just a small area for improvement.

Consiglio.

El personal fue muy amable. El hotel es precioso y descansamos fenomenal. Gracias :)

Nada.

Ottima posizione, staff gentile e cordiale, camere grandi

The staff was friendly and the location close to transportation. Our room was very comfortable and I appreciated the snack hours provided at no cost to the guests.

The hotel feels refreshed and well equipped. The room sizes are reasonable. The fact that they offered a lot of amenities for free at lobby, and nice afternoon dessert also for free everyday is very impressive.

The only stress comes from the queue for the washing machines. It is very nice for hotel to offer self laundry service. Out stay was during the hottest days in the summer and demand for service was high. We ended up queuing in front of the machines 30mins+ before / ran to the washing room first thing in the morning to get access to the machines.

Alles

Mir fällt nichts ein.

8-10 minutes walk to Kyoto Station. Complimentary afternoon tea from 1-5pm everyday for all the guests.

Free amenities, happy hour, helpful staff, laundry facilities, breakfast was good.

We thought it was closer to the train station.

Alta professionalità in tutti i dettagli. Tutti parlano inglese perfettamente (dettaglio importante in Giappone). Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione.

This is without the doubt the best hotel we stayed in on our Japan family trip. Big, comfortable rooms, rich breakast, free afternoon drinks and snacks. Just perfect. Employees are really friendly, the location is great, a short walk from the train station. I am so happy to have found this place. It's a real gem. My teenage sons also adored the hotel.

The reastauranst for breakfast isn't big enough for all the guests. One day we had to wait for half an hour to be sitted. That wasn't a problem for us, but if you are on a tight schedule, it could be. But the breakast is really tasteful, so for me it's worth waiting for.

This hotel is worth more than 10. It is one of the best hotel I have ever been to. The staff is great, the room was very clean and large and the position of the hotel is excellent, five miutes walk from Kyoto Station. Breakfast was delicious, in addiiton between 1.00pm and 4.30pm they serve free ice cream, coffe and other refreshments and between 6.30pm and 8.30pm they serve for free snacks and beer. A real treat. This is more than good value for money, it is an absolute bargain. I cannot stress it better, book this hotel if you are staying in Kyoto.

Location was excellent. Close to kyoto station and bus transportation. Walking distance to mall. Staff was very friendly. Free ice cream and little goodies.

Ótima localização, confortável, café da manhã incrível

Não havia black-out no quarto.

I wish rooms would be slightly larger.

The hotel is perfect! Great location, very comfortable, big rooms, service excellent ! I would definitely return back!

Great location, very welcoming atmosphere. Free amenities, including beauty products, free afternoon tea, drinks, ice cream…

Room was a little bit small, especially dimensions of the beds.

Konum, çalışanların yardımı

Oda içinde klimanın çalıştığı zamanlar kötü koku geliyordu

Wonderful hotel, so clean and fresh. Snacks and refreshing drinks for free. Very comfortable beds.

Heel fijn hotel.Goed ontbijt.

Staff were fantastic, loved the free afternoon tea/dessert and afternoon drinks. Beautiful, tranquil surrounds.

The breakfast lacked western options, amazing variety but predominantly asian tastes.

Very comfortable stay and I and my two kids (12 and 14yo) enjoyed there. Check in and out was easy. Room was clean. We loved the separate Bath and toilet was a bonus point. We got many mosquito bites during the activity (Fu-rin making) and during the breakfast. I know it's difficult to control but maybe you could do something in the future... Activity was very enjoyable and was surprise! Welcome afternoon deserts were very nice. We missed the Social Hour but it seems very cool. (It would have been nice if it opens until a bit later, tho!) The breakfast was outstanding. The breakfast time window was until 10:30 which was very nice! The service was excellent all the way.

We got many mosquito bites during the activity (Fu-rin making) and during the breakfast. I know it's difficult to control since people are in and out all the time but maybe you could do something in the future... Only thing we hope and missed was netflix😂 My kids won't understand Japanese well so it would have been great if we could watch something on TV (movies) in English. They read books so it wasn't the big deal but many foreigner will appreciate it if you have netflix etc.

Lovely clean & comfortable room. Breakfast was the best i have had in a hotel in Japan and the complimentary drinks and treats in the afternoon were great.

The service and friendly staff Beds were super comfortable And the apartments were exceptionally clean and spacious Thank you so much when I return I will come and stay here again in Kyoto 🙏🙏 Many thanks ❤️

The only thing couldn’t find anywhere to throw away our rubbish from the room stay also that breakfast wasn’t included in the rooms we stayed in

The location was very pleasant and comfortable, featuring spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff, complimentary drinks, and activities for families. It was also conveniently within walking distance of the station. I would certainly visit again.

The breakfast is a bit too expensive for what is on offer. Some dishes ran out, and they were not restocked. It's still convenient if you want to save time; otherwise, for the same amount, there are better options.

The property was excellent, the staff were brilliant and explained everything really well on arrival.

The only small feedback would be, there was provision for ironing the trousers but sometimes good old ironing does the job, that is the only small feedback but as such the property was good and there was nothing that was not likeable.

Very comfortable hotel, with a very good breakfast, free self-service ice cream buffet in the afternoon, free self-service Sake/Wine/Beer buffet in the evening. It is an incredible hotel, with a price tag that is way below what it offers.

Extremeluy friendly and professional services, delicious breakfasts, clean and spacious rooms, and a convenient loaction...

Everything… spacious room, every aspect of the hotel is well designed. Breakfast and evening drinks were a high standard

Nothing

Very nice hotel , close to Kyoto station . The twin bed room even spacious for a Japanese hotel. Good breakfast buffet and also some nice extras.

Nothing really ..

Very nice and was bang for my buck compared to other places I stayed previously.

Its near to Kyoto station and property is large with adequate room size of 2 persons

Organização, atendentes e limpeza

Loved all the design details throughout the property. The room size was great. I could do Yoga easily!! Everything was very clean and I’m fussy. I met other travellers at the welcome activities. Such a sociable place. The breakfast had great healthy variety and was good quality. Will stay again.

Nothing

The room is very clean and large!! It is large than all hotel I lived in Japan. You also got free afternoon tee. And Free alcohol At night. Sooooo great place. And my wife is sooooo happy.

Staff, complimentary activities and snacks, great setup

Ho adorato i gadget all’ingresso, il check in e check out velocissimi, la posizione molto comoda vicino alla stazione, le stanze più ampie della media, personale gentilissimo

Hyvä sijainti, siisti, hyvä palvelu

Huone oli pieni ja näkymää ei ollut
